Fantastic experience: Friendly helpful and professional staff

Fantastic experience: Hi Eugene, I visited you about 8 weeks ago, and I forgot to send you an update on my shoe insoles. Just to let you know, after hobbling into the clinic for an X-ray and consultation, I went home and trimmed the insoles to fit my training shoes. Three days and I was walking normally!!! Not only that, my knee pain is improving and I haven’t had hip pain since! Had I gone to the doctor, I would still be in pain or would have left the surgery with a prescription for anti-inflammatory drugs and omeprazole to counteract them! All I can say is thank you. You are insanely good at your job and if you ever retire I shall hunt you down! All the best, Raine Cullen

Positive experience: First visit - felt at ease & listened to.

Negative experience: Left me spewing for days after the adjustment, hot flushes through the day and waking up with night sweats and burning sensations all through my nervous system. Extreme anxiety and depression since leaving, barely been able to eat. Day six and still stuck in bed almost throwing up. Edit: Been 2 months now and after spending 2 years and thousands of pounds healing my neck and nervous system from an accident this appointment has left me feeling the worst I ever have in my life physically and mentally, lost all the progress that I fought so hard for. Went from running 4/5 times a week and working out daily to barely being able to leave the house overnight. Over 3 months now and nervous system is still completely dysregulated and health all over the place since this appointment, came in for a simple neck adjustment and my life has been absolute hell ever since, was referred to a neurologist and then have had to get MRI’s to try get to the bottom of it. Been going to osteopaths for years and was seeing another person weekly before this and never had any problems before. Neck problems have been way worse since too but cant even get it seen to for risk of further damage until I get the MRI results to make sure what’s wrong.

Fantastic experience: After pulling my hamstring I was able to book an appointment really easily. After careful questioning and an assessment Henry was able to diagnose the grade of tear. He also went further and provided an adjustment and some treatment to my leg. After the treatment I received a really detailed rehabilitation programme. I found the whole process very professional and I look forward to my follow up sessions.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing attention to detail. After careful conversation and an in depth analysis, I really felt Henry knew exactly what to ask and understood where my pain was coming from. From the pain in my knee all the way to my thigh and also my lower back pain. I haven’t had work like this done ever before and I have had all sorts of sports massages, chiropractors and physio therapy work done. This will be my go to from now on. CANNOT WAIT to go back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I work in a very demanding job both mentally and physically , so constantly hurt my neck and spine . The techniques Valerie uses are unique and gentle , and coupled with her warm , compassion and sensitivity she is just the gift that keeps on giving ! She motivates me each time I go there and keeps my spirits up and I don’t think I’d be able to do my job if I could not get treatment from her . She is a unique person and a real life coach for women ( and I’m sure men too ) on every holistic level .

Fantastic experience: I work abroad, in a very physically demanding job. As a result I’ve seen different chiropractors in many countries around the world. I first seen Eugene almost 20 years ago. He’s helped me immensely. I feel the techniques he uses are the most effective, and his knowledge is outstanding. Fantastic experience: So pleased with diagnosis and treatment at Highland Chiropractic. My ankles and knees had been sore and swelling for months. I had an initial session with Val Pearce who recognised the source of the problem and recommended orthotics for my very flexible feet. One week later Eugene took measurements and personalised orthotics for my shoes. The improvement was immediate. Fantastic experience: I saw Eugene twice in August for a severe back problem with multiple injuries, he released all my pressure points and got me back down the gym, the amount of knowledge this guy has for sports injuries is next level, very impressed.

Fantastic experience: I had heel pain on and off for months that l trued to ignore. Eventually I went to see Eugene. He diagnosed my Achilles Tendonitis and talked me through Shockwave Therapy. Three sessions later, there's no more pain and no more inflammation. I wish l had gone sooner!

Fantastic experience: I attended the Highland Chiropractic Clinic in May this year. He decided to give me X rays for my back in which he discovered a broken bone on my spine. He got in touch with my GP which resulted in me having to go for a Scan. If this hadn't happened they found two other health problems. I am so grateful as this could have resulted in major problems. He in fact saved my life. I have no hesitation in advising people to see Eugene is if you have bad back or any other joint trouble. Thank you Eugene.

Fantastic experience: Can very highly recommend the Highland Chiropractic Clinic @ Inverness. Had some serious difficulty standing straight and walking without pain during 2022 and finally took the plunge in Spring 2023 after my brother in law recommended a visit to a chiropractor in Huntly. As an Inverness local - Highland Chiropractic Clinic was best for me. After a consultation with Val, rapid diagnosis and superb treatment has seen me back to my normal self within a few months and ironing out wee niggles and consequentials now on a quarterly basis. Was quite apprehensive about accupuncture but - I have gone from being really unable to function to walking and cycling and looking after myself again. Not only a physical boost but a massive mental boost too. I have never felt more relaxed after getting needle ! The care here had been absolutely magic and I cannot express how fortunate I feel after getting to the bottom of my pain, stiffness and quite debilitating issues. All thanks to Val and Highland Chiropractic Clinic. I have had excellent care and have learned so much about what I need to do to keep myself tip top as I journey into the start of my 60’s. Val is a superb listener, a very professional and massively experienced practitioner whose manipulation, care and compassion is second to none. So grateful for this superb service. Fantastic experience: Henry Pearce is my chiropractor. I’ve been seeing him on and off for a couple of years but since being diagnosed with MS I see him on a weekly basis. Henry has been a massive support to me not only physically but emotionally too whilst going through the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. My mobility was hugely impacted in a very short space of time and I was in a wheelchair at one point. I had a stem cell transplant and returned to the UK on a zimmerframe struggling to walk. Henry’s weekly appointments loosen my legs up, stretches everything out and his advice in terms of exercise has been priceless as I fully believe this is what has improved my mobility. I can now walk around the house with no aids and use crutches for longer distances. I have started building my muscles back up following the exercises he’s given me. I genuinely do not know where I’d be without him, he is the reason I can walk again and the reason I continue to improve, his guidance is second to none. He listens and is very attentive. His knowledge is incredible, I trust him 100% and I am extremely grateful for all that he does. He’s hugely invested in his clients and that shines through when receiving treatment. I have a lot of appointments on a weekly basis but I NEVER cancel this appointment as I always feel 100% better after it. Highly recommend Henry. 5 stars and I’d give more if I could.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. The person was judgemental and quite rude, had I not been so heavily medicated I'd have walked out.

Fantastic experience: My partner has asked me to post the following review on her behalf. I was diagnosed with CMT approximately ten years ago and have struggled for the majority of this with foot pain, caused by various different problems with my feet. My feet have suffered from claw foot, high arches, hammer toes, Achilles tendonitis and in the past year my feet have started to twist so I walk on the outside edge of the foot. I had only really been offered insoles and boxia AFO through the NHS but in April 2022 I made an appointment to see Eugene. Within minutes of him seeing me walking he suggested I try a TurboMed on my left foot. It was received and fitted within the month and was an absolute game changer! No more falls and I walk without having to stop and take my shoes off to relieve the pain. I have now been given a TurboMed by the NHS for my other foot but that took six months to receive and during this time I have started to develop friction. For months I saw various people, including one who stated the issues were due to my shoes. I purchased various pairs of shoes that made no difference to the pain, so I went back to see Eugene. Once again he was able to help and said it wasn’t my shoes but was the progression of the illness and completely changed my insoles. He made me a trial pair of insoles there and then, in which I felt immediate relief. I would highly recommend the practice for anyone who is struggling with foot issues.

Fantastic experience: As a tourist I visited Dr Henry Pearce on July 13, in great pain. He helpt me for instants and listened to my complaints. He took the time to listen . It was a pain I had for a long time . I received treatment after which I left with much less pain. A week later I received a second treatment after which the neck and headache are gone. We had considered stopping our journey, now we could continue our journey. I would like to express my special thanks to Dr. Pearce and his Clinic. Fantastic experience: I first attended in 2013 following issues after being in a car accident. The relief was instant and my range of motion returned, I hadn’t even realised I couldn’t look over my left shoulder. I go back every so often when I have any issues and would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I have a connective tissue disorder that causes chronic (daily) dislocations and subluxations. I have learned to reset most of these myself, but sometimes I need help, and Chiropractors have always been my heroes, gluing me back together since I was a baby. In April 2020, I had a subluxed right scapula and was in agony. I tried to get an appointment and was refused because their service is "non-essential." I was flabbergasted that requesting that my scapula be reset was "non-essential," and they were very nonchalant about this. No help came from anyone. I had to rely on excessive amounts of codeine, which inhibits nutrient absorption (something already problematic for me at the best of times) and caused mineral and vitamin imbalances to the point that I was practically comatose with fatigue (not to mention... a subluxed scapula). For me, it's a steep downward spiral if these things aren't addressed promptly... but HEY... I'm non-essential. It took many months to recover. Over two years later, I am still absolutely livid that I was treated with such an obscene dereliction of duty of care. My left shoulder is constantly dislocating at the moment, and I need help from the professionals on this one, so I'm shopping around for someone who won't treat me like I'm disposable trash. It came from their own psyche.... they declared themselves "non-essential," so do you really need this service? Perhaps you should go somewhere that sees the services they provide as essential?

He's requested I post a note detailing the venues professional attitude, modern equipment, cleanliness and overall quality of the practise. Henry was a star also. I don’t usually leave reviews but decided I would in this instance. I had a really positive experience with Val and left feeling great. I’ve booked another session and would highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Fantastic place! I started seeing Henry Pearce when I was pregnant a few months back. I then saw him regularly after having my baby (and C section), and now for maintenance. It has honestly been the best care I’ve ever received. Henry is very knowledgeable, and uses a number of skills to delivery fantastic treatment that has helped me no end with my body during and post pregnancy and surgery. Highly recommend. All the team are warm and friendly and the practice has a lovely atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Highland Chiropractic Clinic is very professional, well equipped and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend whole heartedly. My son was in agony with back pain. Even though HCC were very busy they saw him the same day, X-rayed, diagnosed the issues and went along way to sorting and relieving the pain. A follow up appointment a week later and he is significantly better, with the exercises suggested he will hopefully be stronger than ever. Thank you HCC, your expertise is greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience here for my chiropractic adjustment, very professional environment and adhering well to the covid pandemic, everything thing felt very clean and under control. The adjustment has helped me out massively with my underlying non specific back pain and i would not hesitate to go back.

Fantastic experience: what a great service have had pain in my lower back for 3 months when sneezing or coughing and then it was continuous so went to my local GP who barely even touched my back just gave out naproxen .that then gave me heartburn and the pain was still there so i was starting to get worried that it could be something worse so made the appointment with Henry Pearce and i must say i did not think is was something they could sort but worth a try .within 10 minutes henry who was very professional hard worked out what the problem was it was the rhomboid back muscle what a relief to find out what the problem was and after 3 months of pain he worked his magic ..also took BP pressure and went over all my history buy the time i had left i could already feel the pain going best money i have spent .and i am just back from my second session i have had my first pain free week i can highly recommend the Highland chiropractic clinic .everything was put in place for covid 19 masks were worn throughout you just phone when your in the car park to let them know your their and they will come out to get you they have hand wash before you enter and when you leave ..very professional great service

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. First class. I have osteoarthritis and a hip which is wearing out. Developed Plantar Fasciitis and was eventually unable to run due to the pain. No amount of rest worked. Eugene was recommended to me. Upon visiting I was told that for 39 years I have had 1 leg longer than the other due to a fracture when I was 2. I had no idea and no one I had seen in the past had noticed this. But simply standing straight showed it up once explained. So Plantar treatment was carried out and my feet were scanned. I now have special insoles and I am finding that I can run better than ever so far. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

Negative experience: Shocking service Booked an appointment 2 weeks ago, turn up for my appointment early. Told when I arrive the person I had booked was now on holiday but someone else was available to see me. Waited over 30 mins and left having not being seen.

Fantastic experience: Great experience feel so much better after treatment, very professional . As a hairdresser and a mum to a young one I grew used to the aches and pains, now I feel so much better highly recommended .
