I was recommended to Sarah by my son and he recommended her. Fantastic experience: I came to Sara as I was suffering quite acute pain in my mid-back which would wake me up at night. The pain made it almost impossible to go back to sleep. When I got up the pain would remain for a couple of hours before eventually settling down during the day. I went to see Sara for an initial consultation which was very thorough before Sara explained the treatment that I would need. I have had treatment for about a month with 2 sessions a week. The treatment is tailored to my needs and I am now sleeping through the night with no interruptions. I have also learnt a lot about how back muscles work with Sara's patient explanations which I think will help me to improve how I look after my back in the future. Fantastic experience: After being told surgery wouldn’t fix my shoulder and it wasn’t fixable at all. Sara has fixed it to not only move properly but without being painful or too much clicking.
