He also showed me a few simple exercises I could do, pretty easy to follow but helpful to the core muscles that need to be improved. I already felt some relief after the treatment! Managed to get an appointment quickly (no one in my immediate local area could see me). I went with a lower back pull/ ? Herniated disc. Positive experience: I recently visited Dr. Timar for recurring lower back pain. He is very friendly and professional, and I appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment. The initial consultation and treatment lasted about 35 minutes and was quite informative. Although I wasn’t entirely convinced about the diagnosis of a bulging disc, Dr. Timar explained his findings clearly. There was a follow-up appointment which I hadn’t realised would be charged (£40 for 15 minutes), so it might be worth confirming costs beforehand. Overall, Dr. Timar offers good availability and a professional service, which is very handy if you need to be seen promptly.

Fantastic experience: I have had 5 sessions at timar with a shoulder/neck problem where I could not turn my head to the left properly which resulted in struggling to drive and sleep . I am now pain free after the sessions and very grateful. If I ever have any more issues I will always book into this chiropractor and can really recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service. I saw 3 different physios for a bad back and hip, they made it worse. After 3 sessions with Timar (also cheaper than with the physios) I feel fantastic and have been able to begin to exercise again. Would fully recommend and will not hesitate to return when I need him. Very nice guy also, he made me feel listened to and comforted.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Johnathan today for acupuncture on my neck and back. Safe to say he's the absolute best as I've tried everyone and everything. Definitely coming back again for another session as he has a gentle and effective technique. Fantastic experience: I went to see Jonathan because I had compressed a disc, it was a big challenge to get out of bed and walk each morning. Jonathan’s work and advice is first class. After a few sessions and getting recommended daily core exercises done (5mins work a couple of times a day) the severe pain in my back has gone and I’m on the road to getting back to normal and adding weight training again. Fantastic experience: Came to visit Jonathan after hurting my back. I was able to be seen the same day i made an enquiry, I felt at ease straight away, i was quickly told what the issue was a damaged disk and was treated and given excercises and advice in trying to help my back heal (I was 2 weeks away from going on holiday). I visited another 3 times in those 2 weeks each time worked on and advice/exercises given. It was so much better by the time we went away and continues to improve even surviving a 6 hour drive to Cornwall. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a chiropractor and any more issues i will have no hesitation at all in returning.

Fantastic experience: The only chiropractor I trust to touch my neck! I’ve been seeing Jonathan on and off for years now in Rotherham, then Sheffield and wouldn’t want to see anyone else. He has worked on a range of issues for me, including lower back, achilles, frozen shoulder, upper back and neck, using chiropractic and shockwave treatment. He is professional, friendly, very thorough and has a good treatment room at his Sheffield base. Jonathan always seems to get straight to the problem, which shows his considerable skills and experience. He always explains what he is doing, explains the issue in a way that is easy to understand and gives clear advice about exercise/stretches to do. Having seen a couple of other chiropractors previously, I have the highest confidence in Jonathan’s professionalism and ability.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Mr Timar for a few weeks now as I've had lower back problems after pulling something in the gym. He's been great. He has given me such effective stretches that target the area for recovery and also stuff to do at home.
