Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend House of Human Potential in Cardiff highly enough, especially Benny. When I first went to see him I was hunched over in severe pain, struggling to walk and unable to even lift my hands above my head. I could not get clothes out of my wardrobe or wash my own hair. A friend had recommended I see him when I was severely unwell and in a lot of pain before my bowel surgery and diagnosis. At the time I was really struggling and felt like I was being fobbed off by doctors. When I first reached out Benny was even willing to see me out of hours in his own time because I was in so much pain. I ended up needing surgery so we had to rearrange, but the fact he was willing to do that meant so much. The first session was very emotional and I was extremely upset, but Benny was unreal. He is such a kind and positive person and made me feel completely safe to open up without any fear of judgement. His Advanced Cranial Techniques and Zone Technique treatments are incredible, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people heal. After my first visit my partner said I practically skipped out of the place. We even went straight for a walk which we had not been able to do for months. I can now lift my hands above my head with no issues which still feels amazing. I have also been taking the drops Benny recommended for some time now. At my second visit my zone had changed and I had my first experience with the BioCharger. That was Monday and today is Wednesday. This is honestly the first day since becoming severely unwell on New Year’s Day and going through major surgery that I feel wholly and truly like myself again. My third appointment is tomorrow and I cannot wait to go back. Everyone at House of Human Potential is so lovely from the moment you walk through the door. The whole place just feels welcoming and supportive. I have already been recommending Benny to everyone and I honestly could not shout about him more. Everyone needs this man in their lives.

Fantastic experience: At the time I was referred to Ben at THOHP, I had seen various chiropractors, physios and healers for a back / pelvis condition I’d been suffering greatly with. For the past 3 months I’d been unable to bend to tie shoe laces, I’d had constant pain when standing and getting up. I’d given up hope. But after just 2 sessions I was seeing positive results. No longer crying in pain and even being able to stand and move better. After 6 sessions my condition was gone. Fantastic experience: Already did a review on Facebook after my first session, but wanted to write another one because this place is absolutely worth it. I got recommended to this place by someone who believed that I would benefit from coming here. I travel just under two hours to come here for each session. The staff and Benny are amazing, I got welcomed in by the staff on reception who are just wonderful, my first appointment was that good, I couldn’t stop talking about it for a week straight at least. I had been suffering with pain in my hip for a few years and tried other chiropractors closer to home but felt I wasn’t getting anywhere and I felt I was going down hill emotionally and physically. Now a good few sessions later, I’m walking really well, I have a new lease of life, go to the gym and eating really well and I’m in a much better place. Fantastic experience: I can’t express enough how this place has been such a positive influence on both my self and my daughter’s life. We initially visited to help with my teenagers various health issues by visiting Ben for the Zone technique. The results influenced myself to also start regular visits. The girls on reception are fantastic and so helpful, I am known to be panicking first thing before the school run but they allow us to flow in and out without any issues if we are running late, I then feel like a new person leaving. If you are thinking of visiting Ben, just go! You wont be disappointed. I just wish we could start every day with an adjustment.

Fantastic experience: This facility literally saved my life when the NHS told me there was nothing they could do for me as my lower back had completely collapsed and i had to go away and live with it. The treatment i received got me out of a wheelchair and out of having to take a carrier bag full of pain killers every month, none of which gave much relief.

Fantastic experience: I've been having Chiropractic sessions with Sophia for nearly 3 years now. Firstly to help with back issues and poor posture caused by heavy weight of work equipment. There was a noticeable change right from the start, my posture was better, overtime flexibility had improved and my overall health is better, less headaches and backache. I still come in once every 6/7 weeks for maintenance and it definitely helps. Well worth a visit, the whole team are lovely and look after you so well as a patient/client.

I've been seeing Benny Matthew here for a few weeks now, on my first consultation I was in a right mess with pain that was extreme also making it hard to sit or walk. Upon consultation, I was instantly made to feel completely at ease, relaxed and had been given a sense of feeling like I was in good hands from here on. Benny made a promise to me that he would get me better before Christmas, and he sure has stuck to his word!! It was easy to see that this promise was sincere and can't from the heart, benny shows care and compassion to me at every session and makes me feel completely in safe hands (quite literally!) On the 28th of November 2024 after an adjustment with Benny, I came home and felt tears of joy, after spending 4 months back and for the Dr's in unbareable pain and resulting to using a walking stick to get from A to B and practically ending up bed bound, this was no longer the case after this session with Benny. Within such short space of time, he worked a miracle and made such a MASSIVE difference in my life. My children Cariad-Ffion & Morgan, are both beyond thankful for benny for getting me better and back to normal with zero pain in effected areas anymore. Fantastic experience: Ben is absolutely amazing. I had a session this morning following a triathlon. I hobbled in barely able to move my left knee and left the session a new woman, the pain went instantly. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client myself for a few years and spoke to Ben about my 3 year old labrador - who can be a bit anxious and barks a lot when we’re out. I brought him in at the end of a clinic session to have a consultation with Ben (armed with plenty treats). I was unsure if my dog would even allow anyone near him .. but with some gentle dog whispering first, I was amazed to see Gryff almost bow in approval to allow Ben to adjust him. Fantastic experience: What a place! The owners/directors enthusiasm is magical... This place was recommended to me and I had also found it online as they have the worlds best red light therapy bed, and there is not many of these around sadly. Though Tom Cruise does have one in each of his homes... It was also an extremely nice change to see a practitioner in incredible health as opposed to a lot of practitioners these days who look ill or are overweight. Benny was the radiance of health, its a bit like would you ask the advice of managing your money from a poor financial advisor or a rich one! Fantastic experience: Pollyanna - Testimonial For almost a year I have been receiving treatment from Ben together with our little dog Pollyanna. Pollyanna is a Parson Russell Terrier with attitude. She was diagnosed with Cushion’s Disease and was often shaking uncontrollably. After numerous tests and scans which proved inconclusive we took her to see Ben. Having seen my partner suffer from back pain and benefit from the excellent care of Sophia, I found myself in terrible nerve pain as a result of a bulging disc. My pain was that severe I could barely walk and no amount of painkillers of any type made any difference whatsoever. The natural choice for me was to go to the House of Human potential and after only 2 sessions with Sophia, my pain decreased immeasurably, to the point where I could actually believe that I might be able to recover fully in a timescale I thought impossible only a week or so before. Following this and only several visits later, I was back at work (I am self employed so the financial benefits of my treatment far outweighed the costs). I am now able to live a normal life again. Fantastic experience: As most of you who have known me for a long time will know, I have suffered from back pain for the last 25 years and had spinal surgery back in 2004. I have also suffered with constant 24/7 headaches for the past 9-10 years and have had various treatments, all of which have failed to cure them. Just over 3 weeks ago I had another episode where my back seized and since then I have been in a bad place and a whole new world of pain. 2 weeks ago I lost the feeling in my both legs from my knees down to my feet and then spent a day in Morriston hospital having various scans and checks. They sent me home with painkillers and told me to rest up, but I couldn’t rest as I was so uncomfortable and in so much pain. I have battled hard and have grit my teeth a lot the past 3 or so weeks, and have been very down with how it’s been, it affects every single part of my everyday life, (just ask my long suffering wife Sian Hughes ) But then on the weekend I was advised by a family member to get in touch with a Spinologist in Cardiff. I made the call on Sunday evening and he was able to see me on Monday, and again yesterday. I’ve a day off today and I’m back up to see him again tomorrow. I woke up on Tuesday morning without a headache for the first time since they began, and today is also a headache free day . The man is a genius, and I have now saved him in my phone as GOD. When I first shuffled in there on Monday, I couldn’t even stand up straight, I was a mess. Within the hour he had straightened me up and put a big smile back on my face, which is still with me now as I type this. I only want to share this with other people who may be suffering with similar issues, because I can assure you that you can and will be fixed. Fantastic experience: Where do I start! I happened to stumble "literally" into THofHP several weeks ago having had a lower back issue. The initial consultation with Benny made me look at alot of things more holistically in terms of mindset & the day to day stresses which during that period culminated in my body going "What the hell". Yes you need to buy into the holistic approach, however I won't claim to understand it all, but THofHP has certainly allowed me to lay down some strong foundations to build a stronger me & yes my lower limb aches & pains have gone which for me I cannot be thankful enough. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Benny enough. I had been struggling with the effects of mold exposure in my home for the past two winters, with my biggest symptom being respiratory struggles. I spent both of the winter periods with my lungs extremely poorly, and my ears and sinuses were also affected. Last winter left me with ongoing hearing difficulties and discomfort, which is when I found Benny. By this point I was feeling defeated and emotional, which is not like me. I walked into my first session quite emotional, and walked out feeling happy with a big smile on my face! Stored emotions were released and my nervous system was so thankful. After just three adjustments the discomfort in my ears had gone, I could feel that my euchastian tube had completely drained and I could hear properly for the first time in months. Not only that, but as winter approaches this year, I have zero symptoms from the mould in my home (by this time I am usually very much struggling - I have not yet remediated). I feel like a different person and I know my immune system is now so much stronger. I am confident I will get through this damp winter season, symptom free and being able to sleep without coughing keeping me awake all night! Fantastic experience: Amazing, amazing, amazing! Where do I start? I have been visiting Benny, who uses zonal therapy, for a few months now and the improvements I have seen are incredible. The pain in my shoulder has gone, and my Raynauds Disease and hands/feet circulation issues have vastly improve. The Achilles tendon damage I incurred has been repaired much more quickly than generraly expected and I am now pain free! Fantastic experience: Ben and his team have been incredible. After a 9 year gap when he fixed my sciatica very quickly I went back to see him regarding a few back pains. Fantastic experience: Date of writing this was 15th of March 2023. This may not sound like much! It's taken me 21 minutes to walk half a mile. However, to me, this is a huge achievement. Since the middle of January, I haven't been able to walk more than 30 metres without stopping to rest and sit down because of the agonising pain, This was due to a disc and pelvis injury along with trapped nerves. So walking half a mile unassisted continuously tonight is massive for me. Rehabilitation is going well. It's only a matter of time before I am completely pain-free and back better than ever. A massive thanks needs to go to Benny Matthews @at36humanpotential for making this possible. 2 weeks, that's all I've been seeing him for, and I've gone from zero mobility and unable to put my socks on, to being able to sit, put my socks on, do a sit up AND WALK 21 MINUTES NONSTOP. chuffed is an understatement. Fantastic experience: Ben and his team offer a service that is hard to put into words. I went from 20% movement in my shoulder where an injection from my GP didn't make a difference to full and absolute use and movement in a few visits. Since then I have been visiting regularly. Bens knowledge and approach really makes the accessibility and understanding of the treatments easy for me. Even my sceptical husband now has regular visits having seen the amazing difference the treatments have made to me.

Fantastic experience: I find it hard to find the words to describe how much at36 (The House of Human Potential), in particular Ben, have changed my life! Before finding this wonderful place I was in a huge amount of pain every day.
