Fantastic experience: Long overdue visit to a podiatrist to help my hard working feet feel a little more comfortable! I walk a lot and had a few uncomfortable points on the soles of my feet. Ali did a fantastic job, really gentle and thorough, my feet felt amazing afterwards (and still do now a week later!). Thanks so much and I’ll definitely be back before my next hiking holiday!

Her assessment of you is thorough and reassuring. I was initially unsure if I’d feel results from seeing a Chiropractor as I’d previously solely received Physiotherapy. I find that I experience relief and results quicker with Lone than I do with physio.

Fantastic experience: have suffered with my back for many years after an accident with work and i've never seen a chiropractor before so i was nervous but the receptionist was welcoming, lone who saw me was very informative and went through the plan with me throughly, very happy to have started this plan of care to hopefully gain some movement in my back and less pain when doing basic things. Update 22/4/25 I have tried the massage by Grazyna and I would recommend her service as it has really helped me relieve the tension and aches from my sciatica, I will be going back to both as i finally feel like I can feel normal and less in pain

Fantastic experience: Have always been very helpful to me. The clinic and the team do well in getting me seen too as soon as they can and the treatments have always helped along with good advice. Even if I didn't have back trouble, it is always good to get it adjusted every once in a while. Cant recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Comprehensive initial examination in the morning, then fitted in for an X-ray in the afternoon, followed by a further discussion the following morning. This to take place in 4 hours. All done so quickly because I go on holiday on Sunday.

Fantastic experience: My 11 year old daughter saw Lone today. She was very welcoming and gentle. She put my daughter at ease very quickly with her friendly manner. Very knowledgeable and professional. Got lots of helpful tips to manager my daughter condition. Would definitely return to this practice if we need to. Highly recommend this practice. I also would like to mention that the receptionist was very lovely and gave us a warm welcome as we arrived for the first time today.

Fantastic experience: Having persistent problems with stiff and very sore muscles across lower back and particularly into the Left hip area (am a long term chiropractic patient but this is a recent issue). Felt I needed a 2nd treatment and my usual chiropractor was on holiday. The friendly and efficient receptionist did her best to get me in quickly. I had my consultation with Lone Kristensen the very next day who is extremally knowledge and friendly. Lone discussed her findings with me in detail, and toughly explained what had happened and discussed a treatment plan, all the time checking I understood and if I had any questions. I would not hesitate in recommending!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Gareth around 10 years ago as I was struggling with a back injury that had kept me out of competing in the sport of diving which was my full time profession. After seeing many sports doctors and physios the injury didn’t really get better and it wasn’t until I started seeing Gareth that I saw improvement. I continued seeing Gareth for a number of years after and he has helped me with a number of different injuries. Highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend this place enough! All the staff are excellent and amazing at what they do. I have used their chiropractic service (for a variety of different issues/aches and pains) for over 10 years now and have never had a bad appointment!!! Negative experience: Had poor and unhealthy service which I was not happy with. I asked for feedback and then their complaint procedure form. I was surprised to hear ''we don't have these forms, write a letter if not happy and someone will a response'' !!!
