Fantastic experience: First time ever using a chiropractor and can’t fault my experience with Chris. Had lower back pain for several weeks from playing rugby and a physically demanding job. Chris assessed me, we came up with a plan and 12 weeks later my back feels bulletproof. Not pushy at all and really nice and welcoming bloke in treatments, felt very comfortable. Mid-way through treatment I damaged my AC shoulder joint, Chris worked on this along with my back with no issues. Explains what and why he’s doing things and answers any questions/worries in an easy way to understand. Will be coming back (not for a while I hope!).

Fantastic experience: Wonderful presents and light hearted which really helped me feel comfortable even when I came into sessions in a lot of pain. I leave the session feeling light and free. Helped so much with back paint and tension headaches. Very gentle and never pushed any treatment I didn't feel 110% comfortable with. Fantastic experience: After a car accident a long time ago I begun suffered with bad back/neck pain & problems which really held me back in life. I tried physiotherapy & other treatments but nothing seemed to really help fully. I was a bit nervous about trying a chiropractor but was recommended Chris & hand on heart it was the best thing I did. He has seriously worked miracles, has given me my life back! It might sound dramatic but it’s true. I’m now able to play with my young family, do things which were just impossible before, importantly I’m no longer living on pain killers. I was a little apprehensive at first as my issue had been with me for a really long time, so I was unsure about how much sessions would help. During my first session Chris made me feel at ease, he asked questions, and took some pictures of my posture, as well as beginning treatment based on what he had discovered.During the next session Chris had analysed the pictures and as well as a treatment plan, Chris came up with day to day tools to assist with better posture. Fantastic experience: Chris was recommended to me by a friend who’d probably got fed up about me moaning about back pain. It was both lower (long term) and upper ( more recent). Chris professionally identified the issue with the aid of his scanning machine and put a programme in place. Then over the next few weeks went to work in me to put it right. A lot of progress has been made and the pain is reduced drastically and under control and I’m back playing football. Chris is thorough, patient and well organised. Chris has helped me through many different issues with my back, shoulder and neck and also during pregnancy. I’m obviously satisfied with the exemplary care and service provided by Dr Chris or I wouldn’t be such a loyal customer and willingly recommend his clinic to family and friends! As with many people, I have a desk based, sedentary job and without regular treatment I would be suffering a lot of pain and potentially end up having difficulty working. Fantastic experience: I went with a specific shoulder injury which is healing very well and some other niggles. Chris uses a mixture of massage and chiropractic manipulation and I actually look forward to going there as I feel so much better afterwards. Fantastic experience: Chris Ross has got magic hands I generally don't like being touched by another man but Chris is an exception to the rule. I suffered from neck pain which leads to sleepless night's so I opted for a course of 12 treatment sessions and after each treatment the difference is remarkable. Please don't think one session and your problems will be solved and the pain will disappear because these sessions are like marathon and not a sprint because each session builds on the last one. Before going to Chris like majority of people I relied on painkillers, since going to Chris I've not touched an ibuprofen.
