Fantastic experience: I have been benefitting from seeing Joseph for several years. His professionalism and knowledge make me feel I'm literally "in good hands". About three or four years ago Sciatica made it impossible for me to play tennis . Often I couldn't even get comfortable on my sofa, at other times I had to find somewhere somewhere to sit after a few minutes on my feet. With Joseph's help I got back to playing. I suffered whiplash after being hit from behind in a traffic accident, again Joseph got me back in shape, treating and relieving pain in my shoulders, neck and back. These days I'm back playing tennis two/ three times a week. "With age comes wisdom." I have a session with Joseph once a month at Duston Chiropractic Clinic. I see the sessions as a cornerstone of my health and fitness routine now that I'm a pensioner!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Xiao Wei Low and Joseph Kong at Duston Chiropractic Clinic enough, I have been going to Xiao Wei Low for years due to problems with my lower back /herniated discs in my spine and have gone from bed bound, walking with crutches to living day to day life with manageable pain. Most recently I have also been treated by Joseph Kong to and again feel so supported. Both are very professional and caring and make you feel comfortable and at ease.

Fantastic experience: I went to Joseph Kong a few months after a car accident which had impacted mobility in my back and neck. He was very thorough in the initial consultation / assessment and outlined what treatment he recommended. After just a few sessions, I was able to walk straight again and my mobility was the best it's been for a long time. Especially in my neck, I hadn't realised that I'd been living with restricted movement for years. I now go back every 3 months for a maintenance session to keep me in top form. More recently I have visited Joseph with an inflamed tendon in my shoulder which to begin with was almost unbearable. Now I just have a dull pain left and I’m expected to completely recover soon. I came in due to suffering knee pain for a few years, he was able to see that the issue was my foot placement when doing certain leg exercises in the gym. Joseph really took his time to explain what I was doing wrong and how different foot placements make an impact/effect tendons and muscle around the knee. I didn’t expect so much from just one session, he even gave me advice on other joints like elbow and shoulders. Honestly a big thank you, as it’s really going to help me with my workouts moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Can I just start by saying one word? Amazing! I'm a 53 yr old woman and after nearly twenty years of not being abe to walk more than 50m due to the pain in my lower back, and being fobbed off by the NHS or just given pain killers that didn't work (or just made me exhausted), I finally bit the bullet. I booked myself an appointment after a particularly painful night and got seen almost immediately. I went into my first appointment with some hesitation. To be honest I just wanted to try something - anything - to relieve the pain in my back. I met Joseph Kong, Chiropractor. What a lovely man!! So kind and extremely professional, but with a warmth that makes you feel you are in safe hands. He went through all the medical questions for health & safety I presume, and then it was straight into it. We agreed on where the problems were and with expertise, he set off with dry needling (a kind of acupuncture) and then the adjustment. I felt no pain (other than what was expected) during the adjustment. After my first session, I came out of his office walking on air. I felt so emotional. I was walking pain free for the first time in nearly twenty years. I have been able to do some yoga and although a fear of pain returning prevented me from trying to walk more than I needed to (I'm assured this is perfectly normal), I have hope. I had some stiffness return but that was after nearly two weeks. I have just returned home from my second session and I feel amazing again. Also I feel that the price is very reasonable and I don't think you can put a price on being pain free. I highly recommend Duston Chiropractic Clinic and especially Joseph. I originally visited him after suffering with long COVID to help with my symptoms and he was able to help assist with helping my breathing by releasing tension for upper body breathing. I have continued to see him every 2 months for the past 2 years. He’s helped with tennis elbow and back problems. He is very kind and gentle and has a magic remedy which has allowed me to feel mobile, fitter and well so I can lead an active life at the gym without episodes of seizing up and being immobile. Fantastic experience: I went to Joseph Kong with paralyzing sciatica from a slipped disc. He created a treatment programme for me that got me back on my feet and gave me exercises to help prevent a recurrence. I feel so much more mobile and a number of aches and pains I've had for years have cleared up. I now go once a month to maintain my new found mobility. Fantastic experience: We have recently found Joseph and cannot recommend him enough. He made us feel at ease right from the start, highly professional and always very kind and polite. The initial consultation was almost an hour long with a comprehensive discussion of the issues and the recommended treatment plan, then the first adjustment. Fantastic experience: After many years seeing different chiropractors at the same practice. The clinic moved or closed down. I tried a physiotherapist but it did not help me. Looking locally for a chiropractor plus easy parking I noted that Duston Chiropractic Clinic was in Cotswold Avenue with plenty of car parking. Contacting them I made an appointment with Joseph Kong. History of my bad back over the years was noted and an examination and treatment started. Exercises and ice packs at home followed by another treatment. I now feel well enough to carry on and restart playing golf. I would recommend the service and treatment that I received at this clinic.
