Fantastic experience: I have been actively engaging in running recently, which has resulted in discomfort at the back of my knee. Cliff conducted a comprehensive examination and addressed my posture. Following my initial treatment, I have observed a noticeable improvement. I highly endorse this service and am confidently planning to return for further treatments. Until I am fully healed. I have been provided with beneficial exercises to aid my recovery.

Fantastic experience: Was really nervous about finding a local osteopath replacement as you get so attached to them but after 2yrs and in pain I'd had a recommendation for Cliff by a friend. And 1st appointment today. He was fab! Very patient after I was 5mins late, then even later as I went to the wrong place but some kind texts later I arrived and he was very friendly, kind and professional. Great treatment. Listened. Fantastic experience: One treatment from Cliff made me feel like a new woman. I went with a sore shoulder but Cliff also found I had a pelvis problem so he treated both. Fantastic experience: I went to H&C Osteopathy after I'd seen an advert offering free spinal checks. At the time I was very disillusioned having been told by my GP that at my age there really wasn't anything she could do other than offer opioids. No thank you. Cliff said he thought there was something he could do and he was absolutely right After a hip and 2 knee replacements I hadn't been anywhere outside the house without the use of a walking stick for a number of years. I'm not saying Cliff is a magician but I can, for the first time in years, walk unaided, have even had my first dance in years which is truly remarkable and something I found very emotional. Fantastic experience: I went to see Cliff with a very sore back, which was causing me to walk awkwardly, a lot of pain and discomfort and generally doing what a bad back does! Well Cliff had me walking out of there straight I'm not going to say fixed but so much better after just 1 session that I was amazed that would be possible. I have had a few follow up sessions and every time I come out feeling that bit better. Cliff is easy to talk to and not judgy at all, although he did say 25 years of scaffolding won't have helped my back! Throughly recommended

This is what I refer to as "propper" treatment as opposed to other less manipulatiove methods that simply did not work for me. Very professional service, Covid aware and excellent treatment that instantly made a massive difference to my pain levels and quality of life. Cliff really took time tio understand my injury and provided the perfect treatment plan and excercise routine to ensure the issue does not reoccur. Fantastic experience: Who would have thought an Osteopath could cure headaches? Not me! After 12 weeks of severe daily headaches, and having had a MRI scan, and various medications, my daughter suggested I see cliff. In my initial assessment, cliff examined me, and explained clearly what he thought the problem was, and then began with the treatment, always explaining what he was doing, and why. The following week, I had periods of time that were headache free. Things improved more after each appointment, and after 3/4 appointments, I was headache free, and continue to be so. Cliff is very professional, friendly, and put me at ease, especially with my anxiety about having my neck “cracked”. ( which doesn’t hurt in the slightest). It’s obvious that cliff is passionate about doing his best for his clients, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Professional, knowledgeable and very conscientious osteopath. Cliff has been my go to person for various neck, back and leg issues, and has been able to work wonders in correcting all of my ailments so far! He has been really mindful of my previous back surgery, and treats me accordingly. Does not sign you up to blocks of treatment, and discusses openly and honestly with me regarding the way forward. Cliff is a really friendly guy, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have both enjoyed the treatment offered by Cliff Bennett at H & C Osteopathy. Initially we were introduced to Cliff as we had a planned trip to Mongolia in two weeks My wife struggled to walk from the car into the treatment room and we jokingly but seriously talked about getting her to gate 26 and eventually to gate 56 at Heathrow...a long walk even to get on the plane, changes and eventually to Mongolia. After several treatments on the back and legs etc Cliff's treatment got us to Mongolia which enabled us to enjoy our trip. Thanks Cliff. I had some not so severe back problems, but getting worse and after three weekly sessions Cliff enabled me to get back on track without pain. So no problems with cycling or sitting for prolonged periods. We had never been to an Osteopath before but now converted to this treatment and to the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness of Cliff. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Professional and quality service. Couldn’t recommend enough. Cliff has been treating me on and off for many years for numerous injuries and ailments including upper back, lower back, neck and shoulder. He has always managed to relieve my pains and help me recover. After suffering a neck injury I was left with constant pain and limited range of movement for over 2 years. After a handful of sessions with Cliff I recovered and regained full range of movement with no pain.

Fantastic experience: Before my treatments, I was in severe pain having trapped my sciatic nerve and was struggling to move around easily. Fantastic experience: Cliff is the man. Went to see him as I had some hip pain and within in a few sessions the pain was relieved. After a few more just to be sure it was stable I was back to my full performance in the gym pain free and now I continue to see cliff for maintenance. Fantastic experience: I was looking for an Osteopath to help with posture related issues predominantly caused by my working environment. After doing some research, I found Cliff and got in contact to arrange some treatment. I was a little nervous before my first visit, as I have never liked the idea of having my neck cracked, but this was not a problem as Cliff applies a number of treatment techniques, explaining what he is doing and why. I have also arranged treatment following sporting relating activities causing me significant back or neck pain at short notice. There was a significant increase in my mobility following these sessions, with the overall recovery time being shortened. Overall I feel my sessions have improved my posture and find Cliff to be very approachable and professional. I would highly recommend Cliff.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the treatment and advice that I have received. As a result of a long standing back problem and damaged knees I had been forced to stop running and was struggling with walking any distance and using stairs. I have now started running again and have no problem with going for long walks, hills and stairs. Being able to book evening appointments fits in well with work and they are always on time.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Cliff after having pacins in my back, Cliff was able to identify there were more underlying issues with posture from work. He is very adaptable and able to get the most movement from manipulation based on his great knowledge. He is aways flexible with appointments as well.

Fantastic experience: I came to cliff at H&C osteopathy as I had bad hip pain, constantly hurting all day/night and struggled to do normal daily tasks. I had been to the doctors who wanted me to get seen at the hospital for possible surgery and wanted me to go on medication. Cliff was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed that my hip was slightly out of alignment and got to work on it straight away. It only took a couple of sessions to start feeling a lot better and cliff managed to realign my hip and got my back to normal in no time. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Cliff by my personal trainer for sports massage, but it quickly became clear that a lot of my aches and pains are being caused by poor posture and the fact I have some hyper mobility which osteopathic treatment has worked well for. Cliff has worked tirelessly to understand and address the problems, is very flexible with scheduling and is simply a lovely person to deal with. Fantastic experience: I have had several treatments with Cliff. He always endeavours to fit me in at short notice, even going out of his way with an early morning/late appointment to see me. I arrange an appointment with him when I get joint/muscle pain, and after a typical first session, I find about a 70% reduction in ailment, so am always keen for a second session to capitalise on my recovery. Recommendation for his services go without saying, and would suggest anyone go and see him with their aches and pains just to see what he can do to improve your life without having to pop some pills or struggle to see a Doctor, to wait for a referral etc.

Fantastic experience: Had been in pain with back for nearly a year after a fall , having spent a lot of money on other physo treatments, I was recommended to cliff by a friend of mine , I could not believe the results after a couple of treatments the pain subsided and feel much relieved to be pain free.
