Fantastic experience: Jessica has been providing treatment to George for approximately four weeks. George was referred to her by my veterinarian due to a severe limp. She has achieved remarkable progress with George through her treatments and prescribed exercises. I have diligently adhered to her recommendations at home, which include preventing George from jumping, climbing stairs, and restricting daily walks to only essential outdoor breaks in the garden while on a leash. Her professionalism, combined with her approachable demeanor, has created a comfortable environment for both George and myself.

Fantastic experience: Jessica has been great for my dog (who now LOVES her!) He is in a much better position after her treatments and advice. She is really approachable and is excellent at what she does. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Jess has really helped our old dog gizmo, he’s 16 and a half, he still thinks he’s 5 years old but sadly his body is showing age. She’s given him a set of exercises to strengthen his muscles and also monthly laser sessions which he absolutely loves ❤️ he walks in and literally reverses onto Jess’s lap.

Fantastic experience: Jess has helped our dog regain strength and mobility after he suffered with IVDD. We started our sessions a few months after surgery and have seen a great improvement in him. Jess and Fern are both lovely, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Jess highly enough! Since coming to her, she has made such a positive difference for my dog, Asia. Not only has she helped Asia tremendously since her leg amputation, but she has also given me so much knowledge and confidence on how to support Asia properly at home. Jess is incredibly easy to talk to, always patient, and clearly cares deeply about the animals she works with. Asia absolutely loves going to see her and gets so excited for all the attention and treats. We’re really grateful for the care and support Jess continues to give us.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Jessica (and Fern), enough. My Border Collie went through hip surgery in May 2025, I spoke to Jess over the phone before he had even come home from the vets from his surgery, to put a plan together and decide best steps for him. I will never express how grateful I am to these two, for getting my boy back running around like he should be. They always make a fuss of him, and make him comfortable for treatment, and are always extremely helpful and calming for me during the healing process. Thank you both, for everything over the last 9 months!

Fantastic experience: Jess has been absolutely amazing with my German Shepherd, Narla. After her fall and being diagnosed with Gracilis Myopathy, Jess has given her the chance to get back to doing all the things she loves. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure Narla is comfortable during every appointment — she’ll do whatever it takes to keep her at ease. Jess also checks in regularly and is always happy to answer any questions. I couldn’t recommend her enough! The care and dedication Jess has makes such a difference!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Jess enough! My German Shepherd, Ivar, is a high-drive working line dog who has never really learned how to switch off. Despite that, Jess has been nothing but patient, calm, and understanding with him. She takes the time to get to know Ivar and works at his pace, which makes such a difference. Her professionalism and gentle approach help him feel more at ease, and I’ve already noticed improvements in his mobility and overall comfort. It’s such a relief to know he’s in such capable and caring hands. Thank you, Jess, for everything you do for Ivar!

Fantastic experience: We booked in with Jess after our spaniel started limping following a run on the beach. We had taken her to the vets who had told us they wouldn’t do anything for her due to her age (11) Jess thought that she had torn her cruciate ligament and recommend a second opinion. We booked at another vets who confirmed that she had torn her ligament and needed to have surgery. We booked her in for the surgery then returned to Jess a few weeks after to complete her rehab. Jess has been amazing with Bella and the vets advised that she has recovered as well as a young dog due to the physio and exercises she has received. Jess was very informative from the moment I contacted her and I don’t know where we would be now without her help and advice. I would recommend visiting Jess if your dog has any mobility issues as she is truly fantastic at what she does and Bella loves her monthly massage and treats!

Fantastic experience: Jessica is a fabulous physiotherapist and I feel so lucky to have found her. My staffie, Ethel, was misdiagnosed by her vet, and it was Jess who picked up on the real issue and she stuck with Ethel to see her through her recovery from the 2 surgeries she never would have had if Jess wasn't so good at what she does. Ethel is a very timid and anxious pup, but Jess puts her at ease. She's such a lovely young lady, excellent knowledge and so caring.

Mia has elbow dysplasia and I got her booked in with Jess for maintenance now she is getting older so this way I can keep her as comfortable as I can. From our very first session, it was clear we were in expert and caring hands. Jess was friendly and clearly loves what she does. Both me and Mia immediately felt comfortable with Jess from her bubbly and loving personality. Jess took the time to assess Mia thoroughly and designed a personalized treatment plan tailored to Mia’s needs. I can definitely see that Mia is gaining more muscle and moving well Appointments were easy to schedule, and Jess always took the time to explain what we were doing and why, along with helpful advice for exercises at home. She will truly go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t reccomend Jess enough. My frenchie has a condition called IVDD where she lost the ability to use her back legs. We opted for a conservative treatment of crate rest and medication rather than the surgery, after a few weeks we decided to start with some laser and physio therapy which is when I came to know Jess. She is so knowledgeable and really cares about your pet and what’s best for them. Every appointment and plan is tailored specifically to your pets needs. Jess really goes the extra mile, I would get messages in-between appointments to check in on how my Lady was responding and if I needed any advice I would get a quick reply. We even got little goody bags at Halloween and Christmas. My girl absolutely loves her visits. I never thought we would be at the stage where my girl could walk again, never mind run. Fantastic experience: I can not recommend enough! Jessica has helped us so much and got my Angus back to his cheeky self! After lots of vet visits and back and thought with pain meds nothing seemed to be helping with his iliopsoas injury a close friend recommended we tried Jessica for physio. (Best decision we made) , he lost himself and was a completely different dog (he was so active going on 2hr walks, playing a lot and we’ll just Angus then after his injury he struggled to on a 10mins street walk) After a few visits we already started noticing improvement and working closely with her for a few months we got are cheeky Angus back. And worked on getting him better and build up his strength with the exercises she would give us after his sessions. Jessica is brilliant and has so much knowledge and really know what’s she’s talking about to the point she knew more and helped us more then the vets did. Like I said I wouldn’t go to anyone else and can’t recommend enough. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: Jessica has been helping my 4 year old dog Stan with Luxating Patella and I cannot rate her high enough! When I first took Stan to see Jessica, he was biting at his knee, sitting on walks and skipping. 6 sessions later, Stan no longer bites at his knee, he never sits on his walks and………..he can finally have a good run on the field! Jessica is a lovely lady and Stan loves going to see her. I am still taking Stan for check ups every 6-8 weeks. Jessica truly is the best of the best. I can’t thank her enough for what she’s done with Stan. ABSOLUTE GEM!!

Fantastic experience: Jessica is absolutely the best of the best! She helped my 12. years young Hugo (retired sport dog) at one theraphy session! Now we continue our sessions 1/per month, to keep him in healthy condition. Hugo is always relaxed and always enjoy his therapy session. Thanks to Jess’s skilled dog physiotherapy, Rosco is now more supple, balanced, and energetic—he’s like a puppy again! Fantastic experience: Curly at 12 had Cruciate Ligament Surgery (TPLO) in May 22 and to aid recovery and rehabilitation we took him to Jessica. If you are looking for an excellent professional service, ensuring your dog is in the best hands then Jess should be your 1st choice! At Curly's sessions Jess provided physio and laser therapy, she offered advice and gave us exercises to take away to help build Curly's muscles and strength back up. Curly was signed off after a course of sessions but we were assured there is always an open door to revisit Jess if we ever have concerns. Thank you Jess for your all your help, advice, dedication and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Jess has been absolutely amazing throughout pennys back recovery, with one to one sessions over the course of a few months pennys back is stronger than ever! She is now back to her happy playful self, I can’t thank you enough ☺️

Fantastic experience: My dog Morpheus was referred to Jessica as he was showing signs of back pain with suspected intervertebral disc disease, he had also previously had luxating patella surgery on both back legs and had general weakness and muscle wastage behind. Morph is a very sensitive dog and Jessica was very gentle and patient with him. Jessica performed a thorough examination where she promptly diagnosed his weak areas, Morph received massage and laser therapy and we were given a plan of daily exercises to help strengthen him. We visited Jessica every few weeks for more laser treatment and massage and received changes to the excercise plan and Morph managed to go longer between visits as the physio was clearly helping manage his condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica, her professionalism, knowledge and way with animals is outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Jessica is absolutely amazing at what she does! 2 months ago I went to see her in tears with a limping dog after a shoulder injury.. 2 months on and Roxy is back to her old self and as an added bonus she loves jessica and her treatments. Fantastic experience: I contacted Jess around 9 months ago to help aid both my dogs. One with cruciate recovery and other shoulder issues. Over the 9 months I whole heartedly recommend for knowledge of dogs and how she has applied this to support their physical recovery. One dog is fit as a butchers dog again and the other continues to enjoy her shoulder maintenance physio (11.5yrs- she deserves a treat!.) Not only is Jess an expert at her game, she manages her business relationships really well - being available for support and having a flexible approach. Highly recommend. Price-wise - these are very reasonable too.

Fantastic experience: My dog Cookie was limping from her shoulder back in 2021. I saw my vet …had X-rays, injections etc but it hadn’t really improved, so we went to see if Physiotherapy laser and massage would benefit her. I met Jess and she assessed Cookie on the first visit. Cookie was nervous initially however by her second visit she couldn’t wait to get in for her massage and laser!!!! We followed a daily schedule of physiotherapy every single day (you need to follow her plan to get the results) and I could see her starting to improve as her muscles developed, first the limp went intermittent then it stopped!. When she stopped limping we could then start to gradually increase her walks. I was extremely impressed and she stayed sound for 8 months then when I was away in Devon she played with another dog and she went lame again ….so back to Jess and again she came sound. We see her routinely now every 3-4 weeks just to keep her in good shape and continue daily with Jessica’s recommended physio exercises. If your sceptical about what physio/laser/massage can really do… I’d say “just try it”, Jess has really helped us ….Cookie is so much happier as am I and I far prefer to use natural therapy where possible.

Fantastic experience: After our dog (Linda) was hit by a car in September leaving her unable to walk and with three fractured vertebrae I found Jess via google and contacted her immediately. After 5 days in a specialist hospital not being able to walk Linda came home very wobbly. Once her vertebrae had healed and she was able to stand, Jess got to work right away. Her knowledge and understanding is excellent alongside her patience and love for animals. She also gives exercises to do ant home so you can see the progress yourself. Fantastic experience: Luna had cruciate ligament repair surgery in May and lost a lot of muscle mass, and unfortunately was still lame. Started physiotherapy with Jessica and after just a few weeks of carefully planned exercises, Luna’s muscle mass is nearly back to 100%, and is no longer lame and can enjoy off lead exercise again; she’s living life fully now. We will keep Luna on monthly appointments as she loves Jessica and the massages really benefit her. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: 8 weeks ago my dog, Bean, lost the use of her back legs after a spinal injury. Since then she’s had additional surgery to remove a tumour and lots of physio with Jess. Jess is absolutely amazing, Bean is almost back to her old self, trotting over poles like a show pony, living her best life. After being sat on the vets floor crying my eyes out, thinking she’d need to be put to sleep I could not be happier and would never have expected this level of improvement! Fantastic experience: When the vets dismissed my concerns about my lab's intermittent limping & loss of hind leg muscle mass as inevitable 'old age' (he was still 8 at the time), Jess took the time to listen to & understand my worries, gave him a proper examination (the vet has barely touched him) & together we have worked with Kevin to get a bit of muscle back in his hind quarters. She's given me advice about helping with his intermittent stiffness & a programme of exercises to do at home to help keep his muscles & joints working well. She has the patience of a saint & does not bat an eyelid when he kisses her after drinking a full bowl of water, nor does she grumble when it takes him 20 minutes minimum to calm his wiggly bum down enough to let her massage & laser him. We've had 4 appointments now and there's a visible difference in his muscle mass, I feel more confident in helping him & he just loves his visits. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Heard great things about Jess from a couple of other dog owners so decided to give her a go. Daisy has struggled with stiffness in her left shoulder for a couple of years. Didn’t lay on her left side for a long time. After only the first session, I saw a massive improvement. Daisy was less stiff after her walks and was starting to lay on her left side. After a few sessions, Daisy was doing so much better. All down to Jess and her fantastic knowledge. All her sessions and advice have helped Daisy so much and I can’t thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend. I take 3 of my agility dogs to Jess to get them checked over and see where we need to focus our fitness training to prevent injuries. The dogs all love her and have benefited greatly from our training plans and treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have a senior Bernese mountain dog. He was diagnosed with Arthritis two years ago. We've managed with good food, exercise and supplements, but recently He's had two falls and he could hardly get himself up from the floor. A friend recommended Jessica for physiotherapy. My dog as issues but Jessica put me and my dog at ease with her calming and lovely nature. We've had two visits and he's made a good improvement in such a short time. Jessica advised low fat meats for him, and shown me where to massage him, and exercises have to do with him. I would highly recommend Jessica.

She has treated several team dogs, always makes the dogs feel at ease and relaxed. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Jessica enough, she treated my big 17HH thoroughbred, gave advice, stretches etc. My boy is quite set in his ways so is a total misery guts Jess made him feel at ease and he enjoyed his sessions with her. She’s so easy to chat to and is great at her job.

Fantastic experience: Jess provided physio, advice and treatment, including laser for Nala, following spinal injury. Jess is always professional, approachable and goes out of her way to help. Following Jess’s recommended course of actions, Nala is now regaining the use of her back legs. Jess is highly recommended, reasonably priced and appropriately qualified. Nala loves her massages!

Fantastic experience: My lab Missy, who is 11 years old, has just started seeing Jess for physio as she has stiff joints. Jess is so good with her as she was a rescue dog and doesn't like people touching her legs and paws but she actually went to sleep during her session and was so relaxed afterwards. I would definitely recommend you see Jess if your dog has any joint issues.

Fantastic experience: My dog Bert had an operation on his back three years ago. The surgeon who did the operation gave no after care at all. Thank goodness another vet said he should be having physio. Jess was recommended and what a difference she has made to his life. She gives him massage and other treatments and she showed me how to do exercises every day to strengthen his back legs. She also oversees his swimming once a week. The difference in his ability to walk is fantastic. We both love her!!!

Fantastic experience: Jess has been treating my 8 year old lurcher , Lexie, with both physio and hydro for over a year now. Jess solved our initial problem of a shoulder injury and we now have maintenance work as Lexie has ongoing issues with arthritis in her wrists. Lexie loves her sessions with Jess and I cannot recommend her enough, she has an excellent eye and feel for problems and how to help solve them, and a lovely manner with the animals and owners.

Fantastic experience: This is my beautiful boy Marley Jones. Marley suffers from hip dysplasia in both of his hips and has done since he was younger (he is now 10 years old). Marley started seeing Jessica Parker Veterinary Physiotherapy about a year ago for a combination of hydrotherapy, laser therapy and physio and the improvement in his flexibility, mobility and muscle tone has been astounding! Before starting his treatments, Marley was not able to sit level across both hips as it was too uncomfortable for him. This photo was taken recently, and because of his incredible treatment plan, he can once again sit up on both hips comfortably and without any effort. Fantastic experience: Our bichon, Alan, injured both hips in the summer - it was so bad, we weren’t sure if he would ever become mobile again. Friends recommended Jess and, from day one, she was brilliant. Talked us through the best treatment options for Alan and guided us around pain relief and exercise. She treated Alan’s injuries with laser therapy and massage and made it easy for us to keep up exercises at home. Four months on, Alan is living his best life - regular walks, manages the stairs and has started to be able to jump on to the sofa (but doesn’t like jumping back down again!)…we could never thank Jess enough!
