Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Western House highly enough. I was apprehensive following surgery but Claire's encouragement gave me the confidence to push myself. Thanks to Claire's support I have improved far more than I expected.

Fantastic experience: I’d had a severe back issue for nigh on 5 months and after seeing my GP just got told to do the usual “rest it a little” Due to my job and enjoying the gym, this wasn’t an option I was put onto Jovan, by a good friend. I sent a message, to which he replied straight away and I was booked in Once at the appointment, we sat down, had a good chat and Jovan got straight on with a physical assessment, followed by an ultrasound. He explained the problem, why it was causing issues and the treatment options. I took the option of having steroidal injections to help with the pain. Now while this sounds, and was a little daunting, Jovan is the complete professional and goes through every single detail of the procedure. His calm manor and professionalism are equal to his jokes and humour The injections did make my eye, and leg twitch a bit, a small chuckle was had at this and he put things straight back at ease and finished the job It’s been 2 weeks since this was done and only after not having much pain at all, did I realise just how much pain I’d been in Have spoke to Jovan a couple of times since and even bumped into him in person for a chat too Can not recommend the man and the clinic enough and if another injury or issue comes along I’ll be straight on the phone to book in

Fantastic experience: Booked an appointment with Jovan and was promptly seen bang on time. Jovan was very informative and ran several tests, he quickly found the problem within my elbow and tricep tendon to be more specific. He has given me advice moving forward to help with my injury. I’d highly recommend him and wouldn’t go anywhere else in future. Top guy and knows his stuff.

Fantastic experience: Had a few issues that the NHS failed to diagnose. Booked in with Jovan to assess the situation and he told me everything I needed to know about my injury and what was needed to recover. I managed to get the operation from the NHS through Jovan’s help. After I had my operation I had a follow up with Jovan to make sure everything was healing as it should. He also gave me some friendly advice on what I should do for recovery. Cannot recommend them enough. The clinic is very professional and has friendly staff with a friendly atmosphere that will put anybody’s stresses at ease. The pricing for the treatment is very good value for money.

Fantastic experience: Updated: Had some ultrasound guided steroid injections into my left side SI joint, some facet joints and my right hip bursa. Jovan was excellent, he clearly explained the process and I hardly felt the injections. The end result is being pain free for the first time in a long time. All excellent therapists, all are very knowledgeable, caring & helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Jovan comes highly recommended and truly put me at ease during my treatment for carpal tunnel. He explained the procedure clearly and carried it out with great care. Fantastic experience: I went to see Jovan for a painful shoulder that had been causing me significant pain and reduced mobility. Jovan was so friendly, welcoming and professional from the start. He was thorough in his examination of my shoulder including a full medical history and explained everything as he went along. I felt totally at ease. I had an USS and treatment and immediately felt the relief, and my shoulder is 100% better than it was. Jovan is extremely knowledgable in his profession and has such a calming professional way about him. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Booked an assessment and ultrasound with Jovan at Western House after suffering excruciating knee / leg pain for over a month . He performed a thorough assessment which discovered a previously undiagnosed disc / neurogenic issue . Jovan provided me with professional and supportive assessment and report and continued this with follow up contact to support my condition. Without him, I would still be possibly treating a different condition and exacerbating the actual cause of the pain. Outstanding practitioner and extremely knowledgable - who I would highly recommend to anyone - I know who I would make an appointment with- if I was concerned about a pain or MSK issue.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Jovan for physio on my back and a pain under my arm. During this appointment he checked my blood pressure and pulse. He found that I have an irregular heartbeat. Thanks to him I sought further medical advice which resulted in a diagnosis, potentially saving my life.

She explained everything about my operation and why I was doing the exercises. Also answered every question I had . Fantastic experience: Booked in to see jovan in regards to a knee injury, which was affecting my work life, after a quick consultation and assessment, took the steps of draining fluid from my knee. With immediate effect. Within days I was back up and running. Carnt thank the service enough.

Fantastic experience: I visited Jovan for follow up treatment for acute back pain. He was the only professional who actually gave me a diagnosis of Facet Joint Osteoarthritis. He told me that a steroid injection could be given, but with no pressure upon me to do this, suggested that I wait longer before taking this action. However I was in such distress that I asked to be booked in for this treatment. Today, 7th August, I attended his clinic in Barnsley. As I felt much better, Jovan first examined and did an ultrasound. This showed that the condition had improved to the extent that I didn't really need the injection just now. I am so impressed with Jovan's knowledge and expertise, and he is incredibly kind. I am so glad that my GP Surgery recommended him to me, and I want to say again, a very big thank you Jovan, for helping me so much. Should I need physio help in the future he will always be my first port of call.

His name is Jovan Dragic. I am under his care at Western House Treating rooms in Barnsley. ( I believe he works in other venues as well) I pay privately to see him. It’s money WELL SPENT. He is so knowledgeable, he discusses your issues in detail, he gives you as many choices as there are for your individual circumstances and totally informs you of the good and potential side effects ( if there are any) He listens carefully. He understands. He is friendly, approachable, totally professional. He never judges anyone. If you need an Advanced Physiotherapist you will never go wrong with making an appointment with JOVAN. Jovan treats me for the pain and dysfunction of advanced arthritic knees ( until surgery is available) but I will surely seek his advice post op. He has a state of the art MOBILE SCANNER to assist in his diagnosis and treatments. He treats a wide range of issues. I contact him through Western House Consulting Rooms in Barnsley. Weston House is privately run and offers many other therapies and treatments. It’s a very clean, well run establishment with lovely Staff to help you if you get in touch. Thanks to the excellent treatment I received I am able to get back fully working and am sleeping without pain. The therapist Claire not only gave great treatment but talked me through how I can self improve at home and gave me a good toolkit to move forward in managing work and home life. . Fantastic experience: I had been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis through my doctor but the waiting list for an injection was 10 weeks plus, I found Western house online and after been in extreme pain decided to give them a call and within 4 days I had an appointment and my injection. Everything was fully explained at my consultation by Jovan and I was put at ease and after a scan on my heel decided to go ahead with the injection there and then and it was the best decision i made! From not been able to stand on one foot without extreme pain to straight after the injection been able to put my full weight on my right foot I havent looked back since. I would highly recommend Jovan and Western House the service was superb from the initial phone call to my injection and the aftercare.

Fantastic experience: As I have chronic RA and osteoarthritis in my knees, I am often in lots of pain and find walking difficult, I am on a waiting list for surgery in the future. To help me with my condition I went to see Jovan at Western House Consulting Rooms for advice on Steroid Injection Treatment. I had both knees injected, the relief was like being in heaven, I was able to go on holiday and not be in any pain, it was wonderful. Five weeks later I’m still pain free. I can’t thank Jovan enough for helping me to be pain free. I would Recommend this treatment to anyone if it can help you, have a better life.

Fantastic experience: I saw Jovan for a trapped nerve in my neck as I was unable to get in with my GP. I was in agony & not sleeping. Jovan did a thorough assessment and was able to prescribe me medication for pain relief. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Claire Bailey for over 16 years. I have followed her from her previous practice. I have been having Physiotherapy since 1986 with less than satisfactory results by others, all over tge country. I was fortunate that I was recommended to see Claire. She knows my chronic conditions and virtually every week I have 45 minutes of intense treatment. I cannot thank Claire enough for keeping me as mobile as is possible with my disability. I have an assistance dog from Dogs for Good and Pepper lets Clair know, the second I enter the treatment room, he either lies down on his bed and settles or if I am struggling he will not leave my side. He reassures me. Claire has also been able to recommend excellent Consultants and a specialist who is able to use Ultrasonic equipment to locate problematic Rotator Cuff injuries and inject steriods into them accurately.

Fantastic experience: Hi to begin with the pain was causing bad limping and hip issues compensating for it The post injection was a little tender but was expected After a few days of calming down the walking was easier and the pain was substantial in it's reduction Just back from San Francisco and an 850 mile drive up the Pacific coast highway I was pleasantly surprised that I could still walk properly After much walking and being cautious it was still pain free I would certainly recommend the procedure as it has been pain free since The odd twinge has been felt but nothing to cause any issues Lots of walking up hill, down hill, over rough terrain in Yosemite national park and still holding up John Bisby

Fantastic experience: Following a lower back injury resulting from moving furniture and after several unsuccessful attempts at trying to get a GP appointment, I contacted Jovan at Western House. He instantly made me feel at ease, with a thorough examination of my mobility and located the cause of the pain. After my first physio session I could instantly feel a difference and some relief. Jovan continued to provide me with support, advice and follow-up exercises. However, the most important thing was that he was able to prescribe me with that all important pain relief, which enabled me to continue with my daily tasks, and resulted in a speedy recovery. I can't recommend Jovan enough, thank you so much for all your help and continued advice and support.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Claire as my back had seized up and was very painful. Her initial consultation was full of helpful advice which I followed between appointments. She managed to get some movement in my back on my first session and I only needed two more sessions. My back and hip (long term issues) haven't felt this good for years. Claire is so friendly and easy to talk to, and I would highly recommend. Well worth the outlay. The receptionist answers calls quickly, appointments are booked efficiently and everything runs like clockwork. Easy to get to and onsite parking. If I have any physical issues in future I'll be booking in straight away.

Fantastic experience: After finding out I have osteoarthritis in my hands I have had massage treatment every week with Liz Walls. This has been invaluable to keep my arms and hands going, especially in my job as a gardener. I would fully recommend this treatment, whether to revive your weary limbs or just for a pamper. I have also had physio from Claire Bailey for tennis elbow. Claire talked me through everything about why I was experiencing the problems and how to best deal with it as well as giving me treatment that includes ultrasound and acupuncture which has helped. Claire’s knowledge and expertise has been extremely beneficial.

Fantastic experience: For some years now I have been attending Western House to see Dawn, the chiropodist. She is well experienced and cares for her patients. The other rooms are used by consultants and doctors who specialise in a wide range of conditions. All the areas are clean and tidy and the prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Western House Consulting Rooms by a friend of my mum and after finishing a 3 month ( 5 or 6 visits ) course of physio with Claire, I would gladly pass on the recommendation to anyone else. I suffered from tennis elbow for over a year, but after doing the exercises that Claire recommended and the visits to Western House to allow Claire to do her "magic" - all my symptoms have gone - I'm just annoyed with myself that I didn't go there sooner ! The consulting rooms are brilliantly located, have ample parking and were spotlessly clean - the latter was obviously appreciated throughout the pandemic.

At such a young age I was devastated that I needed a total hip replacement, with Claire's help I managed to delay surgery for 10 years, Claire has been my support both physically and mentally before and after surgry, Claire is a brilliant physiotherapyist and has been amazing, I cannot thank her enough!
