Fantastic experience: Andrew is a miracle worker. I have been in agony for years. He a genius. I cannot recommend him enough. Never had such an in depth consultation, instant pain relief, effective adjustments and importantly a diagnosis. He truly knows his craft. My pain relief as a result of his work knows no bounds. If you are pain, book immediately, you will not be disappointed. Also worth noting, as well as being extremely talented, him and his team are very kind. Fantastic experience: I made my first appointment with Andrew a number of months ago to see if he could help alleviate the excruciating pain at the top of my bicep. No sleep for days and agony! Turns out I had a trapped nerve in my neck which was manifesting as pain in my arm! Any weakness Andrew asked? Err, no…? The initial muscle isolation tests proved otherwise…. all the power of your average field mouse…embarrassing! Anyway, after a number of sessions the pain has gone, and the power has returned. Fantastic experience: I’ve had issues with my neck and back for years, with referred chest pain (simulating a heart attack) from my spine. The treatments I’ve had from osteopaths and chiropractors before have given little benefit. I saw Andrew Miles at the Llandaff Clinic as an emergency, just on the off-chance of someone being able to see me on a Saturday morning, when I had a lot of pain in my chest. After given me a full examination and medical write-up, Andrew manipulated my spine and neck, giving me immediate relief from my chest pain. He put me on a course of manipulations over the next few weeks, which freed up my movements, particularly my neck and head movements, which also relieved the chronic tinnitus I’ve had over the last couple of years. I would thoroughly recommend Andrew Miles and the Llandaff Clinic to you - from a person who was once sceptical of getting any real benefit from this form of treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had popped ribs from coughing and pain wise, I could not withstand anymore. I could barely move. After assessment and manipulation/treatment 2 days ago, I walked out of clinic with only mild pain. After another session today, I feel fantastic and such a contrast! Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with Andrew. I came to him in mid September after dealing with sciatica for nearly 3 months. I was diagnosed by a physiotherapist in August who was unhelpful and told me to do some nerve flossing and that it should get better within a couple months. After a very thorough initial screening process Andrew realised I had a herniated disk and gave me the appropriate treatment and recommendations to get back to full health. After suffering for months, within 6 weeks of working with Andrew my pain was basically all gone and I’m now able to continue exercising pain-free! Fantastic experience: I've been going for chiropractic treatment with Andrew Miles for a few years and have always found the level of service to be first class. I am a musician and a runner and he helps to treat the niggles that I inevitably pick up through my job and my hobby.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Andrew in 2000 with lower back pain that after an accident involving lifting. I was diagnosed with L5/S1 lumber facet joint arthralgia which responded well to treatment and I was discharged after four treatments. I suffered lower back muscle spasms again in 2003 to which I again responded well to treatment. Due to an active job and lifestyle at the time it was recommended I attend regular six week treatments on a preventative basis. To date, 2023, this has proved to work in preventing back spasms. The only issues I have had is when I missed several appointments in a row due to work commitments. If I feel stiffness in my lower back Andrew has always found an appointment slot for me at short notice to prevent a spasm. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew, and have done to several friends who also had the same positive experiences as me.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Andrew Miles just six weeks ago with a condition called Morton’s Neuroma, a damaged nerve in the ball of my foot. The pain was excruciating. Despite Andrew being a chiropractor he listened to my story and said he was prepared to help. Four visits later and I am now pain free. In addition to the treatment, I have had to change my footwear to wide fitting shoes and also foot exercises on a regular basis. I walked then with the aid of a walking stick and suffered with much pain after a severe back injury and surgery. I will be honest and say that I was doubtful to start with, having seen Osteopaths, Acupuncturists in the past without success. Andrew was the first Chiropractor that I had seen. Andrew examined me and then went on to explain to me what he thought was the problems that I was having. He then explained to me the treatment he could offer. He also used skeletal models to help me understand what and how the treatment could be beneficial to me. I remember that after about two weeks of seeing Andrew for treatment I did not need to use a walking stick anymore and the pain in my lower back had gone. I will honestly say that I was totally amazed. I continue to see Andrew on a four week basis for care and maintenance to my back. On the rare occasions my back does seize up I have to go and see him more often to put it right. I feel confident that if I need to see Andrew more often he will always fit me in. Seeing Andrew has enabled me to lead a relatively normal life, free from pain, using pain killers and more importantly to me has enabled me to continue with my passion of cycling. Andrew is a true professional, who in my opinion is a very skilled and dedicated Chiropractor. The clinic is always spotlessly clean and friendly when I visit.
