I have also had acupuncture with Angela which I found helpful when my tinnitus was causing me neck pain The receptionists are very friendly and efficient, overall I can’t recommend this practice highly enough

What stands out is the level of care and consistency—you feel confident you’re in good hands every time you visit. Because of that, I’ve recommended the clinic to friends and others who occasionally pick up injuries, and they’ve had similarly positive experiences. Overall, I’ve always been very happy with the treatment I’ve received here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic to others.

Throughout the treatment I felt very relaxed as she talked me through the reason why I was experiencing pain. I’m a bit sore today but in a good way. Fantastic experience: Saw Angela with our newborn who had tension likely from birth. Angela saw him twice, environment was nice and relaxed, no worries if we needed to soothe him or feed him. Didn't pressure us into anymore appointments which was appreciated. Ladies on reception were very nice too. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Took my son to see Angela after he was suffering with heel and foot pain. She was fantastic. She explained what was causing the issue and the treatment was so effective. She gave me some stretching exercises to do with him at home and he's been pain free since, A very positive experience and so grateful to Angela.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Angela last week for lower back pain and I didnt know what to expect but Angela took the time to take a thorough medical history and made me feel really cared for and listened to. The treatment was gentle and effective and i left feeling i had grown several inches - my back feeling so much lighter. In addition Angela followed up the visit by emailing me further exercises to follow. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Pontypridd Osteopathic Clinic is well placed in the town centre near Pontypridd bus station. A go to place if one has skeletal and muscular problems as they use articulation, soft tissue massage and manipulation to manually treating patients. History: retired paediatric nurse ‍⚕️ After 45 years working for the NHS, so lots of lifting, walking, working long shifts etc: In the past I’ve attended 2 other clinics following injuries. However non have been as inviting as Pontypridd. From the receptionist who books ones appointment, they greet you with a cheerful smile and conversation while waiting, when I arrive early. They also send conformation via an email with your appt date and time. I see them 2/3 times a year for an MOT Jan 2020 I fractured my fibula/ankle: Gp receptionist told me I didn’t need an x-ray for a sprained ankle! Walked on it for 10 days, finally got a hospital appointment: 8 weeks in plaster. 4 weeks with a non-weight-bearing plaster, limited mobility. Then finally Physio, they phoned & emailed an exercise video link to follow…then kept cancelling face to face appointments. So I got an appointment at Pontypridd Osteopathic clinic and they got me up and walking again in no time. They also helped with my painful hips, wrists and arms from using crutches. April 2024 This time a chest infection, steroids, inhalers, allergic to penicillin so nasty antibiotics: ribs painful from coughing++ chest felt really tight until I visited the Osteopathic clinic and after treatment with (Kim) I came out breathing and feeling much better My recovery time would have been much longer without their help, thankfully I’m retired otherwise months off work….. Thank-you to the Pontypridd Clinic staff for keeping me walking and active ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I took my son to see Angela for his reflux symptoms. Angela made me and my son feel comfortable with the treatment. She is kind and explains everything as she is doing it. After our first session he was like a different baby, his reflux symptoms have dramatically improved and his range of motion is brilliant, he started to roll within days of his session with Angela and I truly don’t believe he would have done this had he not seen Angela. As well as this, the receptionist (I’m so sorry, I didn’t catch your name!) was lovely, making a coffee whilst I wait. I absolutely would recommend anyone to visit this clinic. Fantastic experience: Because of my severe pain ( fibromyalgia) I was so afraid do visit an osteopath clinic, thinking that the techniques and massage will make me suffering more. I was so wrong. After I had met Angela, I have tottally changed the way I was thinking. Angela is such a gentle, caring lady. Spent a lot of time to listen about all my conditions on my first assessment and appointment. I felt so much better after my first session. The clinic is spotless, the staff is absolutely brilliant and friendly. I look forward for my second appointment. Tottally reccomend!

Parking not a problem as there are 4 car parks minutes away as is the town centre

Fantastic experience: DISCLAIMER: I work at this clinic so may have a level of bias but I don't typically have treatment here so it's still worth sharing my experience. My neck locked up Monday not having done anything in particular, possibly linked to some DIY over the weekend. The pain when rotating my neck was immense, so I didn't. That meant I didn't drive my car Tuesday. I wasn't able to lift my head off the pillow, I had to roll out of bed which is amusing now but wasn't at the time. Kim was able to fit me in for a session Thursday and this has definitely accelerated the healing process. I was lifting fairly heavy again in the gym yesterday. Thanks Kim. Great team of practitioners here, you won't be disappointed.
