He was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand my issue properly before explaining everything clearly. Since the session, I’ve had a couple of days pain free, which is something I haven’t experienced in a long time. That alone has made a huge difference for me. I still need to go back and work on a plan for returning to running, but I’m feeling really hopeful about getting back to it with his guidance. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d definitely recommend.

Thanks to his great approach I have made a great recovery from a very old injury. Weeks after my last visit, my knee is still in perfectly working condition and pain free. Something I couldn’t achieve following weeks of strengthening knee exercises. Not to mention that it only took him one visit to mend a sore shoulder that I was dealing with for months. 10/10 I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a hip flexor issue that prevented me from squatting and running, due to the pain and tension. After 3 visits, squatting-form adjustment, and stretching, I am now able to squat and jog again. I still have slight tension but it is improving with my current routine of stretching and strengthening. Thank you. :)

Positive experience: I am providing feedback regarding previous visits conducted several years ago. During that time, I experienced back pain when seated in my vehicle for extended periods, exceeding 20 minutes. I believed this was due to a minor postural misalignment. I was seen within two weeks, and experienced immediate relief, albeit accompanied by some discomfort, which was anticipated. While I felt improved for a few days, the back pain eventually returned. We initiated postural improvement exercises over several months, but due to work commitments, I had to discontinue the physiotherapy sessions. Despite only attending four sessions, the treatment appeared to be effective. The pricing was also reasonable.

Saw many different physio before who just gave exercises to do at home, however Physioteka with his comprehensive treatment and being more hands on I am now seeing more movement in my ankle along with considerably reduced pain in a long time

I had constant pins and needles down my arm, tight neck and painful shoulder for months which doctors claimed would go away eventually. Lukasz assesed me, worked on my neck, back and shoulder and advised me on my exercise regime. One more session to go ( which Lukasz advised if i felt it had resolved itself, just to cancel which is a good sign of a proffesional healer) most pain gone, neck not tight anymore, my shoulder feels back in place and mo more pins and needles! I would thouroughly recomend.

What I didn’t expect was just how transformative the sessions would be for my overall well-being. Before starting physio, I suffered from migraines generally twice a month, with my last one occurring in November 2024. Since working with Lukasz, I haven’t had a single migraine—a result I never imagined possible! Additionally, I had been experiencing nerve pain in my forehead for over a year, which I had assumed was stress related. To my amazement, this too has completely resolved. Lukasz is truly remarkable at what he does. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he is also incredibly personable and makes you feel completely at ease from the very first session. His friendly and professional approach creates a comfortable environment where you feel confident in the care you’re receiving. I went in with a damaged ligament in my foot and he knew exactly where the root of the problem was and the right treatment for it. It’s been a week and my foot feels a lot less painful and tight. Fantastic experience: Very good, very professional, in a very nice setting. I need a hip replacement and I will have to wait one to two years. I have seen the X ray, and the ball joint in my hip is very definitely damaged. I don't think that Physiotherapy on its own, will cure the damage. However while I am waiting, I am experiencing pain in my left hip, my back, and my right knee. I have had not one, but two, ten minute appointments with the Physiotherapist at the GP's practice. She referred me to a Consultant at Woodend Hospital, and I am now on the waiting list. In the meantime, I sm experiencing a lot of pain, reduced mobility, and generally I am very stiff. I have only had one appointment at the Clinic and I was very impressed with the treatment I received. I also felt that it was very reasonably priced compared to Thai, deep tissue massages, that I have tried in the past, and found helpful.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Lukasz with limited strength, mobility and pain in my left shoulder which had bothered to me for months. Being 48 I had become used to injuries recurring or lasting a very long time. I tried getting back into lifting weights but the shoulder pain and lack of mobility was severely limiting my motivation to exercise again. After 3 sessions with Lukasz I'm delighted to report that my pain has gone and my left shoulder mobility has returned which will allow me to begin exercising again.
