Fantastic experience: I have visited Claire on a few occasions and she has always solved any problems that I have had. Everything is done in a very professional but also friendly matter. Not only is the treatment that you receive second to none, but you also receive advice on treating yourself with exercises etc and also advice on pursuing any NHS appointments etc. Claire has definitely made a big difference to me over the last few months and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing problems with back pain etc.

Fantastic experience: Caroline has worked a near miracle on my back. Before I visited I was in pain just sitting and could barely put on my shoes. Afterwards I felt much looser and I was almost completely without pain ( there's always a few aches after a chiropractic treatment but it soon passes). Aside from taking detailed information of my past medical history, my chiropodist and I worked together through detailed questions and physical tests to find exactly where my shoulder pain really stemmed from. I was assured to hear that my case was typical of certain job types or DIY activities. My chiropodist then focused on treatment which really targeted the fairly vague area of pain I was feeling. Even the next day I felt much less pain. So impressed.

Fantastic experience: I had acute lower back pain, having had a mildly bad back for some time, and realised I had to do something to remedy the issue. I was offered an initial consultation the same day I contacted the practice and this included a treatment. Alex was calm, thorough and gave me a comprehensive assessment before explaining what I had wrong as well as the course of treatment required. In the following days I felt significantly better and my lower back pain is now far better. I have now had a second treatment and feel better still. I would happily recommend Alex and the team who have been excellent.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of CCM Clinic for many years having had historic back issues from childhood surgery. When I first met Claire she instantly took an interest in my condition and has helped me work through several aches and pains I've encountered to enable me to live a full and active life. Her knowledge of all aspects of the body from joints to muscular issues is extensive and she is compassionate and warm, nothing is ever too much. The whole clinic is run so efficiently with all the staff being welcoming and caring. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this practice enough. The staff are always excellent, accommodating and warm. I went with neck and back pain for the first time in January 2025 and have continued for regular maintenance ever since (although they do not pressure you to do so, that is a personal choice). The issue was diagnosed and resolved within a few weeks and I have felt better than I have in years. I see Dr Caroline Mudd who is exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. It’s a 10/10 experience.

I see Clare who is a great chiropractor, right from my first visit which is a while ago now, Clare diagnosed what the issue was and best of all sorted it out, I don't have any acute episodes anymore as I see Clare for a maintenance appointment every 6 weeks. Just like your car gets a service and MOT, that's what I give my body, well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Claire Smith for chiropractic treatment regularly since being diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis a few years ago. The condition causes intermittent attacks of painful sciatica and Claire has used a variety of techniques to reduce pain and settle it down. I trust her implicitly, she is professional and wise at all times and I feel that she indeed goes the extra mile to get to the root of the problem, as well as offering advice (and occasionally strong instructions!) about post-treatment exercise and stretches. In addition, she’s an utterly lovely person and has that rare gift of making every client feel listened to and safe.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Claire over 5 years ago following a flair up with an old back problem. I went feeling very nervous but was put at ease straight away by the very friendly and helpful reception staff. It was a warm and welcoming environment. When waiting for your treatment you can circle any problem areas which means the massage is super bespoke and you're not lying there thinking 'wish they'd just work on that shoulder more'.

Her help is invaluable as I prepare for a total hip replacement. I have also used the services of Deborah Mcarthy for Cranial Sacral therapy and massage to great effect, and also Ashleigh Watson the Sports therapist is helping me with exercise plans and massage to build up my hip to strengthen it before my operation. I cannot praise every member of the team -including the lovely friendly reception staff -highly enough. The centre is always spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experience and and say thank you to the whole team at Cotswold Chiropractic and Massage Clinic. Their service has been second to none. CCMC’s care and approach was particular and at a level I had never received before. I had two slipped discs and was in chronic pain, I was unable to move, sleep or function. With their treatment and care I improved weekly and now have an appointment ‘MOT’ monthly to keep me on track. I was back at work and playing sport within 12 weeks. A few more months down the line and I am back to my old life enjoying everything I did pre injury. A massive thank you to Claire, Debs and the whole team.

That's where Claire from Cotswold Chiropractic came into help. The issue was diagnosed quickly, excerises were recommended and safe to say I haven't suffered since.
