Fantastic experience: Jazzi is amazing at what she does, really listens to your concerns and tailors support to your individual injury with some really good rehab exercises to get you back on track. She doesn’t treat you for the sake of it, if it’s not necessary. I have recommended her to my friends with injuries who are all equally happy with their progress.

I saw her back in March 2024 to help with a slipped disc, and her expertise, care, and overall approach made all the difference in my recovery journey. First and foremost, Jazzi is incredibly educated and knowledgeable in her field. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which really helps you trust the process and feel confident in her care. From the very first session, she put me at ease with her warm and smiley demeanour. What really sets Jazzi apart is her holistic approach. She not only helped me with hands-on therapy and rehabilitation exercises but also took the time to thoroughly review my current training plan. She made sure it was conducive to recovery while still allowing me to stay active in a safe way. She even went the extra mile by reviewing my form for various exercises to prevent further injury. On top of all that, Jazzi is incredibly flexible and accommodating when it comes to booking sessions. It’s clear she understands how important it is to fit recovery into a busy schedule, and she made the whole process stress free. If you’re looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also truly cares about your progress and well-being, Jazzi is the one.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for physio for years and the place is consistently top dollar. I got fed up of 'vanilla' physio places that pack you off with boiler plate exercises instead of treating the source of the problem and providing a treatment plan together with rehab. Knowledgeable staff, flexible times around a busy job, easy booking system. Jazzi is brilliant. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I see Jazzi regularly for chronic pain in my neck/shoulder/back, which always feels more manageable after! Jazzi has an amazing rapport with her clients, a great laugh with a wealth of knowledge as well. I have autism and don’t like to be touched particularly but Jazzi made it very easy to talk to her about any worries and always checks in before touching me! Frequently recommended people to her 10/10 as always.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with chronic neck pain for over 12 months that was really painful and making me depressed I found Jazzi ! She was recommended by my brother in law and really listened to me, putting me at ease from the first session and getting straight to the root of the problem. It’s taken several month to get to where I am now but I’m so grateful to have found her and to finally be free of pain. I would not hesitate to recommend her and am definitely going to keep my neck pain at bay, without sounding dramatic she’s changed my life !.

Fantastic experience: I started treatment with Jazzi following a powerlifting competition which I needed help diagnosing and resolving a potential visual scoliosis issue with my back that was caused by a weak hip flexor and muscle tightness, I have been going back ever since! The service I receive is top quality, not only fixing all my issues and tightness from regular intense training using shared knowledge between the team but also to help me feel relaxed, have friendly, therapeutic chats as well as exercises to take away to continue to give myself the best recovery possible. I have had multiple treatments here and have received consistently great service. Always look forward to my sessions booked with BodyReactive. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: I moved over to the UK from South Africa in December 2020. I have since been really struggling to actually find a good physiotherapist that is actually hands on, unlike the NHS ones. My husband found a new gym to go to recently and was introduced to Jazzi. He saw her and raved About her services as a physiotherapist. I then started to see her and she Is phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helped Rehabilitate my ankle so that after an injury I could go skiing. I strongly recommend Jazzi.

Recently I had an injury through deadlifts, and Jazzi fixed me in no time at all!!!! I would recommend them above any other physio in the area! Truly amazing results. And as a bonus, they are just lovely people.

Fantastic experience: I visit body reactive every couple of weeks for manual lymphatic drainage massage. The massage is great and works really well. I also have the compression boots which work amazingly well alongside the treatment. The team always go above and beyond to fit appointments in if an injury occurs and needs treating. Highly recommend xXx

Fantastic experience: I was in need of an emergency appointment in between Christmas and new year after twisting my knee. Jo and Jazzi were very quick to find an appointment to see me the same day. Jo’s diagnosis was spot on she did hands-on work and then gave me exercises and I am now going into the new year working with Jazzi continue the recovery, stabilising and strengthening.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended Bodyreactive by a friend. Was made to feel comfortable and relaxed by Jo. She understood my issue, explained why this problem occurred, detailed the reasons why it wasn’t resolving and then proceeded to start me on a treatment plan. I’m three weeks into my rehabilitation and am astounded at how well I’m improving. I have had one follow-up appointment where Jo progressed my programme and she has informed me that I’ll probably only need one more. I’m so impressed with everything about this company - venue, staff and treatment. Nothing has been too much for them and, you know you’re getting great value.

Negative experience: Was recommended by a friend and was worst physio session I had plus was given 35 mins which I was made to pay fulll price very upset with the service
