Fantastic experience: After a car accident it has taken time to get back to something like my old self physically .thanks to the physios who worked on and with me and supplying me with home exercise patterns I am feeling lots better and getting there .Very polite professional and punctual throughout at the chesterfield clinic . I would like to say a thanks to all for techniques and recommendations used and prepared to myself. Definitely recommend sano to anyone for rehabilitation purposes and injuries . Again many thanks

Fantastic experience: I have been having physio therapy for my awful back pain after a car accident - I cannot express how much Ammar, Pooja and especially Alina are ‘just amazing’ All very good at what they do and very knowledgeable - I always went away feeling reassured after they spoke to me and gave me the right exercises for me - The massage on my muscles helped so much and I honestly am so grateful - Thank you so much - Serena x You have helped my pain so much and I will continue what you have taught me to try and stay pain free.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Sano through work due to continuing and debilitating lower back issues. Alina quickly identified the issue and prescribed a host of exercises and stretches that, over about 2 months, dramatically improved my condition. I'm not 100% yet but feel confident that, as long as I continue with my daily routine, I'll get there, and it's really nice to be able to say that after struggling for so long!

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year I was suffering with excruciating pain in my right shoulder that radiated down to my elbow with constant tingling in my fingertips. It was affecting my sleep and everyday life. From my very first session, Alina at Sano Physiotherapy was amazing. She quickly diagnosed the root cause and tailored each session to target the different symptoms I was experiencing. Week by week the pain eased, the tingling subsided, and full movement returned. Fantastic experience: I was referred via my workplace insurance following an injury sustained running. I needed it resolving asap as I was training for the Great North Run and the injury occurred about 2 months prior to run. Alina was excellent at identifying the problem and the correct treatment and within a few weeks the problem was resolved and I was back to training. She was also really flexible in terms of working around my other commitments

Fantastic experience: After having had severe headaches for a couple of months my Doctor suggested physio. I visited sanyo and was treated by Alina. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Sano physiotherapy through work after developing pain in both elbows, my right shoulder and neck. Alina my therapist found the cause of my problems was tennis elbow in both arms, with compensatory pain in the neck and shoulder. Alina has given me exercises to do at home as well as treating me in the clinic. It’s a slow process, but symptoms are gradually improving. Alina is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly, I would definitely recommend Alina at Sano Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with Shoulder Tendonitis for months and had been on the NHS waiting list all that time. The pain was becoming unbearable so I decided to book a private session. After only 2 sessions Alina had already improved my pain, and after only 4 sessions I'm basically pain free, which months ago I would never have thought possible. Highly recommend this clinic.

Liam provided me with manageable weekly exercises and guidance/feedback and massage, which have been very effective in aiding my recovery from neck/back pain.
