Fantastic experience: Can you refine this: A really insightful, professional full running assessment to address an ongoing knee issue that I could not shift myself. Through a range of assessments, it was really interesting to learn the considerable weakness in my right side compared to my left from years of playing football and using my right foot predominantly as my striking foot and my left leg being the stabiliser. This can be fixed with single leg gym work focusing on a controlled movement. Following the gait analysis we found that I am landing my right foot on the outside of my foot with is causing a slight overload on my right knee, with a narrow stride. This can be corrected with a higher cadence and training to land more central. A really beneficial session into improving my running efficiency and (hopefully) preventing future injury, would recommend Gideon to anyone struggling with niggles or injuries or would like professional advice.

Fantastic experience: I've been a regular, and satisfied, patient of this practice for back pain for many years. My recent visit was for assessment of a hip problem by Danny Horsfall and advice on exercise. His assessment was very thorough, and he then gave me some useful exercises to do, with clear advice on how to do them. I think I can already feel the benefit, suggesting his diagnosis of the problem was correct, and his choice of exercises well judged. It's early days, but things look promising, and I can again recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a course of physio on my lower back with Salman at Berkshire Physio. The treatment was very professional and highly effective and I am pleased to report that my back is now in full working order. Salman was very clear with both his explanation of the problem and the course of exercise and treatment that was required. I have no hesitation in recommending Salman. In addition I found Berkshire Physiotherapy to be friendly and well organised, with useful appointment reminders and a good location.

It’s only been 1 week and the stability in my knee, as well as confidence walking on it has improved drastically. Fantastic experience: I attend BFT on a weekly basis to do a HITT class for general fitness and core strength to help my sciatica. I can honestly say that since starting, my sciatica is almost non existent and my fitness levels have increased significantly. Georgia if a fab instructor and always mixes it up to keep it enjoyable. I’ve always had a great experience here for other aches and pains and highly rate this practice. Always a bery friendly and happy visit.

Fantastic experience: Really excellent 1 hour sports massage today with Eleanor Blois-Brooke. Eleanor was very knowledgable and caring and also very engaging especially when we discovered we had a common interest in the rowing world. Have booked a follow up appointment already and am looking forward to building regular massages into my health routine.

Georgia continues to help me keep my MS symptoms in check and I have been gaining strength and control over the last 5 year of Personal training. If I feel any nerve changes or regression, I let her know and she focuses on that area until I feel it is back to my normal

Jo quickly identified areas of tension and really took the time to focus on them, working deeply and effectively where needed. Rebecca who I saw for physio a few years ago was lovely and Jo who I see regularly now for massage is incredible! She is so friendly and also very good as what she does! I wish they did student discount as that would help with costs but otherwise I don’t have a bad thing to say!

Fantastic experience: In February, I had an accident while lead climbing and injured my ankle. I was in a lot of pain, especially when dorsiflexing. Danny was able to quickly identify the issue and put together the right rehab plan for me. Thanks to his guidance and the tailored exercises, I’ve made a full recovery. I’m feeling strong again and confident to get back to climbing. 100% recommendable!

Fantastic experience: First time I'd met Georgia. I'd had shoulder surgery and she was careful to check that the pressure wasn't too deep. She was able to chat through the massage as a useful distraction from the discomfort. She knew exactly which parts to focus on and ironed out a lot of knots, fortunately I've booked more treatments as she is often booked up.

Fantastic experience: Jim has helped me make great progress with a series of long-held issues with my back and neck. The treatment on the day is firm but without jarring and cracking, and there are easy to follow exercises and changes to my everyday routines to support my improvement.

First time was with Jim who helped me get back to sports after being off for a year with an extreme Plantar Fasciitis issue.
