Fantastic experience: I must say, I cannot recommend Malcolm highly enough. I've been visiting him regularly for a few months after pulling my lower left back at work. I didn't know what to expect or if it would even help or not. I started by visiting every week, then every two weeks and have now moved to once a month. I was struggling to even stand up straight due to the pain. After only a couple of visits, the pain had subsided substantially and through regular ongoing visits my back is now at the stage it was before the injury. I will continue to visit once a month for now to keep on top of it, but thanks to Malcolm's expert treatment I feel a millions times better. His help has been invaluable.

Fantastic experience: Had intense back pain all over causing pain, fatigue and limited my mobility. Partially caused by prescribed medication, pre-existing sports injuries, mis-diagnosis and not enough exercise over the years. Had this problem for a long time but decided to get chiropractic help from Malcolm as I had heard he was excellent - which he is. I am 48 and I am in less pain with increased energy levels and mobility and feel now that I could do some light exercise at the gym and my posture / profile has improved. I had treatment many years ago with others but I was just going round in circles and was a costly exercise as well . Would definitely recommend for anyone with musculo-skeletal conditions.

Fantastic experience: I have recently been suffering with a very stiff back, My mobility was limited and during the night my back would seize up so it was constantly waking me up. After just 1 session with Malcolm I was instantly relieved I slept so much better and I wasn’t seizing up, I am having regular sessions now to continue with my back health, especially as I am only 35. Fantastic experience: 3 weeks ago I had a slipped disc. I couldn't walk or move much because the pain was terrible. I got Mr. Malcolm's phone number from a friend. I called and scheduled my first appointment the same day. After the first visit, I was able to move around the next day. I visited him for 3 visits during the week and I must honestly admit that he helped me a lot and after a week I was able to walk normally, function and return to work. I am very pleased with my visits to him and I will definitely go to him from time to time for massage and vertebrae adjustment. I really recommend him because he knows what he is doing and how to help the patient.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Malcolm enough. Very friendly and has the knowledge. I started my sessions because of my lower back pain (slipped disc). After spending 13 hours in the A&E with huge pain in my lower back and burning pain in both legs, where doctors debated if they should send me for immidiate surgery, I went to see Malcolm. After 3 sessions I was able to walk back home (30 minutes) instead of using taxi. After about a month the pain disappeared completely and my overal comfort and flexibility improved massively. I will continue to attend sessions with Malcolm to prevent the pain from coming back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Malcolm by a customer of mine, I had severe pain down my left side and in my neck making me unable to do any exercise and leaving me in pain if i did so, after the first session I knew I would be in good hands and then as the treatment continued the pain has basically disappeared and I have been able to get into the gym, go on hikes, go out on the bike and actually be able to do my job without having to worry about being in excruciating pain after ! Fantastic experience: I decided to go and see Malcolm after years of sciatic pain, endless hospital appointments and spinal injections, I was unable to walk at some points. But after having only a hand full of sessions I was quickly improving with my movement and now only go once every 2-3 weeks. Although it’s not a quick process I am hoping to make a full recovery 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I could hardly walk when I went to see Malcolm on a Tuesday & went back on the Friday for another session & the difference was amazing for me. I was walking taller, my posture was better & no pain when walking short distances. I gave just returned from Krakow which involved loads of walking, which I know I could not have done before my treatments. I am still continuing them as the initial problem may be solved but I want longer term results. Fantastic experience: I am a HGV driver and have suffered with lower back and neck pain for about a Decade, controlling it with pain killers and rest. Fantastic experience: Someone suggested to me that I should find a Chiropractor - at that time I had huge problems with my lower back, I had difficulty walking and could not lift which was necessary for my work. I had to stop body building around 4 years ago after developing back pain. I was having to get in 'my safety position' any time that I needed to sneeze or cough. If I did not hold onto something, bend down and go lower into my knees I would experience sharp pains. Also 6-7 years ago following a boxing injury on my right hand / wrist that I was told would not get better meaning that I could not fully bend my wrist. It also causes a lot of pain when doing press up exercises, holding tools or even a cup of tea. That was all before I met Malcolm at Chiropractic First. At the first visit he unlocked my lower back and I was able to move freely again. In the first week I noticed that the pain I had when sneezing had gone and I had no need to adopt the safety position any more. My back has been getting better and better every week and after one month I asked Malcolm if he could have a look at my wrist. He did something, a very painful adjustment for a short moment, but it worked also and now my wrist is moving much better and is pain free. Initially I was seeing Malcolm once a week - I'm now feeling stronger and more confident, after almost 3 months all problems have gone and it looks like a big chance that I will not have those problems again. I'm beginning to space the appointments now. I'm also thinking of going back to the gym. I want to say that I was very lucky getting here to this clinic - very friendly and professional. Negative experience: If it was possible to select a zero, I would. This the worst case of unprofessionalism I have ever experienced from a health practitioner. From the very first time I attended his practice, he was well behind time, which I understand can definitely happen. At some point he came to get another patient at the front room and never once acknowledged me or apologised for his lateness. My actual appointment started about 20 minutes after the time it was scheduled for, but I did not want to make too much of it, as I was ready to overlook his tardiness, as long as he was able to do a good job. I had a second scheduled appointment with him for today, and it was a terrible experience indeed. Having had to drag myself out of bed, even though I was so tired after a long hectic week of work, I walked for 45 minutes, the distance it took me to get to his practice, under very windy and rainy conditions against my better judgement. As I was considering cancelling, but decided against it, because I felt it would not be fair to cancel when the appointment was scheduled for a few hours time from then. I got to his practice 25mins earlier than the actual time the appointment had been scheduled for, from the previous week, because in the confirmation he had sent the day before, it showed a time that was 20mins earlier than the time booked. I had replied his text confirmation asking him to clarify the time, but as I never got a response from him, I decided to make sure I got there in time for the new time slot. I sent him a text as soon as I got there, and I got no reply. I sat down and waited anyway. I was still sat there waiting until my actual time slot came and went. I was able to ask someone else working in the building if Dr Malcolm was around, he was kind enough to go inform him that I was waiting at the reception area. I waited for almost 10 minutes after this, and not once did he come out to see me and neither did he acknowledge my previous text. I was highly disappointed and I sent him a text letting him know how disappointed I was with his very unprofessional attitude, and also informing him I would writing this review on here. He might be ok at what he does, but he lacks professionalism and his attitude stinks. I will never go back to his practice and I would definitely not be recommending him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, I had issues with shoulder and back pain and was booked in by my partner, I was initially sceptical about going but Malcolm was able to tell me straight away where I was experiencing issues just from looking at my stance and I felt an improvement after the first couple of sessions and after a couple of months was pain free, I have recommended him to family and work colleagues who have similar issues and would encourage anyone who has muscular or joint pain or stress issues to give him a try I will definitely be going back if I have any further issues.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr Robinson for sciatic nerve treatment for around 5 years; initially to treat particularly bad back pain and subsequently as maintenance treatment once a month. I can walk in in agony, almost bent double and leave feeling normal again. I highly recommend this chiropractic specialist based in Doncaster.

Fantastic experience: I have always valued chiropractic therapy and visited various chiropractors in the past for shoulder then hip and lower back pain, always finding the treatment effective. I recently visited Malcolm for help with severe hip pain and difficulty walking. Malcolm is the first practitioner who has looked at me as a whole person, immediately recognising my hip pain was associated with my leg, pelvis, shoulder and neck. As such relief has been almost immediate and I have remained pain free using a recommended heel lift insole. Fantastic experience: I hadn't had any back problems for nearly ten years, but had a really bad flair up. After some massage therapy (that didn't help massively) I saw Malcolm. Not only did Malcolm manage to fit me in the very same day, after one session I felt an immediate difference. After four sessions I was back to normal. Malcolm is friendly and knowledgeable. Whilst seeing a Chiropractor is never going to be the highlight of your week, Malcolm does ensure a top quality service. In the end, Malcolm was so good I brought my 80 year old mother in law for a couple of sessions and even she was impressed (which from experience is no easy feat!)
