Fantastic experience: I received a very warm welcome from the receptionists and was invited to sit in the reception area, which was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Connor greeted me and we sat in his room. His questions were very well thought out and I felt he had a complete understanding of my condition. I felt very much at ease as I asked my own questions, which were answered very knowledgeably. Connor gave me sound advice about changing my diet, what was good for me and what was not. He made positive comments about my efforts to exercise and keep well. I left feeling as though I had been carefully listened to and felt more confident about what treatment I should pursue next. The whole visit was extremely worthwhile and conducted in a very uplifting and caring atmosphere. .

Fantastic experience: The clinic fitted me at very short notice as I was in some discomfort. First time I'd met George Washburn but I was impressed with his calm, assured manner and how he explained the procedure and time scale of how he planned to ease the pain caused by disc pressure in my neck. He then commenced manipulation after which I could already feel some improvement. He also gave me some useful information about posture and simple exercises to do at home which will help.

After suffering for years with low back pain and sciatica I finally had enough and decided to seek some help. I was recommended to Dave Strutt from a close friend and I was able to get an appointment with him within a week. After four sessions in two weeks I could not believe the results and after another two sessions in four weeks iam almost pain free. The difference the treatment has made to my day to day life is incredible and can't believe why I put up with the pain for so long. Dave is a top man, and put me at ease from the very first consultation. Himself and all the staff at the clinic are really welcoming and pleasure to deal with. 10/10 all round.

Things I have seen others for that have taken them a few sessions and no diagnosis or remedy. Every time Dave looks at something he seems to find the main cause of the issue and sort it. Booked in for a 15 minute free consultation with the intention of booking in for a full session of Connor felt it was the right decision and felt he could genuinely help my neck issue. Don’t feel pressured at all, but after going though the benefits decided to continue for the full assessment and some hands on work. Made me feel extremely comfortable, went through e earning in great detail and now have already booked my future 5 sessions in advance

Fantastic experience: Today was my first treatment with Mr Mo Jafari. I felt completely at ease throughout my session. I have had a physical traumatic experience- this can be difficult having treatment. Mr Mo Jafari showed great empathy- he explained clearly and showed me what he wanted to do in the treatment. Asked if this was ok - he came up with alternative ways to do my treatment. My back is extremely grateful and so is my central nervous system. I highly recommend having treatment with Mr Mo Jafari.

I was given an on the day appointment which was very convenient for me, given I can't always book in advance due to my work. George really took his time to understand my condition and I felt that he delivered person centred care in a very professional yet approachable manner. In just the first consultation, he taught me things about my muscular and skeletal structure that I’ve never been told before – particularly about how having a single lumbar vertebra is affecting my hip flexors and contributing to my ongoing back pain. His insight, explanation, and approach made everything make sense in a way it hasn’t before. I left feeling genuinely enlightened and hopeful. Went through the NHS first for physio & felt I got nowhere so came here after they signed me off & doing nothing to help me. After the first meeting felt he’d done more in 15 mins than the whole of the 3 month treatment I’d had before. Can’t recommend them enough, from walking through the door to leaving everything feels professional, clean, knowledgeable & left me feeling my knees will finally be close to what the used to be.
