Fantastic experience: I’ve had a really positive experience with Abi. I went in with quite a lot of neck and shoulder tension, and after a few sessions, I noticed a vast improvement. Abi is professional and knowledgeable. The treatments were both effective and tailored to what I needed each time. I feel much more relaxed and mobile now—I would definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with similar tension issues.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Abigail Rivers at Cardiff Chiropractic for about 9 years now, and honestly, I don’t know where I’d be without her! She’s helped me manage my long-term back problems with so much care and understanding. Abigail is friendly, easy to talk to, and always makes me feel comfortable. I can be completely honest about how I’m feeling, and she listens and gives great advice as well as amazing treatments that really help. Both clinics I’ve been to—Cardiff city centre and Penylan—have always been lovely, clean, and welcoming. The team is great, and I’m looking forward to continuing at the Penylan clinic. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with a back injury for a number of weeks. The injury had completely debilitated me, stopping all my activities, golf, gym as well as all normal activities at home. At times I was in intense pain. I went to see Owen Rivers at the Cardiff Chiropractic Clinic in Pen-y-Lan. During my first visit, Owen was able to pin-point the cause of pain, treated me, giving me immediate relief. Fantastic experience: Visited Cardiff Chiropractic Clinic for shockwave treatment for my plantar fasciitis. Abi and Owen explained in great detail how the treatment would work. Fantastic experience: Having tried many other remedies I eventually went to see Abi with a very stiff/painful neck with lack of movement plus some pain behind my ear. Of course being a man in his 70’s then I thought, oh well probably wear & tear! However, after my first visit with Abi there was instant relief with more movement and reduction of pain. Follow on visits have improved my neck movement and removed the pain associated with this problem. So excellent service and I would gladly recommend Abi & Ashwood.

Abigail is very gentle always asking if the treatment is not too painful and listens to your requests when you cannot quite have your usual session. She gives good advice and directs you to information on websites. When I return to Cardiff I will pay a visit to Ashwood again. They can purchase a body massager for you so you can carry on your treatment if not able to visit again with advice from Abigail where and where not to use it. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I used to visit the clinic when Gareth owned it and he was an awesome chiropractor who fixed my neck issues four years ago. Gareth has sold the clinic to Owen who is equally as fantastic a chiropractor. I have had shoulder pain from my dog pulling on the lead and in just five sessions Owen has fixed it! No pain anymore and the exercises he gave me have also helped to strengthen the muscles. I would self adjust a lot because of the shoulder pain and now don’t feel the need to do that anymore. My chiropractor is very pleasant and professional and sensitive to the treatment required to help me at each particular session. I value the help given to me very highly. Asking clients to give a review of their experience is a really good idea-helpful for clients and chiropractors. Receiving text reminders twice before your appointment is a great method of keeping you focused on your appointment date and time. Also being able to book on line is really helpful. Also any plans for the future provision of extra treatments and therapies would be most helpful for clients.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Cardiff Chiropractic Clinic for around 6 years now. I previously went to a Chiropractor in Cardiff Bay, but found that I was not benefiting from the three minute treatment sessions. Gareth at CCC has looked after me well keeping me maintained. I was apprehensive when he announce his retirement, and that Owen and Abby would be taking the practice over. Fortunately, my fears were unnecessary as Owen has shown great attention to detail, talks me through exactly what he's doing as he's doing it, and provides additional soft tissue massage where required in addition to the Chiropractic adjustments. I see Chiropractic treatment as a maintenance plan long-term rather than a fix-it-when-it-breaks service, and am pleased that Owen will be there for the long term.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this clinic for about a year and a cannot recommend it enough! Especially Abi! She’s so lovely and so professional! She’d helped me to relieve the back and shoulder pain I had felt for several years and gave me so many tips on how to care for myself between appointments. The online booking system is so straightforward and they even have reminder texts sent out a day before the appointment! I cannot thank Abi enough for all she has done for me.

Fantastic experience: My experience so far with Ashwood chiropractic clinic has been a great experience. After each session my body adjusts and I notice changes in my body confidence and posture. And also dr Manuel carrera has been very good with his recommendations.
