Fantastic experience: I have had two hyaluronic acid ( Biolevox ) injections into my knee with Imran, following traumatic knee injury. The first facilitated my rehabilitation and spend my recovery by 3-6 months. The second reduced legacy symptoms to zero. Running, lifting, Jiujitsu pain free. Fantastic extended scope clinician, particularly with his diagnostic ultrasound and injections skills. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Thanks Imran and team for your continued help as always.

Fantastic experience: Woke up in agony, Physiocare managed to fit me in same day. The diagnosis and treatment were very effective. I struggled to limp in and after treatment walked out! After a few days I am back to normal. Can't thank Physiocare and Imran enough.

In addition to the physiotherapy sessions, he guided me on what shoes to buy, took time to check the shoes I bought to make sure I could wear them safely , told me what exercises to do and how often, made sure I was doing the correctly. Fantastic experience: Since October 2025 I suffered every day from dizziness, feeling unbalanced and nauseous. Anything I tried to do, which involved moving my head resulted in everything around me spinning and at times vomiting. My GP diagnosed me with BPPV and gave me exercises to do which didn’t work. I went back to see my GP and asked him to refer me to see a specialist. After a week, I got a text message from the NHS to say I might have to wait 6 months for an appointment. I looked online about this condition and tried the Epley manoeuvre many times and other online exercises which did not work. As I was incapacitated by this condition which brought on depression, I decided to go private. I looked at various clinics in my area and made an appointment last week with Emily at Physio Care in Twyford. Emily made me feel at ease and asked me many questions about how my condition affected me. She did the DixHall Pike test on me which showed I did have BPPV. Emily went on to do two Epley manoeuvres on me and said the crystals should be back in my inner ear canal, and that I should take it easy for the next two days, which I did. Well, my life is back! No more dizziness , room spinning and I no longer feel like I’m on a boat in choppy seas and having to throw up. Emily has an amazing skill and I can’t thank her enough. I would 100% recommend you visit Emily at Physio Care if you have BPPV and want it gone.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Imran today for an assessment, an ultrasound, and steroid injections for a severe frozen shoulder, and I highly recommend him. Imran was absolutely fantastic—professional, highly skilled, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my concerns with compassion and respect, he had a very warm and kind nature. Imran explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience an easy and comfortable one. I also want to commend the reception staff—both receptionists were incredible. From my initial phone inquiries to visiting in person today, they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Their warmth and efficiency made the whole experience seamless. Fantastic experience: I have recently just completed a course of treatment with Jean, his dry needling has worked wonders on my sciatica, which had been just about unbearable before seeking treatment. He was very friendly and a consummate professional, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and physiocare in general. In the nicest possible sense I hope to never see him again, but should the need arise, he would be my first port of call.

Fantastic experience: I saw Mindy on several occasions following knee replacement surgery. She was absolutely brilliant. I was struggling mentally and physically with trying to get the bend and the straightness a few weeks after my operation and she helped in both ways. She analysed where my difficulties were and gave me the confidence I needed to push myself to do the exercises well.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I tore my calf muscle at about 8am. By 8.30 I had an appointment with Imran. He put my mind at rest as to recovery and, as well as treating the injury, helped me understand what I needed to do to get back to my normal fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic and saw Imran who was a very experienced practitioner and extremely capable. I arrived unable to lift my right arm due to pain in the front of my shoulder. Ultrasound showed no arthritis in the joints but a partial tear in two tendons. Imran was then able to use the ultrasound to direct the steroid into the affected area. I was then able to lift my arm- I genuinely was stunned at this response. Now I have to rest and then exercise the weak muscles. The tendons will remain torn but I can now have the movement back. I highly recommend Imran for anyone seeking diagnostics for shoulder/ joint pain. He is an exceptional physiotherapist

Fantastic experience: I went with my mother to treat her Vertigo, a disease that the doctor (GP) told us that it cannot be treated. We stayed here at this private doctor to try to at least stagnate this disease, but the big news came from Dr. Jean who told us that this disease can be treated, he told us exactly where this problem comes from and that he will help us treat it. After the first session my mother was much better and happy with what Dr. Jean did. I want to say that you rarely meet doctors like this, and through this medium we want to thank him from the bottom of our hearts for the knowledge he has acquired, for professionalism and dedication for the way he works to explain the problem and for him as a person. Fantastic experience: I had a nasty fall damaging my right knee ligaments and causing a very painful arthiritis flare up in the knee. The pain was very severe. I had an imminent holiday overseas which i was potentially going to miss. However i found out about imran and physiocare. Imran who is a senior ex nhs physiotherapist booked me straight away for a cortisone injection in the knee. He waa very polite and professional, and he very competently administerd the injection. I hardly felt any pain from the needle. The reduction in pain started within half an hour of the injection, and im delighted to say that i had a fantastic pain free holiday. I would highly recommend imran and physiovare for the excellent treatment at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding treatment from Physiocare, I had severe pain in both elbows, was quickly diagnosed via Ultrasound scans that I had tennis elbow in both arms and a torn tendon in my left arm. I was offered Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment for my condition, a new treatment that I had not been aware of. I was keen to try this as it did not involve any drugs or chemicals, but a procedure that used my own blood spun in a centrifuge to separate the red cells from the platelet rich plasma which was then injected back into the affected area for natural accelerated healing. Aamir and Hayley were both fantastic practitioners, explaining the whole procedure to me and treating me with care and diligence! Also very friendly.. we had some good laughs! My pain has decreased significantly and I am writing this only a few days after my last procedure. My life has been transformed by this procedure and I am well on the road to complete recovery! My thanks to Aamir and Hayley and everyone at physiocare for your help! If you have issues like this and you’re not sure what to do I highly recommend you go to physiocare where they will help end your suffering! 5 stars… a perfect experience!

Fantastic experience: Imran was very quick to get to the route of my back problem which others had failed to do. I went ahead with a cordal epidural which was performed in the clinic and I was very impressed by the professionalism shown. Every step of the procedure was clearly explained and surprisingly virtually pain free. I’m very happy with the result which has really improved my mobility and pain levels. I’d have no hesitation recommending this procedure. Everyone at Physiocare was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased with this practice, I had a great deal of pain from a trigger thumb, which had locked in position. It affected my everyday activities and my tennis. I had it for 3 months and it was worsening. I saw Imran at the beginning of December, he examined it carefully and used ultrasound to guide the injection. Imran took care to advise me and to put the injection in the correct location between the tendon and sheath, and sent a letter afterwards. It wasn't too painful and within a couple of days I was pain free. After a week I could move my thumb freely. The whole procedure was carried out perfectly, I really recommend this practice, reception were also great.

Fantastic experience: I had chronic issues with my arm and wrist, causing many sleepless nights with continuous mid level pain. I was unable to use my right hand for even simple things like opening jars. Having been scheduled to have very expensive Injections in my AC joints following a consulation with an RA specialist, I decided to get a second opinion and was recommended to Imran by my local private GP Flora Richardson. Making an appointment with Physiocare (Imran) was simply the best decision I've made. Imran spent what seemed like an hour, analysing in great detail, my arm, shoulder, wrist and neck anatomy and conculded the main cause of my issue was CTS in my wrist. Within a less than a week (and during the Christmas/New Year period) he had arranged for this to be treated with painless ultrasound guided injection. Within 2 days, my pain had been reduced to around 10% of that previously. Incredible relief. When you find excellent people like this, you keep their contact details high on your list. Many thanks to Imran and the team.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Imran- I bought my 80 year old mother to see Imran, as she was complaining of constant left knee pain: she was unable to bend it well, found it difficult to get into the car, and generally it frustrated her a lot (since she’s very active and social!) Imran did an ultrasound and a very thorough examination, and uncovered the issue! A Cingal injection was injected into her knee, and literally within 2 days my mum was feeling the benefits- much easy movement, and has been on several holidays and has been able to walk more than she was able to before. Highly recommend the clinic, Imran and the injection!

Fantastic experience: I have just read all the glowing reviews for Imran. I cannot really add any better praise than has already been given in these reviews. However, here is my little bit . Firstly, Suzanne made me feel instantly welcome over the phone and in person and went out of her way to get me an earlier appointment as my pain was very strong. She also is very warm,funny, polite, with a great smile annd accommodating . I also found the other ladies at the front desk very kind and helpful.To me this is important as I was made to feel at home.Of course, on meeting Imran with his wonderful bedside manners, calm and polite, professional demeanour I felt instantly that he would be able to help me.He did! I have had two cortisone injections into my damaged shoulder and after two weeks I felt so much better for it and it feels like it is getting better every day. Then I needed another one into my inflamed and aching SI Joint. Imran, as previously, was his usual, reassuring ,competent and very skillful self. I was expecting for the injection to hurt. However, to my delight, the man was gentle and so careful that I did barely feel a thing and could not believe when it was over.As it only happened yesterday I can say that already I feel slightly better and move with a little bit more ease and it feels amazing. Imran first undertook a thorough physical and ultrasound investigation of shoulder, identified more damage than I was expecting, recommended the injection which he complotted and discussed future steps. Excellent treatment and very fast reporting that outlined findings, Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I had been in severe pain and unable to walk since Christmas with my osteoarthritis. This was affecting me mentally as well as physically. I found I could not wait to be seen by the NHS which was taking months even to be triaged, so I found Dr Khan online. He managed to fit me in within two days. The price was reasonable compared with other private clinics. He and his colleague drained the fluid from my knee and gave me a steroid injection guided by ultrasound. The next day I was able to walk again and had no pain. I feel as if I have been given my life back again, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent advice & care. I've suffered from a bad knee (severe OA) for many years which flared up & became more painful than usual in Dec. With barely a few days to go before Christmas I found this practice in Twyford were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment, provided excellent advice over the phone prior to my appointment & on the day Imran treated my knee with a 'Cingal' injection (combined steroid & HA). Not only was the injection painless, but Imran also drained almost 200m of fluid from the knee joint. The pain was almost instantly significantly better but my walking after a couple of days also much improved & the knee less swollen & more mobile. Whilst it's still 'early days', based on the results so far I would have no hesitation in recommending Imran to anyone else with similar 'knee problems.

Fantastic experience: I sought help from Lydia recently regarding a problem with my foot. She explained what the issue was and treated it, followed up with exercises to try at home. The outcome is that the problem has now been sorted. She is an excellent physio and the service from all at Physiocare is always great. .

Fantastic experience: I've been unable to do any running over half marathon distance due to persistent hip pain developing. Due to this pain I struggled hugely training at greater distances. Having arranged an appointment with Physiocare I was given ultrascans on my knees and hips, and shown my problem was bursitis. I had two cortisone injections and nearly two weeks later completed my first marathon without pain.

Fantastic experience: Suffering from OA in my hip, I sought advice from Imran. He recommended a repeat steroid injection. As a nervous patient, and having had a very painful previous injection on the NHS, Imran was so patient and understanding. This injection was much less painful, and so far, the signs are that it will be helpful as I had instant relief from the local anaesthetic. I can highly recommend Imran for his professionalism, knowledge and care. I shan’t hesitate to return when necessary.

Fantastic experience: I injured my knee when hiking and despite physiotherapy and exercises I suffered serious pain and swelling in the knee for 6 weeks. Mr Boobala Subramainian then performed an ultrasound scan and diagnosed a Baker’s cyst which had ruptured. He gave me a cortisone injection in the knee and the pain ceased almost immediately. I have remained pain free and at a review 2 weeks after the injection the cyst and swelling had largely disappeared. I am very grateful to Boobala for his excellent diagnosis and treatment.

Fantastic experience: I attended Physiocare two weeks ago for an injection to my knee, having been in progressive pain for about five years with oestoarthritis. I was treated by Imran who administered the ultrasound guided cortisone injection. He was very professional, talking me through each step and the actual injection was not as painful as my fear of it. The result has been amazing, I am free from pain and discomfort. I have no hesitation in recommending the treatment and centre. I will definitely return if needed.

The ultrasound to identify the problem was detailed and the whole procedure was carried out professionally. Initial results are good, so far. Fantastic experience: The treatment I received was first class. My knees had been in severe pain for a number of years. I had received a number of injections from my GP these injections was just directly in to the fleshy part of the knee. The Treatment I received from Physiocare Body Management was amazing. With the scanning equipment used he was able to get the injection in to the Exact problem area. Where it needed to be. The effects of the treatment was noticeable immediately. And over the next week to 10 days got even better. Now I have no pain at all and I’m back in The Gym doing the appropriate training and exercises suggested by Physiocare. Now I’m able to continue the exercises needed to help my condition. Im so happy to be a patient. And will definitely go again if I need any more treatment for this or any other similar condition.

Fantastic experience: I had a ultra sound guided injection with Imran. The service was really smooth and well managed. The treatment was really effective and had has cleared up the pain I was experiencing before the treatment. Will definitely visit physiocare again, should the need arise.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Physiocare with a painful left knee. Imran listened carefully and read through my consultant's analysis of the problem. We looked at the knee on ultrasound and I chose a hylauron plus cortisol injection. Imran explained well how this would help my knee. 4 weeks on I have little discomfort and can now walk properly. It's wonderful. I thoroughly recommend Imran and this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Having been diagnosed with stage 3 osteoarthritis in my knee, I was told I needed a full knee replacement. However, Imran at Physiocare suggested Arthrosamid injection therapy. The result has been life changing and the pain has dramatically reduced. I would totally recommend Physiocare and this type of treatment for knee osteoarthritis.

Fantastic experience: I attended Physiocare last week for treatment to my knees, which were giving me pain and discomfort. I was attended by Imran who drained fluid from one knee and administered a cortisone injection in both knees. He carried out the procedure with care, precision and professionalism. The result has given me a new lease of life, completely free from pain and discomfort. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone with similar problems.

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to leave a review for a while. I struggled a lot with severe lower back pain from a badly prolapsed disc after a fall. At the time I questioned if I'd ever get back to full mobility and get out running and cycling again. However with excellent physio & guidance from both Jacqui and Lizzie, I managed to get back to normal without any surgery, despite this being suggested by my consultant. It's now been almost a year since I've visited Physiocare and my back feels strong! I can't recommend them enough, my only advice is that you need to be persistent and patient to turn things around. Fantastic experience: I was assessed by Boo for a painful knee joint, with stiff and limited movement. He confirmed that it is Osteoarthritis, with damage to the cartilage, associated ‘water on the knee’ and a Baker’s cyst. Boo provided a number of initial exercises to follow, drained the fluid and provided a steroid injection to reduce any inflammation. My knee was much improved after this treatment and I now how full freedom of movement and little pain. In follow-up treatment Boo expanded the exercises and also administered an Ostenil injection, which has permitted me to increase my exercise regime. I am not back to my 5K runs yet but will be undertaking more treatment with Boo with the goal of hitting the roads again.

Fantastic experience: I came to Physiocare on the recommendation of my Orthopaedic Surgeon following an operation to remove 2 discs in my neck which had been pressing on my spinal cord. Due to the pressure by the discs, I was left with permanent neurological damage & impaired movement & balance. Imran showed great knowledge & professionalism in helping me to adapt to my condition but also to improve the quality of movement in my legs & balance. He also helped me work on core strength & general fitness. In all his work, he showed great compassion & was of great assistance in helping me accept & adapt mentally to the new norm - his friendly understanding was a big factor in getting me through a difficult time.
