Negative experience: Paid £48 for a 30 minute appointment where they just cracked my hips and neck and did a bit of gua cha on my shoulder. Problem fixed for all of a week and came back now I’m pretty sure I have other issues from the back cracking since that’s not the area I went for and they did it anyway. I’m not sure it’s worth your money when they didn’t do massage or any thing more medical than cracking and guacha - maybe I’m naive and didn’t know what chiropracting really was but my other chiropractor is much better and has helped my issues more long term and does more treatment !

Please note I highlighted an experience that I did not enjoy which involved a massage technique called Gua Sha. I did not know about the technique before the session, and found it quite painful. After contacting the clinic to pass on my feedback. They have contacted me to confirm feedback has been shared and recommend a session using a different therapist that may work better. They have been very professional, and I am pleased to hear they have listened and shared feedback.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a physio before, but after susatining a injury from running which would not get better with rest I thought it would be a good idea, and I'm so happy I went to Agile. The whole experience was positive, the lady at the reception is very friendly and made me feel welcome. My appointment was with Leane who was fantastic! Her assesment was thorough, she helped me identify the problem, massaged the area to releieve it and gave me tips for my recovery. Fantastic experience: I injured my shoulder overnight and to the point that I had barely any mobility. On my first session, Leanne assessed the injury and gave me a massage in back and shoulder, which greatly relieved my pain and tightness. I was told to do rehab exercises and manage my pain with painkillers if needed. We arranged a follow-up a few days later. By then, I was feeling almost recovered. Lianne gave me another massage then and I left feeling like new. Thank you Lianne for your healing skills and warmth! Lovely staff at the front desk too! Thank you all! :)

Fantastic experience: The physiotherapist at Agile helped me with my lower back ache, challenged my 'traditional' way of thinking about managing it, offered strategies to strengthen and mobilise the area, and lo and behold, my lower back feels a lot stronger now and discomfort greatly reduced. Fantastic experience: Who has a family Physio? We do! For most of our problems one visit and we leave all good armed with exercises to keep on top of any issues. I highly recommend, if you are sitting on the fence bite the bullet and get in you will be happy you did. for me it was my neck, I dragged it on my left hook in boxing causing an issue. This was fixed in one session. My wife has rheumatism and could not run, she was up and running in three sessions. To me this was amazing as we all thought she would never run again, now is is in the Cardiff half. My daughter had trouble running. One session and the issue was delt with it was from ballet when she was younger. My son had a calf issue, fixed in one session. Again I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: David sorted out my ongoing tendonitis problem within three sessions. It didn't feel like I was visiting a physio, it was like coming to chat to a mate for 45 mins. (Albeit a friend who pokes and prods you!) Friendly and highly knowledgeable service with a smile all round from both David and Monique at Reception. Hopefully, I won't require any more physiotherapy anytime soon, but if I did I wouldn't go anywhere else. Diolch!

Fantastic experience: I've been using Agile for a number of years for injuries picked up along my fitness journey. Always a friendly, professional and personal welcome and the treatment has always had me back fit, strong and with full movement very effectively, even teaching me bits along the way to help prevent and maintain myself. Fantastic experience: On my first visit, I was rather apprehensive but within minutes my nerves disappeared after immediately being given a warm and friendly welcome from Monique. This place has a good aura. Onto my session with David and I felt totally at ease. After explaining the problem I had with my leg, he delved into possible reasons, options and devised a plan of action. All done very professionally but with a an easy, friendly manner which inspired trust. My healing journey is ongoing but I’m sure with David’s advice and guidance I will get there. Fantastic experience: I recently had a treatment with Johnny Harper physiotherapist for my lower back and compressed nerve pain in leg. I was unable to walk with pain when I saw Johnny but in 5 sessions all pain was gone. The clinic and staff so professionall and Johnny brilliant physiotherapist. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Massive massive thank you to Kate - I'd been ignoring my knee for a while, but in the space of a single appointment she'd figured out the problem and set me up with some super simple exercises. 2 days and 15 miles later, my running has been utterly transformed and my knee is finally working properly again!!

Fantastic experience: After recently having a shoulder op I needed face to face physio. Agile Therapy were my first choice, I'd heard such good reports about them. Upon arrival there was hand sanitiser for you to use & spare face masks in case you forgot yours. My appointment was with Rebekah Knight. She made me feel very welcome & safe with her friendly professional manner. Rebekah was kind & understanding (I was very sore) & nothing was too much trouble, including writing to my doctor to chase up results. The exercises Rebekah gave me to work on at home, were clear & concise & easy to follow, she even emailed them to me to ensure I didn't forget! So great to have these guys on my doorstep.

As always very professional, precise diagnosis and treatment & treatment plan that suits me and the way I train and work. Everything is explained in "what, why and how" of what you've damaged and how to repair & recover, in a way that is simple and easy to understand. & implement. Always amazes me how Dave seems to find the bit that hurts in seconds and then ask's you with a smile on his face of " Does that hurt ?" As a keen triathlete and cyclist they’ve helped me with a range of strains, injuries, and strengthen/preventative exercises. We then went through a physical examination, some massage of the area and then some exercises to take away to improve the injury. Fantastic experience: Following a day in agony with back pain called to make appointment. Same day appointment offered. No problem parking was plenty of roadside parking available luckily. After a short discussion and examination by physiotherapist received treatment and advice on beneficial exercises . Much more mobile and in far less pain when I left (1 hour) . Return appointment made for a week later. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have seen Conor at Agile Therapy on a number of occasions now for sports massage. As a professional musician I need a sports therapist who listens to what my niggles are and can then assess how best to relieve them. Conor is a professional, intuitive and excellent practitioner who has really helped me stay injury free. I have no hesitations in recommending Conor or Agile Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I've had a stiff lower back for the past two years. Some days worse than others. Had been to a chiropractor in the past which did nothing. Eventually got round to a physio and wish I had done it sooner. First appointment made an immediate difference and was given very simple exercises to do that have continued to help. Turns out it wasnt my back that was th problem. Had very tight hips that was pulling my back. Who knew! I had forgotten what it felt like to have a relaxed lower back and hips as had become so used to the feeling of them being tight! Superb service would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a very stiff shoulder for a while but nothing i was trying was helping it heal so I went to David Saunders to see if he could work out what was wrong. He went through lots of range of motion to see what it could be and gave me a verdict that makes sense.Ive been to Dave before and know that he would give me excellent physiological feed back of whats wrong.He also did some great tissue release which was a great relief for my shoulder.
