Fantastic experience: Great PT sessions with Dan I came to see Daniel after struggling for months with persistent lower back pain that was starting to affect my ability to train for my golf. From the very first session, Daniel was approachable, professional, and easy to talk to. He took the time to really understand my situation and explain everything clearly, so I always knew what we were working on and how it related to golf and helping my back pain. Over the course of our sessions, my back pain disappeared, and I noticed a huge improvement in my strength, mobility, and overall performance. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a big thank you to Adam who swiftly assessed and diagnosed my painful hip. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I left feeling so reassured with exercises. After follwing the exercises my hip has already started to feel better and is almost back to normal after 5 days! I am so grateful for such a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Great physiotherapy treatment. I have been visiting Adam for a couple of months now I needed treatment for acute back pain. Treatment and follow up has been excellent. My back pain is so much better. I cannot recommend Adam and this clinic highly enough and I'm looking forward to continuing any treatments I need here.

Fantastic experience: I had an accident last year and although it took time I eventually found myself having physio with farr and form the 1 session to the last the work they did on my was amazing although I'm not 100% I'm alot closer to that than I ever was i would recommend farr physiotherapy each and every time

Fantastic experience: Adam helped me with a hip problem that I'd been having for several months. He gave me advice regarding the correct way to stretch after training as the pain was caused as a result of over-tight/contracted quads. The issue was alleviated and I now know how to avoid it in the future. All in all I received efficient diagnosis, treatment and advice.

Fantastic experience: Farr Physio is worth every penny! Every member of staff I have encountered has been welcoming, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and competent. They use various methods to treat your aches and pains from massage and dry needling. Nothing is too much or too little. They will advise you on the best course of treatment even if it is something they can't offer. I am blessed to have them so close.

Fantastic experience: Just had a massage by Chris, a young chap who's quite new to the practice. Excellent massage which has helped my various aches and pains and very reasonably priced too. Often there is a Groupon or similar introductory price so look out for that and give them a whirl. Well worth the money and the short trip out to Highnam.

I see a young lady by the name of Alex who I find that has done a good job on my back she is very knowledgeable on what she does. It has made a huge difference to our physical and mental well-being. Alex is brilliant in the choice of exercises to keep us flexible and strengthen our core muscles. To combine with the physiotherapy there is the opportunity to join an online exercise class for older people - which hopefully will resume at the centre when we are all vaccinated

Fantastic experience: My first session was really helpful in relieving the painful stress in my shoulders. As you'd expect, the sports massage I had was a little painful, but the therapist explained what was happening and that the discomfort would ease after a while, and it did. My shoulders felt so much better for a good couple of weeks after my treatment.

Fantastic experience: In Autumn 2020, I had a Covid delayed massage session, originally a birthday gift. Excellent cleanliness, ppe & safe practises. As a keen cyclist, the session, targeted at feet & leg muscles, was a real boost to my subsequent rides, as was the advice on effective pre-ride exercises. I will be back when the Covid rules permit

Positive experience: In addressing long building painful and frustrating calf issues, the excellent team at Farr Physio quickly got to the root of the issue. Fantastic experience: This is an excellent way to maintain a regular fitness regime for over 55s. All you need is a laptop with Zoom, the meeting link (which AFP will provide) and a room in your house to do the exercises. The routines are fun, varied and pitched at your personal level, and the benefits are very apparent. And the cost? Incredibly good value!
