Fantastic experience: I was extremely sceptical & put off going for too long because I seriously worried about ending up paralysed. In the end my Son & Daughter-in-law, who are both patients of this practice, managed to persuade me because I felt like my life was over. And now, at 54 I have gone from feeling like a decrepit pensioner to a spring chicken in 8 weeks ! I think they are miracle workers.

Fantastic experience: I attended this clinic due to weight loss I started to struggle more and more with back pain and I’m so glad I did!!!! These guys are absolutely amazing everytime I go there I get such a lovely warm greeting. They are fully aware that I am neurodivergent and they always make sure I fully understand everything they are explaining no matter how long it takes. I am now 2 months in and I’m already seeing such a difference. I havnt been able to sleep on my tummy since getting pregnant with my youngest and for the first time in 6 years I can finally sleep on my belly without being in pain!!! I cannot recommend these guys enough they are miracle workers! If you’re thinking of going do it you won’t regret it!!! Fantastic experience: We have been coming to this clinic since 2021, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The medical team is highly professional, caring, and we always feel that our boys are in very good hands. The reception team is equally amazing, friendly, patient, and always so helpful. Fantastic experience: I got arthritis in the knee and I was starting to struggle, limping and struggling to walk, climb the stairs. I was really scared I am only 50. The NHS physio told me nothing they could do, offered me pain relief and I refused. I came to this clinic for a menopause chat, booked an appointment as they explained how our backs can effect every thing I was on the fence for one session only, they saved and changed my life. I was feeling so down and now I'm confident and walking no limp after the first session Each time and all the excellent advice I'm walking and hopefully be back up the mountain once all fixed They explain every Fix then strengthen, I understand every thing so easy I have ADHD and they amazing with me It's a lovely family feeling yet professional too, it's warm welcoming. Fantastic experience: Iv been coming to Rhondda Chiropractor since 2017. When I first came my back wasn’t in a great place, I couldn’t lift my daughter out the bath with my back giving me spasms and giving way. I have a manual job and it was a struggle in work. Always waking up with back pain. After regular treatments initially. I’m now down to once a month visits. I currently have no back pain anymore. My posture was really bad, arching over without realising. That’s gone and am back standing straight. I just continue to come to make sure I stay in good shape to be able to get on with my everyday jobs, work, gym, family time etc. I would hate to get back to where I was before. Also would like to add I am very rarely ill too. I get on with every single person who works here, always get a lovely welcome and nothing is ever too much. Would 100% recommend to people even if they don’t have major problems.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been trying chiropractors for a few years and I’ve been in able to get my problems sorted or even had a chiropractors give me the same diagnosis. After going to lifetime wellness clinic I had a ex ray and was able to see exactly what’s going on in minutes, not having to wait weeks for a appointment and weeks again for the results. Amazing, and well in my way back to having my body back to 100%
