Fantastic experience: Following an injury, I was referred to Cirencester Physiotherapy Centre for assessment and rehabilitation. From my first session with Max, I knew I had made the right choice. He prioritised my wellbeing and understood how important it was for me to continue exercising. At each session, Max worked with me to ensure my rehabilitation progressed steadily and safely. Eight months after the initial injury, I am now back to my pre-injury baseline. I could not recommend Cirencester Physiotherapy Centre highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I had physiotherapy with Max for around five months following my injury, and I could not have asked for a better physiotherapist. He was patient, supportive and reassuring throughout my recovery. He explained everything clearly and helped me regain my movement and confidence. I am very grateful and would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Booked an initial assessment with Max who diagnosed my golfers elbow. Gave me great exercises to assist with the rehab and strengthening of my tendons. Session after session it rapidly got stronger and felt better. Unlike other physios I’ve been to, as soon as Max felt he was no longer needed he let me free into the world again after 6 sessions. Couldn’t recommend Max and Cirencester Physiotherapy Centre any higher. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Max was the first person (after around 3 years being solely with the nhs) to take me seriously and make me feel understood and heard. He also gave me the exercises and advice I needed to manage the condition that he believed I had, which helped.

Fantastic experience: Over a period of about 2 years I experienced a hip problem which required a replacement. The treatment I received allowed me to continue with some mobility prior to the Op and helped greatly post Op. Back now skiing and playing golf twice weekly. George and staff professional and always extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience: Having broken the top of my right arm, I decided to go to George for physio, the nhs wait was vey long and initially I was unable to move my arm at all. George was extremely helpful, taking time to explain what had happened to every aspect of my arm, giving me exercises and massaging the muscles. I would definitely recommend him and the practice.

Fantastic experience: I attended Cirencester Physiotherapy Centre following some severe knee joint inflammation and swelling which transformed me from an active, happy lady to being forced to use a wheelchair. After six months of treatment I have now resumed my exercise regime and my quality of life is vastly improved. I have particularly appreciated George's technical explanations of knee physiology which have helped me to understand the nature of my difficulties.

Fantastic experience: I went to Cirencester Physiotherapy Centre with a strained hamstring. I was unable to walk or weight bear and was on crutches. I have had six sessions with Wilson and his knowledge, care and support has been totally amazing. I am now on the road to recovery and could not speak more highly of him and the staff at the physiotherapy clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had several appointments with George over a period of many years now and I can’t recommend him highly enough. His focus is always on helping you prevent future injuries - sharing his considerable expertise to help keep you fit and healthy (& out of the physio room!). On top of which, he’s incredibly easy to talk to and I’ve always found him to be upfront and honest. He’ll never suggest a return visit is needed unless essential. Fantastic experience: I came I with very painful shoulder and back pain. George immediately diagnosed the problem and commenced a course of physio treatment including deep tissue work at the clinic combined with easy to follow exercises at home. He also advised which pain relief would help and supported getting stronger drugs from the doctors. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to George since 2019. He's dealt with and explained various injuries and kept me running so that I'm now able to recognise, manage and prevent old issues recurring. This has kept me out of trouble so I can train further and faster. To my amazement I can run faster in my 50s than ever before and am regularly the fastest runner in my age group.

Fantastic experience: I had a couple of painful running injuries that I had put down to old age. Thankfully, George knew better and with his therapy and some home exercise assignments I was able to make a full recovery - I am back to my running !

Fantastic experience: George has done a wonderful job on my shoulder. From keeping me awake at night I can now rock climb and swim with no pain. It is stronger than it has been for several years. George has explained what he is doing and exactly how and why to perform a range of exercises which have increased in difficulty each session.

Fantastic experience: Had Achilles tendinopathy. Went to Cirencester Physiotherapy centre and saw George Stacey-Stevens. Had 3 sessions of massage and following Georges advice on home massage and exercises it made a massive difference to the pain and flexibility of my leg. I was able to go on a holiday to Cornwall and walk miles on coastal paths with mild discomfort when I couldnt walk the dog without severe pain before.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many different osteopaths, Chiropractors and physios before finding George. None of them have been able to get to the route of the problem and address my issues. George found the problem immediately and didn't just 'cover with a plaster' he actually got to the root of the problem helping me to build strength to avoid reoccurring problems. Georges knowledge is second to none and he explains in laymans terms exactly what the issue is and how to resolve it. He doesn't merely book you appointment after appointment with no real benefit. Fantastic experience: I was referred to CPC by a friend. Over the past 3 months I have found George to be very enthusiastic and luckily for me, fanatical about cycling. I have no hesitation in recommending CPC but also if you're looking to make physical improvements in your particular sporting interest, book an appointment and I'm sure George will be able to help you with your goals!

Fantastic experience: Being a Motocross rider being injured is a common occurance. George takes the time to understand the problem, delivers the treatment required, follows up with an exercise plan and always on hand for advise. He is excellent at what he does and with out a shadow of a doubt he keeps me on the track. As a side note I am also very impressed with is Covid procedures. Very clean treatment rooms with every precaution you can think of being taken by George and his team.

Instead he shows you how you can help yourself longer term through exercise and maintain the gains that come about on the treatment table. I would highly recommend.
