Fantastic experience: Visited spinavita for an ongoing back issue. My appointment was with Sydney and although I was a bit nervous and apprehensive I didn't have any need to worry.Sydney was welcoming chatty and immediately put me at ease. We chatted and after a full assessment she assured me she could help. This was such a relief , my only regret is that I hadn't book to see Sydney sooner. Highly recommend I'll definitely be back for more treatment

Fantastic experience: I have ongoing back and neck pain, and I wanted to see Amanda, the Sports Massage practitioner. She rang me last week to discuss my medical situation. I have my cancer back, and it might be a rogue cell, in my bones, or in my lymph nodes (I had my prostate removed on the 28th October 2022, due to prostate cancer). Amanda had spoken to her colleague, Jennifer Barr, and miss Barr and the practice manager had advised against my having Sports Massage, as it could mobilise and spread my cancer. Amanda recommended me to see Miss Barr, who could do tests on me, and ascertain if Sports Massage would be suitable going forwards. I saw Miss Barr today, who questioned me thoroughly about my cancer, and current pain in my back and neck. Only when she had examined me fully, and finished quizzing me, did she perform her Chiropractor skills. Don't be put off by her youth--she is amazing! After the treatment, she recommended that I not have Sports Massage until given the all - clear by Oncology. I'm very impressed with Amanda putting my wellbeing ahead of the money, and Miss Barr's expertise

Fantastic experience: Jennifer took the necessary time to listen to my relevant history and carefully explained her findings after a physical examination. She completed some helpful and effective treatment and then talked me through some exercises that will be helpful in maintaining mobility. She was friendly, informative and very professional. It was an excellent chiropractic experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Spinavita for years. I have regular treatments with Amanda and Jess, who take very good care of me. The treatments compliment each other and both practitioners give good advice for exercises I can do or a treatment plan if I have a specific issue. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Recently had the privilege of being treated here by Jennifer Barr. After 20 years of sporadic pain owing to a disc bulge I had given up seeing specialists but the pain was so intense this time I had no choice but to give Spinavita a try. So glad I did. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and friendly and I always left the clinic measurably better than I went in. Obviously I hope it doesn't happen again but at least I have some comfort now knowing exactly who to call. Many thanks

Fantastic experience: Met Jess for the first time today, she really listened to me and helped me understand why my symptoms tend to re-occur. We had a really relaxed time, and she gave me some great tips about how to improve my symptoms without being overwhelmed with exercises!

Negative experience: Came to this chiropractor because my whole body was sore. The toeself said that toe would start with my neck. Toe put toeselves hands on my neck and strangled me. I asked for a different chiropractor. Toeself gave me footself. Footself massaged my feet. I left this place with 67 broken bones and a missing arm.

Fantastic experience: Jessica was lovely. I have never visited a chiropractor before so she took time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions and gave clear explanations for what she would do. She showed me exactly what the problem was with my back. The treatment was excellent, immediately much more comfortable and she gave good advice and instructions before I next visit. An excellent, professional and caring service.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Spinavita are brilliant, knowledgeable and very professional. This is my second time needing their help. A course of treatment five years ago helped me to resolve a long standing and recurring back pain. That treatment and advice kept me pain free until a recent injury caused another visit. The consultation and initial treatment this time has already provided reduced pain and increased movement.

Fantastic experience: I recently ripped my calf muscle playing cricket. I was advised to have some laser light therapy to promote and speed up recently. I phoned up to get an appointment and was lucky to get an appointment the same day with Amanda the Sports therapist. Amanda assessed my injured and recommended a course of laser light therapy. The day after my first treatment which was 3 days after my injury I could feel the difference. I was able to put weight on my foot and was able to almost walk up stairs slowly. I am now 3 treatments in and have a few strengthening exercises to do. I have the biggest bruise I have ever had in my life and whilst my leg is still sore I can feel I am making progress in the right direction. I thought my cricket season was over but I now believe with the progress I am making I may get to play again in July thanks to Amanda and this treatment. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with this type of sporting injury. Thanks Amanda

Negative experience: Genuine review from a guy with a long standing genuine back problem. After first consultation with this clinic everything SEEMED great at the start. Not knowing what to expect from a Chiropractor. After several visits doing the same routines and several HUNDREDS of pounds being spent, nothing changed. I won't mention names, my practitioner was a nice person from what I could gather, but as a professional Chiropractor, not so professional. I'm not one to leave reviews much, but when it comes to people's health and wellbeing, it's a serious thing. Leaving one star is low as everyone at the practice came across nice. But nice wasn't what i was paying them for. Anybody reading this needs to seriously consider - Radiant Health Chiropractors. Nick Parry in Mitcheldean. All the best.

Fantastic experience: This was my first chiropractic appointment ever. My hip has been so sore & Anna was really gentle asking where the pain was, asking me to manoeuvre myself & Anna decided what the problem was and started to manipulate me. It felt so much better by the end of the session & I am booked in for more. Anna gave me advice on getting exercise in water & resting from sit ups etc. I fully recommend her to anyone needing relief from pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Anna Hawrot at the Hardwick and Quedgeley Chiropratic clinic for over 3 years and she is simply outstanding. She fills me with such positive energy and always corrects my alignment. She is so professional and I always have absolute confidence in everything she does for me. She has taught me a lot about my own body, not only does she look at my back but also gives me advice on nutrition and strenght and conditioning exercises. I run 70-80 miles most weeks and compete internationally over 5km to half marathon and any time I have had any injury niggles I have fixed them with Anna's help. I highly recommend her to other runners, sports people and people looking for help with back discomfort.
