Fantastic experience: I’m an avid runner and train regularly for marathons/ half marathons, so when I developed hamstring tendonitis, it was a huge setback. Andy has been absolutely incredible throughout my recovery. From the very first session, he took the time to understand my training goals and tailored a treatment plan that not only addressed the injury but also helped me stay strong and confident in my running. Andy’s approach is professional, supportive, and genuinely encouraging. He explained everything clearly, gave me practical exercises, and checked in on my progress every step of the way, working closely with my Coach, Josh Schofield at PGC1. Thanks to his expertise and guidance, I’ve been able to manage my tendonitis effectively and get back to training without fear of re-injury. If you’re a runner or athlete looking for someone who truly understands the demands of your sport and cares about your long-term success, I can’t recommend Andy enough. He’s made a difficult situation so much easier and has given me the confidence to keep chasing my marathon goals.

Fantastic experience: I have used The Physical Therapy Clinic several times over many years. Each time they have tried to fit me in when it is urgent and the care and expertise they show and share with patients so it becomes a n agreed treatment path has been excellent. I have serious back, shoulder and neck issues and osteoarthritis. I have had several lots of surgery. Each time I’ve waited in vain for NHS physio but then chosen to go to this clinic. I have recovered well and last time almost miraculously we with wonderful treatment by Nicky. She is amazing. Previously I’ve seen Stephanie who was equally good and I’ve had friends who’ve seen Andy with great reports.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this clinic for many years, the service and advice has always been exceptional. I decided to try the Acupuncture with Kulwinder to help with my IBS and migraines. I have not had a migraine for a few months, this is the first time in more than 20 years that I have gone this long without suffering. The diet and nutritional advice, together with the acupuncture, have made a massive difference to my IBS flare ups. I can highly recommend Kulwinder and the rest of the Physical Therapy team.

Fantastic experience: I have always been really impressed with the treatment I’ve received at the physical therapy clinic. All the staff including receptionist and physiotherapists are kind and helpful. Treatment and advice given by the knowledgeable physiotherapists has always been spot-on. Appointments run to time and I have never experienced any being cancelled. I have recommended their service to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Went because of pain in my right forearm, knew it wasn't tennis elbow this time, I got treatment for that here, 8 or 9 yrs ago that was superb. Faris was very diligent in diagnosis of which muscle was injured and the self help and exercise to help relieve the pain. Did not expect to have a recovery time of a week. So pleased I chose them again to help me. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: I called and said I had concussion ( the woman interrupted straight away) and questioned like I was calling the wrong place. I knew who I was calling. I was asking if they did a the BPPV . Shame I was a good customer

Fantastic experience: Alka was wonderful, she gave excellent advice that no one had given over 40 years of neck problems and a year later I still follow her exercises daily and am much improved.

Fantastic experience: I went in a cripple and came out walking tall and normal. It was worth going through every bit of discomfort experienced releasing the trapped nerves during the appointment. Andy was brilliant who also gave very sound advise of exercises to follow up with.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Kulwinder for the past few months to receive acupuncture following a diagnosis of cervical spondylosis. Initially I was in a lot of pain in my hip and neck with frequent painful hand spasms, weakness, dropping things continuously plus daily migraines. I was a real mess. Kulwinder is brilliant at listening to my concerns and symptoms and then explaining fully how with acupuncture she will help improve those symptoms. With acupuncture I’ve now been almost symptom free for the past three weeks. To regain strength, to sleep through the night and to work all day without dropping things is amazing. We take our health for granted, but it’s nice to know Kulwinder is there when things fall apart.

I have always received the very best treatment, and I always come away feeling relieved of pain. Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic physiotherapy clinic, both clinically and customer service wise. Stephanie Rodley is exceptionally good and she's the only reason my spine remains mobile. She has also treated my wife and eldest child with various injuries over the years and she has been amazing on every occasion. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly, and when I book an appointment, I receive a very handy text message with the date and time. I would thoroughly recommend it.
