Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Ellie more! I’m so impressed with what she can do. I went in on crutches really struggling to walk and do normal activities. Fantastic experience: I would recommend having a sports massage here. I decided to come as I was having pain and tightness in my back. Josh was welcoming and friendly, he took a lot of time listening to my issues so that he could tailor the massage accordingly.

I was struggling with some significant tightness in my calf following surgery and Josh has worked to release that tightness. I’ve rebooked for a fortnight’s time to continue to work on it and other issues as part of my rehabilitation. Fantastic experience: Ellie is brilliant! After struggling with neck pain from whiplash for a few months, I booked in to see her. She really listens, is incredibly thorough and explains things so well. After just four sessions the pain has completely eased and I feel back to normal. I’m really grateful for everything she has done for me and I won’t hesitate booking in to see her again in the future if needed. I’d highly recommend Ellie, and her mum is lovely too!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend optimal chiropractic to anyone I’ve been with Emily for a while now and she’s just amazing and have recently starting seeing Ellie too, just to help a bit more, I would be in such a pickle without these guys! They have honestly helped loads! If you’ve got any aches and pains give them a ring and see how they can help because they are amazing and deff know their stuff! I think I will continue to be a long term patient of theirs for a while now. I’ve been with Emily so long I consider her such a good friend now and look forward to our monthly catch ups! Fantastic experience: I recently had treatment with Ellie for an extremely painful calf and ankle following a heavy fall. I was in such a state that I couldn’t put any weight on the leg and getting up and down stairs was a nightmare! It was my first visit (recommended by a friend) and Ellie was brilliant, she made me feel very relaxed, she took time to listen, did a thorough assessment and performed a mix of treatment. I was given exercises to do at home and had a couple of follow-up appointments. And I am now fully fixed and very grateful to Ellie. I would highly recommend Ellie and the team to anyone who has aches, pains or injuries.

Fantastic experience: If ever I need the services of a Chiropractor I always turn to Ellie at Optimal Chiropractic and Health. The help and treatment she provides is first class. She has the ability to be able to quickly identify the source of any pain or discomfort and treat it effectively. Also, she will often offer ways you can "self help" to ease discomfort or prevent any further re-occurence. She is a real professional in her field and has a gentle and genuinely helpful way about her. I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend her without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Firstly I’d like to say what an absolute delight it was from the minute I walked through the door. Emily greeted me and then I had a wonderful conversation with Caroline the receptionist whilst waiting for Emily to finish up with what she was doing. This was a late booking that Emily so kindly stayed late for so I could be treated as I’m 35 weeks pregnant. I was made to feel comfortable for start to finish with some great tips from Emily to do at home. I came away feeling very relaxed and a lot lighter. I will 100% be back very soon thank you so much for seeing me you’ve made a pregnant ladies day to day life a lot less painful.

Fantastic experience: Emily is by far the best massage therapist I have come across and having experienced every type of massage you can imagine over the past 25 years, that's saying something. She is highly intuitive, quickly identifies the root causes of physical discomfort and has a huge variety of techniques at her disposal in order to alleviate it. She is also aware of the spiritual/energetic dimension to what is going on too, which for me, is important.

Ellie took the time to listen to my concerns and explaining everything in detail what was the best treatment for me. I wasn`t rushed and I genuinely felt like my well being was their top priority. Fantastic experience: I’m currently being treated by Emily Boulton (soft tissue / massage) and Emily Hill (Chiropractor) in the same clinic. It’s been really helpful that both disciplines exist under one roof and they share my notes so have a thorough understanding of my progress. Occasionally when treatment causes a little discomfort it is much easier to bear because they are both so kind and caring but will do what is necessary for me to get better. I’ve been treated for sciatica and other muscle injuries caused by my body trying to protect the sciatica area. I”m now much improved and starting to get my life back. Their knowledge of the body goes beyond their individual specialisms. For example, my foot has become quite discoloured due to circulation problems but visits to the doctors never clearly identified the issue. Emily researched this and found the condition Chronic venous insufficiency’. She strongly emphasised to me she is not medically trained to make such a diagnosis but suggested I could put this to a GP. I’ve now spoken to a specialist and am booked in for treatment in the next month. So thank you so much ladies for all your help and support.

Fantastic experience: Emily Boulden is a brilliant reflexologist and massage therapist. She identified some lung problems in my reflexology sessions and persuaded me to go to my GP. I made an appointment straight away and the doctor confirmed that I had a chest infection. I was referred to the respiratory nurse who after tests confirmed that I had COPD and am now on an inhaler. If it had not been for Emily I would not have done anything about the way I had been feeling, in fact I did not know I had the condition. Emily is friendly and professional and so easy to talk to. I do enjoy her reflexology sessions and the massage therapy is wonderful and relaxing. I thoroughly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Emily is very kind and friendly and always makes me feel welcomed aswell as other staff members when I attend. Emily has worked wonders for my neck, shoulders , head and back due to being a migraine sufferer and she has also really helped my overall well being ! Initially, my visit was for a herniated disc which with regular treatment was addressed and sorted. Fantastic experience: I first went to Ellie while suffering from a severe sciatica attack. After just one session it was better! Once the pain had gone, other muscular problems revealed themselves. Fantastic experience: I was suffering from a pain in my shoulder that I couldn’t shift. Went to see Emily and she did a mix of massage and cupping - a new experience for me. Emily did a thorough assessment of my movements, chatted through my pains and quickly assessed my body’s issues and got to work on them. She talked me through her findings as she massaged me and worked through to release difficult muscle tensions. Emily definitely knows what she’s talking about and what she’s doing. The shoulder pain went and hasn’t come back! I fully recommend her and will be back!!

Lots of knowledgeable advice on stretches and exercises to help myself and a combination of adjustments and acupuncture to treat the things. ALL the things. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ellie for a couple of months and she managed to help heal my Intercostal tear and a few other injuries after my pneumonia. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with migraines for a couple of years. The pain would radiate down the left hand side of my face into my neck. I had tried lots of medication from the GP but they were just reoccurring and it was effecting day to day life for a pattern of 3 days at a time, every month. Ellie checked me over in her professional capacity knew what was needed. Manipulation, neck cracking & acupuncture. No more migraines I feel like a different person or the person I used to be.
