It took a few months of regular treatment but now virtually pain free and my walking , movement and energy levels are best they have been in 20 years. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Andy and the Reflex team twice a week since January 16th. I could barely walk, and I could not stand up straight on my first visit. I was in agony, and everything I did was very painful. I had a Microdiscectomy back in 2001. Andy and his team have helped me immensely. I am now moving freely, I am able to stand up straight again, and I am walking pretty well. I can honestly say, they are a wonderful team. Everyone is so kind and friendly, and they really know what they are doing. I haven't finished my treatment yet, but I feel very positive moving forward, that I am in excellent hands. I could not recommend them highly enough. I always walk better each time I leave, and with a big smile on my face.

Fantastic experience: I had trigeminal nerve pain in May that left me paralyzed by pain. I couldn’t work, take calls, or even sleep. Alongside my neurologist appointment, I decided to try chiropractic care and met Beccy. From the very beginning, she was honest about the 50/50 chance of success. For me, that was enough—when the pain is that severe, every bit of hope matters. After just one session, I noticed a significant reduction in pain the very next day. Within three weeks, the pain had completely disappeared. Beccy used targeted manipulations on my neck and surrounding areas to release tension and also provided ten-minute laser sessions on the affected side of my face. Beccy is attentive, compassionate, and extremely professional. I can’t thank her enough for helping me reclaim my life from such debilitating pain.

Fantastic experience: I came to get straightened out after falling from my horse twice while rehabilitating him from a leg injury. This had left me very wonky! Zoë has been marvellous and I am now not only much straighter but also stronger, also taller! I see Morag too for regular sports massages. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming. Update Dec 2024 - still going to see Becky to be adjusted every month and Tonia for sports massage. The team at Reflex is the only reason I'm still moving and reasonably flexible having since the above review (written in 2018) been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, and having a physical job, working outdoors in all weathers every day.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting Reflex Spinal Health in one guise or another for about five years and I can’t recommend them enough. Becky supported me through my pregnancy when I was suffering with pelvic girdle pain and after an acute episode of back pain a year or so ago was resolved by Aggie I signed up to their monthly plan to maintain things - it works out cheaper than treating an acute flareup not to mention the impact on quality of life during that time. More recently I’ve been treated by Tahlia whose massage left me feeling like I was floating through the sky on a bed of fluffy clouds. Every visit is a joy, every member of staff is friendly and kind and makes me feel like I have brightened their day in some way; I know they certainly brighten mine.

Fantastic experience: We started visiting Reflex Spinal Health in February 2024 after my daughter had been suffering with what she thought was a hip injury from rowing. She had a thorough review with Andy & a series of treatments, adjustments & exercises to complete over the next few months. The result of this has been amazing & she’s back to full fitness & training but now continuing with a monthly session with Andy to ensure everything remains as it should.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, the best treatment I've had in 30 years (previous best in Vancouver). So glad I gave it another try as I pretty much gave up on Chiro/Osteo's. Fantastic experience: Where do I even start…the people & the place are totally unmatched! I started my treatment with Beccy just a month ago, I am hyper mobile and have suffered with chronic back pain since I was 12, and after only a month in to the treatment, I feel brand new! Pain that used to make me feel nauseous on a day to day basis no longer gives me grief, Beccy makes me feel incredibly at ease (I was scared of everything she was going to do at the start) and I look forward to every session, not only because Beccy works wonders, but because the atmosphere is so lovely! The ladies on the front desk are incredibly welcoming, you can have a tea, coffee or water while you wait (I turn up early just for this now ) and not only do you get chiropractic treatment…you get therapy! I (and many others) chat to the ladies about everything and anything, and I always leave there laughing no matter how bad my day has been. Added bonus…after 10 years of not being able to hold a handstand, I can now hold it for an ungodly amount of time The proof is in the pudding, and I truly believe this place is worth every penny

Fantastic experience: I heard about Reflex Spinal Health from my sister who heard about it from her friend. Finally, decided to attend after seeing the positive change in my sister after attending Reflex. I was apprehensive at first but honestly, best decision I made. I was so surprised the difference just the first 3 sessions had made. Being able to wake up pain free and go about everyday activities with energy has made me so happy and I feel like my old (new) self. I didn't realise just how much the pain affected my daily life as I had become so good at adjusting my positioning to accommodate the pain
I was feeling. Laying down, sitting down, walking and running had all become difficult due to the pain in my back and knees. Even pushing the shopping trolley around the shopping isles became difficult. However, I am now able to do all those things again and I am whizzing around pain free! Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to reflex for getting me pain free - for the first time in years. I had put it down to getting older and suffered with lower middle, upper back, neck and arm pain for 5 years without thinking anyone could help. It got to the point where the pain was so bad, after being checked for kidney stones, and x rated for tumours, my GP sent me to a and e as he thought it might be a heart attack. Aggie put me on a program of 19 sessions and almost immediately I felt some relief. Before the programme ended I was pain free - for the first time in years. I had no idea this therapy could be so effective and that locked muscles could be so terribly painful. Aggie is an outstanding practitioner- she explains everything with passion and clarity and I am so grateful for her brilliant help that has changed my life. Thank you also to outstanding Toby for some emergency treatment when i pulled my neck - without reflex - that would have been weeks and weeks of awful pain My only regret is that i did not seek treatment years ago - and I’ll never allow my joints to get into such a state again. Best money I ever spent.

Fantastic experience: I've had a long term lower back pain and shoulder stiffness for years (too much desk work!) and I'm already seeing results. Grant's helped by giving me extra exercises and clearly explaining recommendations which should change how my brain has 'fixed' my muscles into unhealthy postures - I'm feeling really hopeful! Plus he's got a good sense of humour - trying not to laugh is a challenge :0) looking forward to becoming a member after my 6 week treatment course. Fantastic experience: Brilliant. After 2 or 3 sessions with Toby, he helped me get rid of a very annoying pain that I had for few good months in the testicular area. He also helped me with a pain in the lower back and upper back. He worked on the muscles along the spine to relax them because they were tense and in the same time working on my posture. Fantastic experience: I injured my back and after having 10 weeks of physiotherapy, I still wasn’t pain free so a friend suggested I visit Reflex, and I’m so glad I did, I genuinely hobbled in and walked out, it was like getting a new lease of life. That was in 2007 and I’ve continued visiting since then; also getting on an occasional basis a sports massage therapy from Talia, she takes time to explain what she’s doing and is very helpful at giving advice and suggestions on how to exercise to overcome my problems. Fantastic experience: I have been having adjustments with Reflex spinal health for about 6 months now and all I can say is that after trying many different chiropractors these are the guys you want to see, a professional team that go above and beyond to make sure you have a warm welcome when you walk through the door to leaving feeling satisfied and generally better in yourself when you walk out of the door. A special mention to Toby, who goes above and beyond every time I see him, hes very friendly and easy to talk too and always makes you feel at ease when assessing and adjusting you. Fantastic experience: So gladvi found you when I was in so much pain 2 years ago when everything went down the hill in pregnancy. Still wish I would have known that you could have helped me during pregnancy, but unfortunately there is little advice on this from your normal health care. Becky helped me to get back moving without pain and I always look forward seeing her. Everyone else is also very friendly and the reception staff are great babysitters.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant support from the friendly team at Reflex. A long-suffering desk worker, I’d resigned myself to having permanent neck/shoulder/back pain. Having tried other physios and acupuncture with poor results I thought this would become the norm. A recommendation from a family member got me to seek help and try something new and I’m so glad I did. After a friendly and reassuring assessment that something could be done to help, I was set up with a treatment and rehab plan. After 4-5 sessions I was already 50% better and the permanent pain has been lifted. I’m continuing to progress to a pain-free life and a weight has quite literally been lifted, what a relief! Fantastic experience: I had bad hip pain and difficulty walking. Assessment was done and various problems were identified. Treatment consisted of stretches and manipulations to free up spine and tight muscles, plus various stretches for me to do at home. Now I can walk much better and the pain is manageable. Thanks Seb for your help. I would definitely recommend Reflex Spinal Health. Update - eventually got the hip replacement. Reflex has helped with my rehabilitation. Seb helped with rehab, and Grant has been very good at working on the various muscles to loosen them off

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Toby in February this year. I was suffering with headaches and lower back pain which would regularly leave me feeling very down and unable to carry out normal tasks. Toby's work, advice and guidance has allowed me get back on me feet, in good shape and back to regularly exercising, which I was incapable of doing before starting treatment. Fantastic experience: I have had back problems on and off for the last couple of years... after some pain yesterday I was able to be fit in for a last minute appointment today. Fantastic experience: I had my second adjustment with Laura today. Just over 8 months of pain, aches and limited movement to my right shoulder. Despite it being painful Lauras help has already had me seeing approvement! I can even lift my arm enough to shave !! Everyone is caring and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I thought the arthritis in my shoulder would be degenerative to the point where I couldn’t even raise my arm. However, the team at Reflex have given me the ability to fully use the shoulder and get back to the hobbies I used to enjoy. Fantastic experience: Fantastic local business that keeps my mid-30s body in good working order. Grant gives excellent massages and always manages to sort out my achy back. I also go to Becky for regular adjustments, who is also fantastic and between them they keep me running, playing hockey and everything else in between.

Fantastic experience: I visit Grant regularly where he helps to make sure aches, pains, knots and twisted muscles are sorted out. Grant has an amazing ability to locate and lock in on a non-functioning muscle/muscles and has them firing again properly after a session with him. Friendly, enthusiastic and a great sense of humour, are just extra pluses for someone that really knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Reflex for some time now for multiple issues. Tension head aches, posture support, muscular issues to name but a few and have always found the team to be amazing. From service, advice and of course the physical massages and alignments they always go the extra mile to help. Fantastic experience: I was recommended Reflex by a friend, regarding a shoulder injury. Following an assessment, by Andy, who at first comes over a bit brash, I was taken back with the suggested 19 session program, over three months. Although aware, that my posture was not good, Andy spelled it out, in no uncertain terms, thus the reason for 19 seasons. Apprehensively, I committed, and initially ask myself will the cost out way the benefits. Nearing the of my program, I feel it would be an injustice to offer less than 5 stars. My reasons are simple, posture has improved greatly, my arm strength has significantly increased, along with my general will being. I would also admit, its generated confidence, and helped me respect the importance of caring for yourself, which can often be taken over by life's commitments. Following my commitment, it's clear that Reflex, made a commitment to facilitate my individual needs, and are devoted to achieving the best results, while maintaining a friendly environment. Fantastic experience: Feel a lot more aligned with better movement. Maisie (Chiro) helped me just about conquer a very long term lower back issue (90% better). I think with the added podiatry help from Andy I may be pain free at last!
