Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for almost 20 years, and the exceptional service I receive never wavers. Managing multiple joint issues and various health challenges isn't easy, but my regular treatments here have been transformative. They have truly helped me maintain my activity levels and overall fitness over the years. From a clinical perspective, you are in incredibly capable and competent hands. The chiropractors are highly skilled professionals who truly understand how to manage complex issues. Just as impressive is their customer service. The kindness and friendliness at the reception desk is second to none. Every single time I walk through the door, I am made to feel incredibly welcome. Fantastic experience: i have struggled with sciatic pain for a while now seen 2 physios who i believed weren't addressing the route cause so for the first time at 63 yrs old decided to go to a chiropractor. This clinic was convenient i must say was a little nervous but needn't have been as soon as got to reception Samantha put me right at ease with her welcoming and friendly manner. My appointment was with Clea again made me feel right at ease friendly and very professional in our consultation also explained everything in a way i could understand. Would totally recommend and looking forward to my next appointment as already feeling a difference.

Fantastic experience: I have used this service many many times over the years for back, knee and arm issues. I have seen various chiropracters including Zahra, Sonja and more recently Clea. Basically each time I have been I have felt listened to and just as importantly experienced marked improvements in my physical health problems. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Recently transferred to Dr Clea Reid’s care after previously being treated by the lovely Zahra for 2 years. Clea was absolutely fabulous, to say she has only recently qualified she is incredible at her job! She went through everything in thorough detail and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment. Her techniques were amazing and I already feel the tension easing in my neck! Amazing chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Clea Reid with problems with my neck, back and shoulders. Clea is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She talked me through my problems and gave me sound advice, including which exercises I should do at home. My problems were so much better after each session with Clea and as an added bonus the stenosis, which had been causing me problems for a good few years, has completely disappeared. I am so appreciative of Clea's skills and efforts and recommend her as a practitioner 100%.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to see Bal at this clinic for a number of years. Initially, for help with a back issue which he very quickly sorted out & now it just requires 'maintenance visits' to keep me mobile. Most recently, Ive been going for a rotator cuff tear. I can't recommend him enough, his knowledge & expertise, helpfulness & so easy to talk to. He's worth his weight in gold. When you're in serious pain & that pain is taken away or at least relieved, you know you're in safe hands. Go & make an appointment & find out for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Currently having treatment with Zahra she is absolutely brilliant I would highly recommend her She spends time to thoroughly explain her treatment plan and involves me every step of the way making sure I’m happy with the what she is doing I’ve been told I’m on a long road and progress will be slow I’ve had three appointments and already there seems to be some improvements so I’m very happy Sam the receptionist is warm a friendly and makes a lovely coffee when I arrive for my appointment She also offered to sort out a parking permit for me if needed as there is a time limit in the private car park Can’t ask for more really Would highly recommend 4/5/2024 I just want to add a update to my review, I’m now a few months into my treatment I can’t thank Zahra enough when I first started my treatment I could barely walk and was in so much pain it was unbearable I was on strong medication from my GP I honestly thought that I wouldn’t get better. The transformation is absolutely unbelievable I’m almost back to full health my visits are down from three times a week to once a fortnight. I’m walking well I’m in no pain and totally off the medication from my GP WOW !!!!! Well done Zahra I never thought I’d get back to normal I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zahra to anyone I totally put my trust in her and it’s paid off THANK YOU Sam keep making the coffee

Fantastic experience: I had my third session with Zahra Idriss today, she is super lovely and professional. She gave me the most thorough diagnosis Ive ever had on my physical condition and explained everything so well! She is very mindful and asks for consent before doing things which makes for a safe and comfortable environment. She really seems to know what she's doing and already alleviated the pain in my knee and the arch of my foot. The reception staff is also very helpful and pleasant to interact with. The whole team is great! Ive already recommend this practice to a couple of my friends.

Fantastic experience: The staff are some of the most polite people I’ve ever met. Been to see Zahra 4 times or so now after struggling with a back injury, she’s been brilliant and the pain has pretty much cleared up completely. Don’t suffer when there’s people like Zahra/HCC about, highly recommend.

Zahra is extremely professional on diagnosis and treatment methods, which have been super helpful to alleviate my lower back discomfort. She kept working on ways to pinpoint the issues but also aided me to strengthen my lower back via functional exercises. I am glad to see my back recovering well by the day. She's an absolute star!

From the first phone call where the receptionist was extremely professional and friendly through to the appointment with DR Balraj Sahota who was fantastic. My son was made to feel at ease throughout and left feeling alot better. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Fantastic experience: Went because I had lots of knotting and tension in my back, had a sports massage with Dawn, she listened to what I wanted and it was exactly as I hoped. Not rushed and just the right amount of pressure. Feel much better now and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: They helped exacerbate my condition. I had one of their chiropractors argue with me about my medical history, dispute the symptoms I was experiencing and basically misdiagnose my condition. Bro, applying more force is not panacea for myofascial pain. To be fair, chiropractic medicine falls under quackery, so I don't know why I was expecting much. Save your money as you can do yoga, a variety of stretches and visit a massage therapist for better value for your money. 1 star

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Hillsborough Chiropractic for 15+ years. Sonja is one of the most conscientious and professional people I have ever met. If she doesn't think she can help you, she says so, instead of pretending she can. She really knows what she is doing, has provided real help and relief from pain more times than I can count. She is also always adding to her skills by taking extra courses in things that will help her to help her clients. The rest of the staff are also friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I recommend HC to all my friends.
