I have been a patient of the Guildford Chiropractic Centre since 1980 and it never ceases to amaze me how good I feel after a session with these wonderful people. Last week I saw Phillip Hehir and was in a very sorry state with acute neck and shoulder pain with very restricted movement. In fact, it was so bad I could not even lie face down on the bed. Unfazed by this, Phillip worked his magic while I was sitting upright. I then he laid me on my back for one manipulation with which, even before I sat up, I knew the problem had been effectively sorted. I left the practice feeling fantastic, walking more upright and able to move my head around with ease. I can recommend PHillip and his brilliant team of practitioners with absolute confidence.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Philip Hehir since April 2022 for my back. Prior to this, I was regularly visiting another chiropractor, and also an osteopath but although they would correct the problem every time my back went ‘out’ it wasn’t very long before my back would go out again. When it did go, the pain was absolutely excruciating and at one point I had to be taken on a stretcher to A&E. Philip got to the bottom of the problem by sending me for x-rays straight away, which showed that I have a curved spine and unusual hip joints. I have had little to no problems with my back since visiting Philip. I now only go every couple of months but have never been put under any pressure to do so which wasn’t the case with the previous chiropractor and all the staff are happy and helpful. Burchatts farm is a great environment within Stoke Park and there are plenty of free parking spaces.

Always willing to have a chat and talk about treatment options which is great. I like to understand what is doing what. And all the other staff I have met have been really friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy with this practice. It’s easy to find, with plenty of parking spaces. The front-of-house staff are extremely helpful and kind. In addition to appointment reminders, you’re met with kindness and professionalism. I started my treatment after a bad car accident, and I’m thrilled to say I’ve noticed a significant reduction in pain and an improvement in movement after just a few weeks. Scott uses a combination of physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic care to address my pain, neck stiffness, and other symptoms. Honestly, I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: With an inoperable spinal condition, and a reluctance to live on pain medication, I arrived here with significant back pain, in the hope of just getting some sort of relief. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of this clinic. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, inviting me to complete a medical form prior to my first appointment with Philip (qualified chiropractor) for an initial assessment. Philip was very courteous, thorough and respectful, identifying the areas causing my pain, and clearly explaining the treatment he was recommending. From the first appointment I felt I was in safe hands, and could trust him. After only a few appointments over these last weeks, I have experienced more and more pain relief. Although my spinal condition can’t be reversed, I have recovered enough now to start physio led Pilates instruction from Sara McGowan for maintenance, mobility and strength. Sara also has a thorough knowledge as a qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. It is still a work in progress, but I feel safe there and so much more optimistic about increasing my mobility and being almost pain free in the future. I am so very grateful I found this special clinic and would recommend it to anyone looking for caring and professional treatment in a safe environment.

I have had my Masters England team selection recently and wouldn't have had this achievement without his input getting me fit to compete. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Hannah for the past two months and the results have been very impressive. Originally went due to a longstanding shoulder pain, which she cleared up in only three visits. Hannah is currently working on my left leg that suffered from lack of mobility. Once again, after only a few sessions the change is dramatic! I thoroughly recommend giving clinical massage therapy a try and more particularly Hannah as the therapist.

Fantastic experience: I just had the most wonderful sports massage with Hannah. She is a very experienced and talented masseuse and has a great range of techniques. The massage was very relaxing but you could also feel the deep tissue element and it’s eased many of my tight and aching muscles. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and has recommended various stretches to loosen up some problem areas. Hannah is also a lovely person who makes you feel very much at ease.

I’ve been treated by Guildford Chiropractic for over four years, and whether it’s to help me recover from an injury (twice) or a general maintenance visit (my choice) the team is always welcoming, and use a variety of therapies to relieve pain and discomfort. For me they provide the perfect solution for the little niggles that come when you enjoy exercising and sometimes overdo it. Painful knees, tight hips flexors, pulled muscles - one or two sessions at the centre and you’re back in business. Give them a try!

After stumbling upon Guildford Chiropractic Centre I had an initial assessment and first treatment. When I walked out I was walking upright for the first time in years. I saw Philip twice a week for a month which has sorted everything out I now see him every 6-8 weeks for routine maintenance I would highly recommend them to anyone suffering with their back, shoulders or any pain.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend the Guildford Chiropractic Centre enough. I’ve been seeing Scott now for almost a year, having limped in with suspected Piriformis syndrome or Sciatica. Scott has worked wonders and his sessions have enabled me to get back running regularly. After the initial treatment had passed, I was able to get fully back on track with my training.
