Fantastic experience: All I can say is the treatment had a profound effect upon me beyond the ‘trapped’ nerve feeling I had in my sacrum . Tim’s assessment and his gentle but firm manœuvres allowed my body to realign. But more importantly I slept !! . ..for 11 hours after the first session The process somehow reminded me how to relax as I hadn’t done for weeks !!! Fantastic experience: Tim is a magician. Having tolerated discomfort for a ridiculous length of time, which eventually escalated to pain and inability to walk with ease, I finally made an appointment to see Tim having had a very long absence from chiropractic. I have had the fortune of seeing his colleague Dr Thomasina before - and experienced network spinal chiropractic and found it extremely beneficial. I felt very at ease with Tim, and we went through a thorough consultation. It gave me a sense of comfort knowing that he understood my history and my immediate concerns and helped me build trust for Tim to work on me. Not only did Tim work on me using “traditional” chiropractic - from which the relief came almost instantaneously, he also did network spinal chiropractic which was like the icing on the cake - and both forms allowed me relief beyond imagination. The results were astonishing. I am very grateful to Abundant Life Chiropractic - for helping dial down my stress/anxiety on an emotional and energetic level as well as releasing it on a physical level - the multi-dimensional is the magic. On a practical side, the location of the Widcombe clinic is convenient from Bath railway station and I was able to park nearby with reasonable ease.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of attending a long weekend retreat in Swansea (NSA and SRI) facilitated by Thomasina and Helen - two truly wonderful and experienced souls. Their presence, guidance, and depth of understanding created a uniquely safe and supportive environment where everyone was gently held and seen as they are. They are highly skilled at holding space in a way that allows you to go deep within yourself, to face fears that my have been carried for decades, and to begin recognising, understanding and releasing them. The workshops themselves were powerful, and what stayed with me is the process they initiate - something that continues long after the retreat has ended. What begin there is still unfolding- nothing is the same as it was before- the process is ongoing, continuing to integrate and reveal new layers. I wholeheartedly recommend any retreat, Clear Day, etc (it wasn't my first experience with them) to anyone who feels ready to explore themselves more deeply, transform past trauma, awaken inner resources and integrate them in order to live life to its fullest potential. It's truly meaningful and life - shifting experience. So grateful!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Thomasina for Network care for a few years now and recently have been committed to this being a staple in my own care. I have been on clear days and SRI workshops and all have been phenomenal. However, last weekend was my first 2 1/2 day retreat with Thomasina and Helen. We worked our way through all 12 stages of healing doing the SRI exercises and having entrainments between each 'season'. It is difficult to write a review on something that leaves you speechless! The whole weekend from the moment we arrived at the lovely venue in Wales to the minute we left was the most nurturing gift any human could allow themselves to receive. I must have cycled through every emotion that exists multiple times. I sat in some extremely uncomfortable truths and pain related to them, things I had (as we all do) been avoiding my whole life. And yet, somehow, this magical duo created a space and held it just so, that I and all the other participants felt safe enough to go where we each needed to go; and come out the other side. I left the beautiful coastal town of Mumbles a different person. If you have been having Network Care for a while now and wondering about going on one of Thomasina's retreats, I recommend following your inner guide and going ahead and booking yourself on to the next one. Only pure goodness will come from your decision. Oh, and trust. Trust yourself, trust the beautiful people you find yourself going on that weekend journey with and most of all have complete faith that you can trust Thomasina and Helen to hold you safe and only take you where you are ready to go. Facilitated with such care, expertise, and deep knowledge of the SRI and NSA practices by Thomasina and Helen. The safe space they provided, held lightly and with grace, allowed the group to share and support each other easily as we went on our individual healing journeys.

I have come to realise that my system was compromised as a child and previous attempts to clear childhoods issues have failed to get to the heart of it. Fantastic experience: I started with Dr Thomasina last December as I have had recurrent sciatica and almost constant lower back issues for 13 years and i had noticed my left hand side was weaker than my right. The treatment wasn't what I was expecting. There is limited touch which I found strange and I was pretty sceptical. I had paid for 6 treatments and it wasn't until the 5th treatment that things started shifting, and I mean really shifting. My spine muscles started moving in spirals, I felt my back was being inhabited by aliens! 10 months on my back is so much more flexible and I am physically stronger. I felt well enough to start weight lifting exercise and I don't notice a dramatic difference between my two sides any longer. It's kind of magic, definitely recommend.
