Fantastic experience: I was examined by Paul on 28.6.25. following 2 visits to A&E and one to my Dr. following a fall, 5 x-rays had not revealed any damage to my spine. Paul's opinion was a cracked/broken protuberance to a vertebra which should heal in about 6 weeks. Take it easy and Paracetamol when necessary for pain relief. The cracked vertebra healed in about 8 weeks but I needed follow-up treatment to correct ongoing pain, three visits produced a marked improvement by continuing the exercises the pain should clear up in time.

Fantastic experience: Paul has been a sympathetic and effective therapist. Four sessions in,and the improvement in my partners condition has been marked. Her pain has been greatly reduced, and she now feels much more confident about the future.
