Liz knew exactly what to do and after an amazing consultation and In depth analysis we started my treatment. Fantastic experience: I came into Liz very much in pain, I’d wake up in pain and wouldn’t feel rested. Liz has kindly and expertly started aligning my body into a better position. This has meant I can not only have better posture, sit and stand with more awareness of how to look after my body but breathe more! I had no idea how much posture could affect such things. After only a month I’m standing taller and feel more aware of my body and the positions that feel right and allow me to rest. I am in less pain and looking forward to the next sessions. I can breath deeper and feel less tired. For anyone looking to start helping their body Liz gives it a good push (and a few taps) in the direction it needs to be. Negative experience: Went a little while back and found them to be quite pushy in terms of making me book block appointments. 3 appointments later I hadn't had a single adjustment which benefitted me! One adjustment was a hard smack on the chest/collar bone which left me in a lot of pain for a week or so after and a very wheezy chest! Did not return.

Fantastic experience: I had a hip replacement almost 2 years ago. I continued to have pain, discomfort and a limp. The pain spread into my back, and became so severe I was back on strong pain killers and on the verge of going to a&e. I thought this was either due to changes in my hip alignment or arthritis in my back. There was nothing I could do if it was arthritis but if it was due to gait and posture, then I could improve. My partner was due to retire and I did not want to spoil his retirement by saying no to everything because I could hardly walk any distance and the severe pain. I chose Posture Right, because it focused on resoring posture. What can I say - Liz is a wonder woman. After the first treatment the pain was eased. In less than 2 weeks I was off pain killers completely. Now, about 6 weeks later, my pain has gone from 9.5 down to 0 - 1. I was waddling like a penguin, had great difficulty in managing stairs & had to pull myself up with my arms & had constant neck & shoulder pain. Fantastic experience: I went to Posture Right Chiropractors by chance, because I hurt my lower back and was in a lot of pain. I searched for the practice that could give me an appointment to be seen quickly and it was them. After a couple of appointments with Rob, I was feeling way better, but apart of my lower back, all of my body seemed to be benefiting from the treatment. I became a mother 1 and a half years ago, and as all mothers do, I neglected myself to take care of my baby, the lack of sleep, bad postures when sleeping, bad postures whilst breastfeeding and now being most of the time playing on the floor was putting lots of strain in my back, neck and shoulders, and that has now been relieved completely. I went for an injury, but I wish I would have gone before! I must say also that the practice has a very friendly yet professional environment, easy access and a big parking lot.

Negative experience: I had never used a chiropractor before, and after using Posture Right I will never use one again. They were very pushy, rude, and only interested in getting you to block book with a non refund policy on used and unused bookings ! £600 later my back is actually worse. I am now being treated by a nhs medical professional with treatment that is backed up by scientific medical studies ! Do your research before you go to any chiropractor. It’s funny how there is only 40 odd good google reviews out of thousands of patients !

Fantastic experience: After an initial enquiry over the phone, I agreed to pop along to PRC and met Liz and had a consultation. Liz listened to what I had to say about my issues, she then explained what she could do to help get me fixed & more importantly go back to the gym without worrying about injuring myself. Well after my 8 course programme all I can say is .... WOW...what a difference! My whole posture has improved massively, I have literally grown 2 inches! My shoulders are no longer slouched forward, I am walking more upright and have hardly any pain / tightness anymore in my shoulder area.I feel so comfortable in myself again, and going to the gym with alot more confidence in being able to workout, knowing full well my body can live up to the demands. Fantastic experience: I came to Posture Right Chiropractors after suffering with chronic sciatica for over 2 years! I had tried a number of other treatments in the past with no real success. This truly was my last hope of being pain free! It wasn’t an instant fix but I really trusted in the process! It’s been just over 3 months since i finished a 4 month program with Nick (twice a week for the 1st 2 months & 1 a week for the next 2 months). Fantastic experience: I am a avid gym goer and have always played sport mainly rugby and football. After suffering with hip and back issues my whole life i found Nick at posture right and thought id give it a go! I a initially twice a week for 8 weeks moving then to bi weekly and now monthly sessions! I cant rate this service enough i had tried everything from massage to acupuncture, physio therapy and a personal trainer but nothing has given me as much relief as these re-alignment sessions! I cant recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Nick to help me with my upper back strain As I spend a lot of time in front of the monitor. After first few sessions the difference was incredible and I couldn’t believe the difference in my posture and lack of the pain. Fantastic experience: I came to Liz at the end of august with a healing fractured 5th metatarsal and back pain due to wearing a support boot. Liz has done absolute wonders for me, when I first came to see her I was hobbling around in pain, I was advised it would take 12-18 months to go back to normal and be pain free. However thanks to Liz I am no longer in pain and back to doing all the things I did prior to my injury- including cycling and lifting weights again! Fantastic experience: Enduring hip pain for the first time in my life after a traffic accident, I needed professional help. I was in distress; l couldn’t drive, l could barely even walk. The Posture Right Chiropractors pulled me out of the daily hell in which l was trapped. Fantastic experience: I went back to Liz, about 4 years since my last treatment for another ailment. This time my knees, back, shoulders all causing terrific pain and my knees literally giving way. Nick looked after me and has been absolutely amazing. I feel 10 years younger in terms of energy and pain free. Continuing with the treatment to bolster the results - physio next. Fantastic experience: My wife was suffering with an ache above her hip, she didn't think she needed to see a chiropractor, but had a review with Liz and it all made sense. A few incidents earlier in her life meant she's kinda scrunched up. A few sessions with Liz and she's standing straighter and taller and is 'unwinding' bad elements/habits her back has got and all is looking rosier! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Had my first session with Liz today. I hurt my lower back at the gym after I lifted a weighted plate at a weird angle. I was in slight discomfort with the issue and sought after a chiropractor instead of a doctor. Liz had me do a few tests to diagnose the problems with my spine and hips. Once she has identified the issues, she informed me what they were, how they were caused, and how to prevent them in the future. Then in the same initial session she performed some chiropractic applications to my spine and hips. After the first session, I felt much better. She recommended I return for a few more to continue the stretches and grinding out the issues with posture noting that some people need less or more depending on the severity but assured me I should fall into the prior group. I would highly recommend Liz for any chiropractic needs!
