Fantastic experience: My son managed to impale his leg on a railing in January and needed to regain power and flexibility in very short timescales in order to do a dance audition. Stefan provided a bespoke rehabilitation plan to get him back to full fitness and even improved the movement of his knee to a level that was better than prior to his injury. There’s no doubt that he recovered much quicker with Stefans input and reassurance.

Fantastic experience: Stefan at Seven Hills Physiotherapy is a fantastic physio and human being. I’ve visited him a few times over the last 5 or so years for various different issues including my wrist, groin and foot. Each time he’s been so warm, welcoming, and talked me through how to tackle my issues in ways that I can understand so that I have the correct knowledge and skills to take away and work on the problems myself. And lo and behold, with following his instructions and copying the exercises he’s shown me, the problems have cleared up completely. And this is why I have returned and will always return to Stefan! On top of being a fantastic physio he is the loveliest person — he is empathetic, so easy to talk to, he shows interest in you and remembers you whenever you return. On my latest visit I had my 3 year old daughter with me and he was amazing with her — he played with her, asked her questions, and cheered her on all whilst working through my wrist issues with me. I don’t know how he did it really — multitasking king! 5 stars — would always recommend!

He’s excellent at putting people at ease, really engaged with her and she was confident and comfortable speaking with him. Fantastic experience: Stefan was very thorough with his assessment and quickly diagnosed the issue I had. He will actually massage you and manipulate the muscles near the injury (which other physiotherapist I've been too won't). This provided instant relief, he also gave me multiple exercises to do myself at home to help resolve the injury. Unfortunately my injury was not improving fast enough so Stefan quickly sent a letter to my GP to get me triaged for more help/scans ect. Overall very professional, helpful and just a lovely, welcoming man.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Seven Hills Physio enough. I was in an absolute mess with my back and shoulders, but after 10 sessions I feel like a new person. My issues have been fully resolved and I no longer have to deal with the crippling headaches I was plagued with. 10/10 I would 100% recommend, you won't find better service or treatment!

Fantastic experience: Steff is such a professional he deserves more than 5* He’s been invaluable in helping my wife with her pain, including different friends eliminate their pain. My own sciatica has been so painful throughout the day, UNTIL I met Steff. Each of my visits to Steff reduced my pain. Steff is a master of his trade. Update January 20226. Yet again I find myself in need of Steff’s skills. Unfortunately I went flat on my face, as I fell I naturally stiffened my body up and developed a creaky neck after visiting today Steff helped it to loosen up. Fantastic experience: I went to see Stefan with a trapped nerve issue. The trapped nerve was in my neck but resonating pain all down my arm to my wrist and causing unbearable pins and needles in my hands through to my fingertips. Stefan was recommended to me by a friend and I think we had 5 sessions in total. With the manipulation of the trapped nerve in the sessions and the light exercises he advised I do between sessions, I’m glad to say the issue is completely resolved. When I first went to see him the pain was terrible, but during the course of the sessions this gradually subsided. I would highly recommend Stefan to anyone suffering with any muscular, nerve or joint pain. He’s really helped me and definitely won’t hesitate to see him if I ever need any physio treatment in the future

Fantastic experience: I have been to Stefan for a number of problems over the last few years. He immediately puts you at ease. Listens to the problem and asks appropriate questions enabling. He has always sorted out the issues I have had. This last time it was my back and after 5 visits I was pain free. Stefan is excellent & I would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant service from start to finish. Stef ensured a thorough discussion was had prior to treatment to enable us to really treat the issue at hand (painful neck/back) with a full history of my physical activity and previous issues. Fantastic experience: Stefan was excellent. My first visit with an ongoing and recurring lower back condition which flares up periodically. Stefan easily identified the affected area and worked his magic to ease the joints and muscles allowing me that blissful moment when the pain/ discomfort/ restriction is lifted and removed. Fantastic experience: I was struggling to walk properly after a crash on my bike, i had lost all hope of solving the problem after my GP couldnt find the source of my pain. Stephan found the issue and was confident he could solve my issue after 5 sessions i was back to normal and im confident it wont return. Fantastic experience: After being diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy by a gp and being prescribed an antidepressant to help with nerve pain I decided to try and see if anything else would help. I made an appt with Stefan who looked at my medical history and examined me. He wondered if the problem stemmed from my back. On my second and subsequent visits he worked on my back and I started to feel an improvement. After 4 appts I had very little pain, tingling and much less numbness in my feet. I have carried on with the stretches he recommended and my improvement has continued. I can't express how happy I am in solving this health issue without resorting to medication. I will def return to Stefan if I need physio in the future and highly recommend his friendly but professional approach.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Stefan. The difference his help & advice have made is significant. Before seeing Stefan I was struggling with daily headaches, jaw and neck pain which were disturbing my sleep. These issues were also having a negative impact on my day to day life, especially at work. I attended a total of 4 appointments and by the 3rd appointment my headaches had stopped. My neck pain is much better, and I now sleep peacefully. If I have problems again in the future, or new ones I would not hesitate to book a new appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad ankle break in January, and Stefan has been instrumental in helping me regain most of my movement. He was always kind, patient, and understanding, especially when it came to my fears and anxieties about transitioning from crutches, to just the walking boot, and eventually to walking without any aids. I can’t recommend Stefan highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Recently tore my ACL and came to see Stefan for physio, to help me regain range of motion prior to my reconstructive surgery. In the first session I only had 64 degrees of bend, compared with 152 degrees in my good leg. Over 5 or 6 sessions I noticed a consistent improvement, to the point that the difference is now just 5 degrees. Confident that I will go into my operation with the same flexion as I did prior to the injury, which seemed highly unlikely a few weeks ago! Very professional and friendly, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Stefan over the last 4 years for several ailments. Firstly for muscle spasm in my back due to compression fractures and more recently for a painful knee. Sessions are reasonably priced and fit into my working week. Stefan has a professional and very friendly manner. Quickly diagnosed my problems, recommended exercises to suit my ability, that fit easily into my daily routine. Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with a painful hip for over a year, and after a friend’s recommendation, I reached out to Stefan, who was quick to respond and fit me into his schedule without any hassle. From the very first session, he was incredibly friendly and professional. It took just four sessions for him to work through my muscles, addressing the issue step by step. He carefully targeted each muscle, and now, for the first time in a long while, I can move—and even run—without pain!!! Beyond his expertise, he made every session enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Been going to Stefan for my back and when I first started going I was in so much pain especially in the mornings and really stiff. Since going to Stefan I am loaded better no more pain in the mornings. I still get a little stiff some mornings but I’m 100% better then I was and with the exercises he has gave me I feel like I will back to myself in no time. Stafan is also a really nice guy make you very comfortable and easy to get along with. Fantastic experience: This is the second time I’ve seen Stefan (for different MSK issues). This time I went to Stefan for pain in my upper right shoulder in November 2024, which had gotten so bad over a matter of 2-3 weeks, that I had ended up in tears, unable to sleep, struggling to work in my role as a GP Nurse and on strong prescribe pain relief from the GP. I was offered an appointment with Stefan within 2 weeks (which I now know was very quick for physio wait times in the local area), and it was only that time due me calling for help whilst Stefan was on leave (well earnt if you ask me). I was offered evening appointments which was good to fit around working life. Stefan put me at ease straight away, with his knowledge and assessment, this really helped me as I’m an anxious person when it comes to health. He was very easy to talk too, I felt that we were on the same level. Stefan created a relaxed and safe environment to discuss and treat my issue. He used massage techniques during my appointments to release tension and promote healing, there were areas on my upper/mid back that he worked on, that I had no idea were contributing to my shoulder pain! I felt about 80% better after just my first appointment with Stefan. I saw stefan 4 times, over about 1.5 months each time he asked me if I wanted to come back and in what time period, I was offered options for reviews (as well as his recommendations/thoughts). I never felt forced to return for another appointment. I really liked this aspect of Stefans care. Finally, we both felt it right that I was able to self manage with the exercises/stretches he gave me. I have had one episode since of pain the weekend before Christmas 2024. I used the stretches and self massage (learning from memory where Stefan massaged), the pain resolved within a matter of 2 days. Since then I’ve been pain free again, I make an effort most days now to stretch to prevent my muscles from tightening up again! I’m more intentionally active too. Thanks Stefan. 100% recommend, our friendly, knowledgable, very capable, local physiotherapist. I’d have probably ended up off sick without you. Nat

Fantastic experience: I was put in contact with Stefan after I had a car accident .. at first I was as stiff as a board I couldn't move my neck very well but with the time and patience Stefan got me to a place where I felt in a much better place. Stefan was very thorough in his assessment with myself and addressed my problem with a caring approach. I would go back to Stefan in the future with any other ailments as he is caring, honest and professional.

Stefan identified the specific issue immediately and after only three visits my back felt so much better. He also suggested a couple of simple exercises to strengthen the area. Not only did Stefan help to improve my back, he's also made me feel more positive about managing any possible issues in the future. I run, and suffered a knee injury. After visiting Stefan he identified the issue and after only two visits I was able to start running again. So, in addition helping with my back pain, he has also fixed my knee problem. On top of his knowledge and experience, Stefan is also a really nice bloke, and puts you at ease straight away. If you need a physio, don't look anywhere else. He was recommended to me, and I too recommend him to everyone who needs a physio.

Fantastic experience: Stefan has helped me with a long standing leg issue and finally after 18 months of pain Stefan sorted it in 4 sessions. he also sorted my back out previously . If I ever have any muscle issues I don’t hesitate to phone him and he always sorts me. He has also worked with my wife and son too.

Fantastic experience: After being in hospital with a severe back problem, I was told to try Stefan at Seven Hills Physiotherapy, it was worth every penny. I was unable to bend down and was in agony when I laid or sat down, I could hardly move my neck and it was really painful to raise my arms, I had a number of sessions with stefan and got full mobility back, thanks to him. Stefan is very professional, makes you feel at ease and explains everything to you regarding your problem/Injuries etc, he is a very pleasant and polite individual, I would highly recommend Seven Hills Physiotherapy without a doubt and would definitely go back to him if i needed Physiotherapy again, 10/10
