Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Emma enough. I had a bad fall that left me almost bed ridden for a couple of months. In just a few sessions, with Emma’s help, I was able to walk my dog painlessly again! Her knowledge, attitude and treatment were outstanding. Thank you Emma!

Fantastic experience: A couple of years ago I was recommended to go and see this practice as I suffer with long term back and neck problems and since then I have never looked back. What ever my issues they have fixed it for me. What I particularly like, apart from the relief I get from the treatments, is that they provide me with the exercise and skills to manage my problem rather than a quick fix. I have been seen by Marie, Dulcie and Emma but it really doesn’t matter who you see they are all excellent and I would highly recommend them as a practice.

Fantastic experience: Craig is an excellent practitioner who makes you feel relaxed in his care.He has supported me to recovery with my foot strain. I would like to thank him for his treatment which has been outstanding throughout- this is the second lot of treatment I have received from Craig ( previously had complex back treatment) and I cannot recommend him highly enough. You are in safe sands.

Fantastic experience: I just want to write in to thank Jino for the enormous care and help that he has given Mum. He has been able to inspire her to exercise and walk And he has carried everything out with good humour, gentleness and great Care. He is exemplary! She has always look forward to his visits and sad that her frailty now means that her needs have changed and she will not be seeing him. I really appreciate all he has done. Fantastic experience: My physiotherapist encouraged me to have an x-ray following a fall the week before because of the severe bruising. The x-ray showed a fractured femur. Following the diagnosis my physio has been on hand helping me gradually regain strength, flexibility, balance and muscle eventually building my confidence to try to go back to the gym. 4 months on I am nearly back to normal. I know I would not have recovered so well without my physiotherapist's help. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: After months of pain I saw a huge improvement after just one session with Marie and it improved again after a follow up. Marie was really knowledgeable and reassuring. She explained what she was doing throughout the treatment and gave me exercises and tips I can do at home. I’m so pleased and grateful for her help.

Fantastic experience: After bad year with arthritic hip, it was replaced in September. Recovery has had its complications as hip was so bad going to the op. Emma has sorted those complications out! Fantastic experience: A little over two weeks ago I had a total knee replacement. I was quite nervous about coming home. There was a little physio done at the hosp, but when I got home the stairs were quite daunting.. I found Salisbury and South Wilts Physiotherapy searching google for a business that do home visits. I was so glad I did. Annabelle was positive, supportive and cheerful. Just what I needed!. She listened to what I said and helped me negotiate the stairs and observed how I was moving. She also gave me exercises that she went through and I felt confident about doing them. After the first visit I felt so much better. A cloud had lifted.. It really helped being at home for her to see my particular difficulties. Thank you Annabelle!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Emma highly enough. She is caring, professional, and truly excellent at her job. I came to her with severe pain in both arms and wrists – I could hardly do anything, and even sleeping was unbearable. Thanks to Emma’s treatment and guidance, my pain has eased so much, I’m finally able to sleep again, and I’ve been able to cut down on my medication. She has made such a difference to my daily life, and I’m so grateful for her help.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend Craig Evans at Salisbury & South Wilts Physiotherapy to anyone struggling with running injuries. When I first came for a session with Craig, I couldn’t run beyond 10k without my knee flaring up to the point of having to stop. Just a few months later, having worked with Craig on a rehab programme for my knee, I ran Southampton Marathon. Craig created a great plan for me, gave really good advice both from his experience in clinic and his own training, and was realistic but also really encouraging in telling me what I could do to get my knee back to health and reach my fitness goals. Really recommended!

Fantastic experience: My husband Kevin has been having physio with Emma after being involved in a serious accident. Emma has been fantastic her professionalism and determination to improve Kevin's condition has been wonderful to see. The improvement shown in just in couple of weeks has been brilliant. Kevin can stand for longer and has more movement in his arms. If you are thinking of having physio do not hesitate to contact Emma.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter to see Dan following a rugby injury . He was fantastic. Took the time to understand what happened and explained things thoroughly to us both . We left with a clear plan of action including a follow up email with it all documented.

Fantastic experience: Sheryl was great at giving me back my confidence after release from hospital. I could only just walk with crutches and she worked on this so I could dispense with them. Also use the stairs again and get rid of my dizziness with exercises. Each session was a leap forward, highly recommended. This was April -June this year.

Fantastic experience: Dulcie has been absolutely brilliant. Very attentive and detail-orientated. Took lots of time to make the initial assessment and asked a lot of questions. The pain in my shoulders which I have been really suffering from for over 2 years has already reduced after 2 sessions and I believe I will be able to keep going by myself with the exercises from the 3rd session on. Would highly recommend Dulcie!

Fantastic experience: Annabelle's Rehabilitation Physiotherapy. My eighty three year old mother sustained a complex femur fracture and was bedridden for eight weeks. She has pre-existing balance and grip problems. We were concerned that mum might never walk again. Annabelle's support has been transformative. Annabelle has gently guided mum in the use of focused exercises to regain movement. She has provided the 'just right' approach to mum's need to rebuild confidence. She has gone out of her way to help mum regain independence in the physical activities of her daily life. Mum is now able to mobilize around her home using a specialised rollator, to transfer into and out of bed and into a vehicle. Annabelle's undaunted kindness and sympathy has bought positivity and hope to my mum and to the family. We can now see that it is possible for life and physical wellbeing to return after such a challenging experience. I can't say enough about how grateful we are for Annabelle's work.

Fantastic experience: I recently slipped on the muddy fields straining my hip This spread down my thigh muscles to the back of my knee I was referred to Colleen Balston who treated the condition by light exercise and muscular manipulation similar to a sports massage on the small of my back This took three sessions I am now back in the gym regularly and walking the dogs twice daily Thank you for the excellent service

Fantastic experience: Amazing and enlightening experience. I was diagnosed with hand arthritis but Marie knew 1st time she met me, that wasn’t the problem. After one Physio session and recommended exercises, I was already out of severe pain in my hands and wrists. I was advised problem was in my neck and absolutely spot on. Since my 2nd session, I have absolutely no pain in my hands or wrists. Even if I have a little arthritis in my hands, I don’t feel it,. If at some point it flares up again, I can deal with that, knowing I am in the right place. Eternally grateful to Marie as she genuinely cares and wants to heal ❤️

Fantastic experience: I want to express my gratitude to Colleen Balston for restoring my quality of life, free from pain. Initially, I began experiencing shoulder discomfort six months ago, which I ignored, hoping it would resolve on its own. However, a couple of months ago, the pain became unbearable, hindering my daily activities and making each day a challenge. Finally, couple of months ago , I scheduled an appointment at Salisbury and South Wilts Physiotherapy with Colleen Balston. Colleen greeted me warmly and immediately put me at ease. With her expertise, vast knowledge and experience, I can now see significant improvement. I can perform daily tasks without pain and have even started reintegrating some of my favorite sports activities that I had to put on hold due to the shoulder pain.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with Vertigo for several years being told it was something I would have to live with. During a particular bad bout I discovered that Marie Roberts did the Epley Manoevre for BPPV. Since the treatment I have not suffered any of the previous symptoms of Vertigo.Hooray!

Fantastic experience: As a keen cyclist for many years I have just accepted that having a stiff and painful neck was part of the course. But now I have been educated and realize that there is no need to have to accept these pains as long as I do the regular correct stretches. With a bit of work my neck now feels free with many thanks to the very knowledgeable therapists.

Fantastic experience: Marie quickly identified the issue with my back, explaining the cause of the pain, during the treatment, a combination of manipulation and acupuncture Marie explained exactly what and why it was being done plus exercises to be done at home. She explained the necessity of self help by continuing to carry on with the exercises. All of this was done in a professional, caring, friendly manner. Excellent service

Fantastic experience: I had to have hand therapy for the scars on my right hand after receiving a dog bite in 2022. Marie Roberts was professional, friendly and caring at all times during my 8 weeks of treatment. She went through the treatment plan with me and explained what the expected outcome would be. She put me at ease from the get go and I had complete faith in her the whole time. My scars are so much better now, barely noticeable and completely de-sensitised so I have a fully functioning right hand again. I would thoroughly recommend Marie and her team. It's good to know that if ever I need a physiotherapist in the future I will know where to go. Many thanks Marie.

Fantastic experience: I attended having experienced a lot of pain in my foot and all up the right side of my body. With all the treatment received I am now feeling 100% better. My physio, Marie, was excellent and took the time to understand the reasons behind the pain as well as being able to treat it. With simple exercises I am hoping to be able to manage the pain as and when it flares up again. I thoroughly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: That's it, finally made it to the stage where I'm off on my own. The last couple of months I've being seeing Dulcie Fraser who loves to work with knees. The treatment and exercises she's given me have been 1st class and I'm now so confident with my new knee so much quicker than I ever imagined back in September when I first had the TKR! I can't thank the practice enough, especially Annabelle, Marie & Dulcie, I'm more than happy to rate you all 5 stars and recommend you to anyone needing treatments.

Fantastic experience: Marie was wonderful, she came back into the clinic to see me especially following a trauma to my hand/knuckle. She was able to make two splints to help support, immobilise and restrict movement thus allowing the hand to mend. I have used the splints for the recommended time and the injury is on its way to mend. I am extremely grateful for the time and effort given me and would recommend to anyone in the future. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic because I had a torn ligament in my knee due to a ski accident. That was my best decision because they are very knowledgeable and I felt a big difference already after one treatment what was with Mary. Then Colleen took over. She is very patiente and skilled and did wonders with my knee just in 4 sessions. And of course I follow her home exercises too. Definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Jo Greene was really helpful after I gave my ankle a nasty sprain. She gave me massage and manual therapy as well as providing exercises to make sure my ankle is not compromised in the future. Jo was friendly and approachable too.

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing pain in my hip and knee over many months and eventually decided to take the plunge and see a physiotherapist. I am so glad I did! Thank you so much for the treatment I have received - Marie took much time and trouble to find out what the issues were and the various treatments at the clinic have been successful in sorting out the pain. Taping the knee to help re-align the patella was a revelation! Walking uphill and up the stairs are no longer a struggle. The programme of exercises to do at home have helped a lot too. I would recommend Marie and the practice unreservedly.

Fantastic experience: Had a series of appointments with Jo Greene who was really friendly and helpful and tried several different methods to help me with a painful arthritic knee. The exercises she gave me have worked a treat and the pain has decreased significantly. Very satisfied with the outcome and would return any time if I needed to.

I would go as far as saying Marie has gone above and beyond, in her follow-up and really considered what would be the best treatment for our son - even if this could have led to us taking him to another practitioner. Fantastic experience: I left my first session with Marie feeling positive that my health was going to improve. I was more than 2.5 years post a viral infection and, of the various issues I was still dealing with, I hoped physio might help with neck and upper back pain and left leg weakness. Marie was confident that she could help with much more including my headaches, low energy and overactive nervous system. She took a holistic approach combining physio with PEMF, acupuncture and reflexology. The first few sessions I found exhausting but now I leave them feeling more energised and relaxed. The headaches have gone, neck and back pain is rare, my nervous system has calmed and my energy levels improved. Marie fits a lot of therapy into each session but it never feels rushed. She is clearly very knowledgeable in what she does and explains everything fully. I definitely feel like I am on the road to full recovery now and I cannot thank Marie enough for that.

Fantastic experience: I occasionally suffer from BPPV and found it impossible to locate a physio who could do the necessary procedure to alleviate this. However, I found that Marie Roberts at Harnham Physio could and whenever I need her services she always makes herself available and the treatment has always sbeen 100% successful. BPPV is not a serious ailment but unpleasant and it is comforting to know that if and when I need the procedure I can rely on Marie to perform it. She is pleasant professional and competent and her new rooms are easy to get to with plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: Marie is a multi- talented physio who knows multiple therapy modalities which helped me to get rid of my back pain rapidly within couple of sessions. She has in-depth knowledge and has got tremendous experience in the field of physiotherapy. Prior visiting her , I consulted other physio’s which did not work for me . I recommend Marie and her team for physio. Definitely it will work for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Four 45 min appointments over 3 weeks with Marie and my extremely painful right shoulder and forearm that were stopping me even sleeping properly have been rectified. This was my first experience of acupuncture and, combined with physiotherapy and massage, it really has worked for me. I liked Marie’s approach; plenty of questions and explanation about my injury followed by at least half an hour of actual treatment and then exercises to do at home before the next session. The outcome seems like money very well spent.

Fantastic experience: Having had periodic lumbar problems for many years it occasionally reoccurs, usually if I’ve done something carelessly, or forgotten to do strengthening exercises. Last week was one of those occasions but a single session with Marie, using acupuncture and electro acupuncture eased my pain immediately and I’m now moving easily once more and doing the regular exercises. I would recommend Marie and her practice to anyone, and they are now in lovely new, spacious premises. JD

Fantastic experience: Having had knee trouble virtually all my life, Marie quickly recognised that it was due to trapped nerves in my back which had never been diagnosed before. My knee recovered in only a couple of weeks which is unheard of for me. Absolutely delighted & I’m back to walking & even a Parkrun at the weekend with no pain at all. Fantastic experience: I recently returned to this Physio practice, now in new premises, after I hurt my knee by running too hard; my own fault for forgetting my age! I saw Craig and was really impressed with the care I received. He took a long time to assess not only my knee but also my clinical history and a whole range of other aspects of me. I felt confident he knew my 10 year condition better than anyone. His diagnosis, strapping and exercises gave me real hope that I can control my knee’s recovery and onward management. Fantastic experience: Marie identified and delivered an effective course of treatment for my "mallet finger" injury so that the finger was fully restored. She was able to restore full movement and there is now no perceptable damage. I have complete confidence in her approach and would recommend her without hesitation. I was impressed that she was careful to minimise the length and cost of treatment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently had back/ knee problems & saw Colleen who was wonderful- calm, efficient, & knowledgeable. A real hands on physiotherapist who has achieved gratifying results providing relief from pain, and she has also given me exercises to follow up with at home. Fantastic experience: I saw Marie for sharp pains and muscle weakness in my elbow, lower arm and wrist after a fall. She diagnosed nerve damage, probably in my neck. Marie explained exactly why she thought this, and told me what she was going to do and why at every step in my treatment. I saw her 4 times; I had exercises to do at home, and benefited from electro acupuncture twice. I feel sure my recovery was faster because of Marie’s treatment, and I know that I felt reassured by her calm confidence, explanations and attention to detail. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic skilled and friendly physiotherapy clinic. I saw Craig for an acute achilles problem and was amazed how he diagnosed it as a tight calf muscle. With just a few sessions of treatment and an excellent programme of excercises, I'm back running. Couldn't recommend the Harnham physio clinic more highly.
