Fantastic experience: I had a session at GeoTherapy to try and get some relief from neck and shoulder pain I have had for the last 3 years that my GP and NHS Physios have been unable to help with. George took his time to understand the nature of my problem and investigate the cause and what muscles were involved thoroughly to make sure he dealt with the whole problem. I wasn’t expecting much as I have been in pain for such a long time however I noticed a huge difference almost immediately after my session being practically pain free straight away. Fantastic experience: Found George on TikTok months ago and finally booked in after suffering with foot pain for months. After the self diagnosis of plantar fasciitis (which was wrong it was just nerves), George actually found the root of the pain and used his knowledge and methods to release my whole legs! He diagnosed my issue as soon as I started to describe it and got straight into fixing it, using various techniques, he was very hands on and explained what he was doing and why. Fantastic experience: I contacted George after hearing good thing about him, I'm a 61 year old self-employed plasterer who has had back issues for 30+ years, once again I was off work as I could hardly move, pain was so bad I couldn't sit down, could barely walk. Anyway my appointment arrived, told him my history and problems, after an initial look and feel he told me he can sort my issues out, he explained everything in detail and even told me most of my problems were caused by my hip flexor group of muscles, after getting me In positions I didn't think existed, George began working his magic, dry needles and cupping followed by more manipulation. I can honestly say hand on heart this guy is incredible, totally cares and understands the patients needs. I have seen physio's, chiropractor's, osteopaths and the rest in the past but George is heads and shoulders above anyone I've seen in the past. I was struggling to walk when entering the station gym where he practices but honestly afterwards I felt as though I could have jogged home, it's work in progress and I'm so happy. Fantastic experience: Having only ever had the more ‘traditional’ sports massage previously, I was intrigued by George’s methods, especially having heard such positive things from other people he’s helped. His approach is thorough and holistic. I went in with a long-standing back issue that had been causing problems in other areas. George worked through them all using different techniques and explained what he was doing and why throughout. I don’t feel sore and battered the day after as I did with previous massages, instead everything feels so much more fluid and movement is so much easier and pain free.

I was suffering from consistent upper back/ neck pain from poor posture and it was stopping me from working at times due to the discomfort I was always in. I’m not kidding when I say I was born again after just one session and I haven’t felt this good in my body for a while. Fantastic experience: George you did it again. Don’t usually use treatments but had to in this case as I was finding it hard to get my left quad to fire. George suggested a treatment that involves dry needles in to the soft tissues it’s not the same as acupuncture as it’s more intensive but it works so well. The relaxation of the quads and hamstring was instant and satisfyingly weird (it makes you laugh). Thank you George on another successful appointment and only took one sitting. Keep up the hard work.

Fantastic experience: I had really bad shoulder pain for months. After my first session with George, it started to feel a lot better. I could move my shoulders more and the pain wasn’t keeping me awake at night. I decided to go back for a second treatment and after a few days I realise the pain had gone completely. Fantastic experience: I went to see George to get rid of some knots in my shoulders which were leading to migraines. He spent a lot of time using dry needling, stretches and specialist massage techniques to work the shoulders and back. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to give lots of information & advice. I run a lot and he honed in on exactly what needed to be worked on and surprised me with identifying areas which I hadn't thought were an issue until he found them. His mixture of techniques is really interesting and definitely made a difference to the experience. The dry needling really worked and I could feel the tension releasing. I was very glad of the use of cupping to release my calves before George started to work on them otherwise I would have been on the ceiling. The part I valued most was George spent the time tailoring the massage to me for what I need to get out of my body. I've booked in for the next six months I rated it so much.

Fantastic experience: I have recently been having issues with the right side of my upper back which has caused pain whilst breathing and twisting. I have had several massages and appointments with Osteopaths before seeing George with no improvement. I drove 2 hours today to see George and was amazed by the difference after one session with him. He quickly identified the issue with my posture and his understanding of the human anatomy allowed him to perfectly pin point the areas of tension. As you can see by the photos, there is a massive difference in my posture after George did his thing! Would highly recommend for anyone suffering with muscular pain.

I booked the three sessions block booking (great saving by the way!) to see George down at Station Gym for him to have a look at my shoulder, Achilles and overall body MOT to check for imbalances or tight areas. I play football in the FA Women's National League so keeping in top condition is huge. I am already feeling looser during pre-season and can feel the benefits in my body from the combination of active stretching and deep tissue massage. George also did some dry needling and was incredibly professional throughout the whole process - from speaking via message before booking, through the booking process, during the sessions, as well as aftercare too. 100% would encourage people to book in! Fantastic experience: I recently had my first sports massage with George, and the experience exceeded my expectations with a massage tailored to my specific needs. I visited with upper back tightness that had gradually built up with regular gym sessions and my day to day desk job. George was easy to talk to, approachable, and professional which put me at ease immediately. He clearly explained what he was doing and how he was targeting specific areas of tightness in my upper back. This made me feel more comfortable but also helped me understand the process better, and made it more enjoyable. After the massage, I experienced some mild soreness (similar to DOMS) for a couple of hours, which is perfectly normal. By the next day, I felt incredible—much more relaxed and with a noticeable reduction in the tightness I had been experiencing.

I've suffered with my shoulder for years on and off but after a particularly painful week I booked an appointment with Geo therapy and the relief I feel makes me want to cry! I gave a 2 minute explanation of my situation and George knew exactly what and where my pain was coming from. He was incredibly in tune to what I was feeling which made me feel so confident that he knew what he was doing. Always checking in with me to make sure I wasn't too uncomfortable. I've been to chiropractors, sports therapy massages etc before but none have been anywhere near as effective as this. My back and shoulders feel completely different it's such a relief.
