Fantastic experience: I came to Kasia with a knee injury during my marathon training. Kasia helped me with exercises and treatment in the weeks following. I really appreciated Kasia's calm and logical approach and her advice on when to come back for treatments for fair and reasonable and she did not push for appts when not needed! I would fully recommend especially as I successfully ran my marathon. :)

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from chronic sciatica which I have found to be very painful and debilitating. I have been awaiting treatment via the NHS for a lengthy period. After looking on Google I decided to try treatment at Physio Zone Klinic. I started receiving physiotherapy and treatment from Katarzyna, where my first impressions were how Katarzyna came across as being quite friendly, warm, experienced, knowledgeable, sympathetic and quite professional, all of which helped to put me at ease. Since having regular treatment sessions I now have an exercise plan in place, I feel that the treatment which I have been receiving to be beneficial, where the symptoms have now started to reduce; and on a personal level I find that Katarzyna is always willing to listen and discuss all my frequent questions and queries with knowledge and insight. For the first time in a while I am actually feeling confident that my condition is showing signs of improvement and that a contributing factor to this upturn has been Katarzyna’s treatment, help and advice. I would certainly recommend Physio Zone Klinic and Katarzyna for any person like myself, who have been struggling with the symptoms of chronic lower back, leg and foot pain that is related to sciatica.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Katarzyna since May and she has been amazing. I suffer with really bad anxiety & ADHD, I therefore hate an unknown territory. From my very first session she made me feel like I was seeing a friend. I felt instantly at ease. We have done a variety of services inc Acupuncture, Cupping, Light therpay & ultrasound. she worked with me and with her great knowledge and experience she works in such a natural relaxed way which really helped me. Highly recommend. She was been able to diagnose multiple things that were wrong that others failed to see and there has been so much progress.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic treatment - I booked in after experiencing hip pain for a few months, and Kasia swiftly diagnosed the issue. Using a holistic approach and a range of treatment options including massage, ultrasound, laser therapy and acupuncture along with a programme of exercises to help strengthen, the pain has gone and I'm back to being able to exercise as normal. I was a little nervous, especially with the acupuncture, but Kasia made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I can highly recommend for anyone looking for physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Kasia was recommended to me when I developed issues with my achilles during marathon training and has been amazing in getting me back on my feet. Through acupuncture and other responsive treatments she helped me build up the physical resilience needed for the event. As an older/slower runner I knew I would be on my feet for a long time, but due to Kasia's treatment plan I had no injuries on the day and finished with a PB!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place - I booked an appt for mystery hand pain/sensation, and Kasia very quickly determined what was causing it, as well as some other muscular problems I wasn't even aware of! She provided a personalised (and very thorough) treatment plan, along with a video guide on how to actually do the exercises in it. After a couple of weeks of that, my hand/muscle problems have completely cleared up, and I now have ways to treat them if they recur. Kasia is thorough and knowledgeable, great at communicating what the problem is and how to treat it, and not judgemental about the causes of your pain. She also didn't try to pressure me into making multiple unnecessary appointments or to buy anything I didn't need. And as a side note, the booking process was one of the fastest and easiest I've gone through. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I was initially referred for physio by my GP, however, the first available nhs appt was a 3-month waiting list. I elected not to do nothing for this period so I sought private PT to start the recovery process. I was impressed by the reviews so contacted Physio-zone-klinic. Kasia was very thorough with a practical approach, blending traditional hands-on treatment, exercise regime via a very helpful phone app to keep track and provide guidance, but also offered alternative treatment including acupuncture which was a first experience for me but surprisingly effective. I was very reassured by Kasia’s understanding that I was paying my own way and worked with me to ensure the treatment was efficient, not delaying any aspect and reaching swift conclusions. She was pro-active and happily recommended follow-up action with my GP, recommending a hip x-ray which the GP duly supported and highlighted the fact that my issue was arthritis. When my nhs appt came through, I presented the summary of Kasia’s excellent work and I have now been referred on to an orthopaedic consultant. Her treatment has got me into a position where I saw the nhs PT with the programme I had been following, the results of an x-ray she recommended, and that has saved me a further 3 months PT with the nhs as they took her work in good faith and realised there was not much else they could do for me in terms of PT. Kasia offers a very friendly and thoroughly professional service, she is happy to get hands-on, explore different options and engage holistically with wider medical professionals to provide the best and most appropriate treatment for the patient. Absolutely first class.

Fantastic experience: Best physio by far After seeing 2 NHS physio's with no improvement a work colleague recommended Physio Zone Klinc Kasia was superb quickly identified why I was struggling to walk correctly, she constructed a exercise plan to build muscles in hip and core areas Treatment in clinic included massage and acupuncture all of which has helped I am now able to walk correctly without any pain and muscles are now increased I have now joined a gym to keep muscles strong This is all down to Kasia I highly recommend her and would definitely use again

She is highly knowledgeable and helped me finally identify my hamstring tendonitis on the first consultation which was being misdiagnosed overseas for months on end. I first went to her with some running related concerns, she resolved my issue very effectively, i had subsequent follow up appointments with her as a preventive measure wile training for a marathon, I can not recommend her enough. kasha also fitted me in this week for a last minute appointment when I encountered a serious back issue that she has helped me work though, her expertise are broad and she is very good at what she does! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, for acupuncture, physio and even taping!
