Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the team at Optimal Align highly enough. After struggling with worsening shoulder pain for four years, I had honestly started to accept it as something I’d just have to live with. The pain was constant, and the numbness made everyday life difficult. Since starting treatment here, the improvement has been incredible, my pain has reduced massively, the numbness has eased, and I can genuinely feel the difference in my posture. What really stands out is the level of care from everyone on the team Bruce, Ria, Carla, Sacha, and Shaun. They are not only highly skilled, but also genuinely invested in your wellbeing. You never feel like just another appointment, they take the time to listen, answer questions, and make you feel at ease. I often find myself recommending Optimal Align to anyone who will listen because the difference they’ve made to my life is huge. I used to be in pain 24/7, and now, while I might occasionally have a small niggle, it’s nothing compared to what I was dealing with before. I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team. Fantastic experience: I am having a course of treatment to correct misalignment with its associated problems, and to improve my posture. Dr. Christian Santos is a fine chiropractor, I am sometimes a little sore for 24 hrs or so after treatment, but the benefits are really noticeable, my previously painful back problem is now mostly unnoticeable, my neck still needs some work. The bio mechanics approach is very effective, so the combination of manipulation, physio excercises and traction is working for me. The clinic is clean and well equipped and all the staff are very friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bruce is an amazingly skilled chiropractor. His knowledge of Biophysics goes beyond short-term symptom relief to focus on achieving long-term structural changes in the spine. I can attest to this! After two years of treatments my core strength increased. I can now do 3 minute planks without issue! I could probably go longer but what for? My 6 pack is nicely defined for a 62 year old! My balance has also been restored. Standing on one leg in the shower every morning to my foot is not a problem! The tension in my back muscles has released. My shoulder pain (from sleeping on my side ) no longer exits. The benefits to my overall health are hands down incomparable to any other chiropractic treatment I have ever had - and I've been seeing various chiropractors since 2013 due to moving so many times! and yes, I have moved since my treatments with Bruce. but hey, it's been two years since I've seen him and I'm still healed. I have not found another biophysics chiropractor yet. So I am having todo standard treatments every six weeks. but I will be moving back to Canada in a few months and wouldn't you know it? There's a Biophysics chiropractor 20 minutes from my new home! yay me. thanks Bruce. -oh and did i mention he's a terrific, caring man : )

Not only have my back issues been resolved where countless other health professionals failed, but the practice is so friendly and enjoyable to attend. It was evident from their knowledge and programs that they know what they're doing. Everything is assessed against X-rays and posture tracking photo updates, so you know the exact issue is being worked on, not guess work, and then you can see the progress in the update photos. I travel 45 minutes to see the team each visit. Completely worth it. These guys are brilliant at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Have had lower back problems for many years. Signed up with Optimal Align Chiropractic for a programme of 20 sessions at the beginning of May 2025. As I got older I though that this is just the way it is when you get older. By chance I saw the team when they were in Wokingham and thought I'd give it a go. Fantastic experience: I am a dressage trainer and all of my life I have said ‘my right leg feels longer than my left’ but externally I looked and rode symmetrical. I have had x rays and mri’s (on nhs) for other reasons, not once has anyone picked up that my left hip is lower than my right hip and my left leg is, as I thought, shorter than my right leg and therefore my right side has been compensating for years. And relatively simply sorted through the clever mind and hands of Dr Bruce, the exercises with the team at the base, the traction, the theraplate and the equipment that they have loaned me to take home to use. Very grateful to them. Getting older is not easy but my pain would only have got worse and worse and any treatment from NHS would have been treating symptoms not cause. Thankyou to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: I went looking for a chiropractor, not because I was injured or in pain, but because I know that without some kind of body maintenance I will end up needing it when I am - and I wanted to avoid that. So I am very grateful to Jess, Matt and the team at Optimal Align for looking after me when managing my progress was more tricky because I felt well before I stated. It wasn't after the initial 5 weeks of treatment when I saw my revised x-rays that I could see the changes that were happening and was delighted at how significant they were. It was then on refection that I realised I no longer got pins and needles in my arm at night. My slightly sticky shoulder was way more flexible and less crunchy. I love the unique, personalised approach to everyone's treatment and how they run an extremely efficient operation even at busy times. Fantastic experience: I had not believed whip lash was a real thing, until I was in a car accident in March, it was suddenly very obvious not just the pain but the restriction in my ability to even move my head .. within one month I was substantially better! Now I maintain and reset my alignment, flexibility, movement freedom every other week which I will reduce to once a month on time. Dr Bruce and his team have literally changed people’s lives! Fantastic experience: Optimal Align is like no other Chiropractors. The unique approach combining chiropractor, traction and exercise take the treatment to the next level. One of the best thing about the clinic is, you are assessed thoroughly before a treatment plan is put together specific to each patients problems. For me the posture photos, x-rays and other forms of assessments helped identify the root cause of my lower back pain, which separates this clinic from others. My only regret is not going to Optimal Align sooner as I have been going to standard chiropractors for years only to have pain return and left frustrated. Fantastic experience: Due to a sports injury, I developed an acute problem losing normal range of movement in my left arm, along with bouts of excruciating pain, as a result of cervical nerve impingement. In addition, the care, knowledge and support I have received from Matt, Abi and Shaun has been invaluable, and I am hugely appreciative and grateful to them, they do a fantastic job! Each time I visit, I am so pleased to see how busy it is at Optimal Align! The reason is two-fold, the care given is exceptional, thereby improving quality of life and overall health significantly, whilst simultaneously reducing some of the burden on the NHS. Fantastic experience: I visited Optimal Align Reading after seeing an offer on fb. After having back pain and unable to sleep I knew I had to get it sorted. Bruce provided an initial assessment and xrays. After providing me with a clear indication what my problem was I booked in 2 sessions a week over a 5 week period. After a few sessions I could instantly feel the benefit. Bruce and team are amazing, very friendly and professional. My treatment so far, my back pain and posture has improved. Fantastic experience: Going to this chiropractic clinic and seeing Dr Jess and Matt and other staff has genuinely really helped my back even after just a few sessions, I do alot of heavy work, build scaffolds etc, and they showed me in an x Ray where the pressues on my spine were. I will admit that I was always abit suspicious of 'adjustments' , and whether it could genuinely help. But after a couple of sessions it genuinely does seem to have improved my lower back, which is much better than anything the NHS have managed to do. I also feel really calm for a couple of hours after a session which is great, and now I know what feeling 'zen' means.

Fantastic experience: Went into Optimal Align with a long running football injury that, unchecked, had affected my whole frame/spinal arrangement. I've met and interfaced mostly with Bruce, Sasha, Anna and Ollie (and to a lesser extent Jess) who present a friendly and positive face to enabling improvement in how I move and hence live.

I have spent over 40 years in agony trying every technique and strategy under the sun for ever constant back pain resulting in long bouts of depression. After meeting with the team, they very quickly identified something that all previous practitioners and doctors had missed using inhouse XRays and other weird and wonderful gadgets. Six months into treatment and my back pain is non existant and if I do something silly or have a sporting mishap which would ordinarily incapacitate me for weeks or months, I now recover in days.
