Fantastic experience: Jenny and the team sorted me out within 3 weeks. I first arrived crippled and on high dosage of morphine, and within 2 weeks was largely back to normal activities, and a further week fully recovered. The McKenzie theory physio and application is well worth exporing if you have nagging (or in my case, completely debilitating!) pain. You have to put in the effort, but it works. Fantastic experience: Received my treatment from Jaimik who was very professional and very knowledgeable. He assessed my injury on my shoulder on the first consultation where he was able to tell me exactly what the injury was and why it was causing me pain. He was able to give me treatment straight away and within 3 weeks after 5 appointments I was pain free. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After struggling with a calf injury for 2 months, I finally accepted that I needed some help to get myself fit again. Having never had physiotherapy before I didn't really know what to expect. Alvin and Tyler soon put me to ease, and with their expertise, they soon got me back to full training. My only regret was not going sooner. A combination of treatments and exercises done the trick, and I'm now fully recovered. Great set up with friendly experienced staff. He helped me to get back to running after a knee injury, from not being able to run more than 100m few months ago to being able to do multiple runs every week. With the help of the right exercises and massages very pleased to get back to my hobby!

Fantastic experience: After being in a car crash, I was sent to injury time and can’t recommend Alvin enough. He has helped me so much and hands down one of the best Physio therapists I’ve seen. He listened to me, helped me, and gave me stretches to do at home. I built a strong relationship with Alvin too which I think is so important when putting trust into a physio therapist. When I first went I could barely move my back or neck, I was in extreme pain. I have definitely had improvement but unfortunately the extreme whip lash I suffered will probably take some time to heal but without Alvin I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today. Back to work and able to move around better. Thankyou Alvin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Went to see Alvin after the long-term herniated disc in my lower back flared up again. Alvin patiently listened to my troubles and quickly identified the problem areas. After only 4 visits including some deep tissue massage and a stretching/exercise program my back is better than its been on a long time . Alvin is a genuinely kind and patient person, as well as being highly competent at his profession. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Fantastic experience: Saw Alvin at Injurytime after not making any progress with back pain at a different clinic. Alvin identified the issue quickly and provided exercises which have solved the problem and allowed me to return to sport. Can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I recently had Alvin provide physiotherapy on my snapped Achilles’ tendon injury. I had about 15 sessions and every week I could see the improvement in mobility. Yes at times it was painful but as they say, no pain no gain. My only regret is that I wish I hadn’t left it so long before I went to see him. I’d highly recommend him for any Achilles physio/rehab.
