Fantastic experience: I've been attending Remedium Wellness Clinic in Worcester for treatment for a frozen shoulder. Sean Davies, the physiotherapist has been exceptional with his knowledgeable, thoughtful and holistic approach. He listens attentively and tests my progress with fresh eyes at the beginning of every session and takes into account the impact of life's ups and downs on physical recovery. He emails carefully tailored exercises following each session and has been happy to message regarding any issues or queries between sessions. His approach has been thorough, recommending scans and blood tests to make sure of the extent of the injury. The range of skill sets in the centre has also meant that Sean has successfully used techniques recommended by some of the other practitioners working at the centre. I cannot recommend Sean highly enough as a sympathetic, considerate and highly knowledgeable and effective practitioner. Visiting the centre couldn't be easier. There are designated parking places in front of the clinic and it is easy to find.

Fantastic experience: 1 year ago I had terrible lower back and leg pain and unable to perform normal activities. A neighbour recommended that I visit Remedium, concerned that previous surgery on lower spine and recent MRI scans had highlighted wear and tear in right hip and ankle I was anxious. Joel and the team identifying specific areas that were aggravating lower back put in place a treatment plan and a series of home exercises for me. I visit Joel approximately every 3-4 weeks for mobility exercises, we discuss how things are and what areas need focus. It is a lifeline and my go to place and I highly recommend Joel to everyone

Fantastic experience: Having contracted Plantar Fasciitis I was looking for a solution to combat the condition and aid recovery. A google search led me to Sean Davies at Remedium Wellness where they were offering Shockwave Therapy for this condition. I'm so glad I've found Sean. The Shockwave Therapy has done it's job and has alleviated the Fasciitis pain and I am now undergoing fortnightly Deep Tissue massage to my calf muscle to continue the progress to full recovery. Sean has been great at explaining the therapies and how everything is connected to each other - resulting in progress week on week to being fully fit. Fantastic experience: Life changing! I have visited Matt many times. I had been struggling for years and years with extreme upper back pain and a curved back posture. After my first visit I felt like a different person, I was physically taller, felt like I could stand up straight, and the pain was almost completely gone. Since then I have returned many times just to keep up with the deep tissue work and keeping my posture correct. He gave me an extensive list of stretches to do in my own time and has always kept up with checking how I’m getting on! Worth every penny!! I couldn’t recommend it enough! Get it booked.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Chiara for about 3 months now, and she has been great! Every time I leave each session, I feel so much better. Chiara has a wealth of knowledge and understanding, and she kindly shares what she knows in each session. I've also been given exercise videos which have been so helpful. Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten so use to walking around with pain in my traps and lower back , I almost didn’t commit to my appointment to this wellness centre (found it by browsing Facebook). I was professionally assessed by Chiara and she knew exactly where to press and push. She spent a good time on my hips to begin with.(I didn’t even think that was the problem! Clearly was.). I can highly recommend booking a few sessions with Chiara. She is passionate in what she does and for sure knows her stuff. She is polite and warm and I am so happy I have found her. Fantastic experience: I have had treatment from Remedium Wellness a few years ago pre pregnancy with Ewan so when I was experiencing back issues post pregnancy I booked again and this time I saw Chiara and she did wonders!! I needed a few sessions but she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain everything she was doing. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed in the space throughout, I was given an exorcise list to follow with videos which were sent to my phone which was very convenient. I would 100% recommend her to anyone! :)

Fantastic experience: Great to find Jeol, who once identified my issue. Starting to enjoy life a bit more again. A once a month appointment works best for me. As my occupation is very physical and hard demanding work. The location is quiet and is out the way, Pleanty of parking. Looking forward to being able to keep doing what I enjoy. Fantastic experience: I injured my back a number of years ago playing rugby, and have subsequently had a number of issues with pain and a lack of mobility as a result. I’ve been to a number of different practitioners over the years, many of whom have come up with different diagnosis and thoughts on what the cause is and how to treat it - however none have ever really got to the root of the problem. Remedium were recommended to me by a friend, and I booked in with Joel. From the first appointment he seemed to understand what I was saying and what I had been experiencing - and within that first appointment had told me what he thought the diagnosis was. A subsequent X-Ray proved Joel’s theory correct, and we have been working together to start the process of recovery and rehabilitation since then. I’ve always found Joel to be very professional, and at the same time to have a very calming presence. He has a knack of explaining medical terms in plain English, which makes understanding how your body works a lot easier! I’d happily recommend Remedium, and Joel in particular to anyone in and around the Worcester area!

Fantastic experience: I came across Remedium wellness via Facebook. After struggling for weeks with extreme shoulder pain, I booked a consultation with Joel who made me feel extremely confident (after feeling a bit dubious)in pursuing treatment in the form of shockwave therapy. Two months later and following the exercises Joel gave me, combined with the shockwave therapy and I can honestly say it’s as good as new. Money absolutely well spent. I would highly recommend!
