Fantastic experience: Sophie was very professional and thorough. She asked good questions, and narrowed down the area that needed treatment. She is n osteopath, and worked on the muscles and tendons in my hip that were causing me pain, and I felt much better after treatment. In addition, she is a very pleasant and interesting person, and our conversation took my attention away from the work she was doing on my hip. Thank you, Sophie.

Fantastic experience: I went to PB Clinic with significant mid/lower back pain. Keone quickly identified the issue and created a treatment and exercise plan that I was able to integrate easily into my busy schedule. 8weeks later and I am back in the gym completing Olympic Lifts and hybrid workouts.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Sophie during the pandemic when I needed someone local to sort out all my dance related niggles. Over the years she's helped me with a hamstring tear, tight hip flexors and most recently plantar fascitus. All nipped in the bud after only a few sessions. She also helped a family member with a torn miniscus. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Really happy to recommend Keone for physiotherapy. I found his holistic approach to understanding and managing my symptoms really helpful. He was very patient and took time to ensure I was doing the exercises properly to get the maximum benefit, with the option of recording the exercises to refer back to at home. Positive experience: Had a great sports massage with Sophie. She quickly found the causes of my aches and pains and went to work to relieve them. She gave me some simple doable follow up exercises and I ‘look forward to my next visit on mo journey to ‘pain free’!

Fantastic experience: Another excellent treatment from Sophie - sometimes it's deep tissue massage, other times it's osteo. Beneficial every time! My previous osteos (I've had about 6 over 45 years), have tended to rush the massage - not Sophie!

Fantastic experience: Saw Keone for niggling shin splints - three sessions with him and I can really feel and see improvements. He explains everything really clearly, is very patient and encouraging, and sets manageable and effective homework. Definitely recommend.

This did mean that there was slightly less time for the hands-on massage, but the goal was to ensure you get long-term benefits, not just temporary relief. However, I completely understand that massage is an important part of the treatment experience, and we’ll take your feedback on board.

Positive experience: Exceptional experience with the physiotherapist Rachel! Professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Tailored treatment plan that yielded noticeable improvements. The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is the billing department who one week repeatedly contacted me several times in one day about payment which had already been processed. It was borderline harassment.

Negative experience: I saw your osteopath Sophie Howe. She manipulated my injury on my ankles it hurt so much I couldn’t walk afterwards I was limping. She told me to go have a so-called gait scan at their Hatfield clinic (wrote a review) she actually made my ankle worse and it’s more sore than it was before. She told me to make an appointment a whole month later. What a waste of my time this was. Avoid this establishment!!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Rachel Vialou-Clark last year when I had severe pain in my neck and arm. Rachel was amazing from the very 1st session, she was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. I had neck surgery in Jan 2021 and have been seeing her in the recovery phase where again she has been amazing, she has always gone above and beyond and I could not recommend her enough. Fantastic experience: Stephen is a Wizard I saw Stephen after my neck locked up playing golf. He managed to see me last minute the next day and diagnosed the issue straight away. After initial treatment he restored some movement and made me aware of how it would feel over the next few days. After a 2nd treatment it is now almost at full movement and pain is minimal. He also addressed other issues in my hips which may be a factor in the overall cause of the problem. Thanks for sorting me out!
