Sally is so empathetic and helpful and I left after the first assessment/treatment feeling so much better. She has also given me good advice re ongoing management of the issue. Fantastic experience: I had back pain and Back Room Chiropractor in Twyford was recommended to me. I booked a pre-appointment assessment and turned up not knowing what to expect. I was met by a very presentable and professional chiropractor who went over my medical history and asked about my symptoms. She then examined my back asking again about my symptoms. She could not find any musculoskeletal issues and recommended that I visit my GP as my back pain was outside of her sphere of knowledge. This I have done and await an appointment with my GP. All this at no charge as it was a pre-appointment assessment. First class service and a practice I am glad to recommend.

Positive experience: I visited Kate at Back Room for the first time today, it was a very enlightening experience, Kate explained fully everything she was doing, no bone crunching as feared it was just gentle manipulation. I have been having regular Physio for a while now and decided to go in a different direction after a personal recommendation, feeling better already, time will tell, already booked a follow up.

Fantastic experience: Went to the backroom for treatment for back injury, and was treated by Kate,eased the problem, no cracking of bones, just gentle approach to sort the problem.Going 'back' for another session soon.

Fantastic experience: I have been ‘broken’ due to a running injury 2 years ago. I had tried many different things to recover, which involved lots of appointments and very slow progress. After just one appointment with Louise I started to feel better. After appointment two I was running again. And after appointment three I’m straightened out and just need occasional maintenance. Honestly it’s like magic! My pain is gone. I stand straighter and taller. And I can run! Amazing!

Negative experience: I visited The Back Room Chiropractic last year to treat a multiple tension and pains which after their treatments got so much worse and I ended up not able to walk. Year later I still have slipped disc symptoms which I didn't have prior visiting this place. I have emailed and called multiple times hoping they would be able to offer an explanation what has happened, but I was ignored. When things go wrong they don't want to know you. I have never received a phone call back. Would never recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: After a personal recommendation, I booked my first ever chiropractor appointment with Louise at The back room chiropractic in Twyford, to look at my back after I pulled it playing hockey a few weeks earlier (and it still wasn't quite right). Louise was great. She explained the type of chiropractic techinque she uses and using a demonstration skeleton of the spine, showed a good visual of how things should work and what happens when they don't, and what she does to help the body sort it out. Throughout my session, Louise gave a clear explanation of each step and why. Louise wasn't at all pushy with a lengthy plan of many ongoing visits, but instead was pragmatic with the approach that once things are sorted (which could be one session, or a few), there wouldn't need to be additional sessions just for the sake of it. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Louise to others.

Fantastic experience: I developed a really painful neck and shoulder, I contacted the Back Room and Kate saw me the next day. She got to the root of the problem which really helped dispel the pain. I will definitely use them again and give Kate a 10/10.

Fantastic experience: A quick google search for my nearest chiropractor found The Back Room for me and using their easy online booking system I had an appointment booked for 36hours later which was great given I could barely walk or stand straight. Louise was welcoming from the start, talking me through the treatment & always checking I was happy to proceed. I left being able to stand up and walk so much better as the magical manipulations have helped instantly! Back again this week for a follow up and probably some more adjustments but am feeling so much better & already recommended the clinic to 2 other parents at sports day this morning!

Fantastic experience: Today lwent to see my Chiropractic to have some gentle Mc Timoney treatment on my joints to release the stiffness, l have Ankoloysing Spondylitis and Osteoporosis so l have to be very careful with my treatment, l am very happy and confident with my Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: Kate explains clearly with the aid of a model spine where problems lie. She then proceeds to manipulate the body which eases and corrects the problem.

Fantastic experience: I was fitted in for my initial appointment very quickly. I was met on time and the the feed back I was given was clear and easy to understand.

Fantastic experience: When I made my first visit to see Louise I could hardly walk. I could not bend to put on socks and had great difficulty getting dressed. Sitting was very uncomfortable and sleeping was painful in any other position than lying on my back. After this visit my mobility began to improve, and after my second visit most of the problem has been resolved. I have another session to come and I am looking forward to completing my recovery. I cannot praise Louise enough. She immediately recognized my problem and was able to treat me appropriately.

Fantastic experience: After pulling something in my back from powerlifting and unable to walk unaided, with a competition looming I hobbled in on crutches to see Kate on Monday 30th October. After just 2 sessions she put me back together enough for me to reach a PB total of 300kg this weekend, gaining my qualification for the British Championships.

Fantastic experience: I visited Louise for help with an annoying back pain whilst sitting. The gentle treatment worked wonders and I was able to step up my training for a Triathlon without anymore issues. There was no pressure to attend regularly and I went 10 months before I had a gentle realignment visit. I had earlier visited a back cracking chiropractor which didn’t work for me. Thoroughly recommend this more gentle approach. Give Louise a try.

Fantastic experience: I visited The Back Room Chiropractic in Twyford on recommendations from other clients, having always been a bit sceptical of this type of treatment I was thrilled with how I felt after my first visit. I attended due to increasing hip pain and muscular pain in my legs. I don't know how Louise managed but everything felt so much easier after just one visit. Some apparently may have some discomfort for a day or two but I just felt great and breezed through my days. The clinic is bright and airy and very clean. Masks must be worn and hand gel is used appropriately and consistently. Louise was amazing - warm and friendly, cheerful and reassuring, she is also very honest in her assessments. I highly recommend this clinic. So, if you have pain but not sure who to see try The Back Room Chiropractic and feel the benefits for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Rachel was absolutely marvelous in diagnosing and treating horrendous back pain that I had suffered through for a month. Within a couple of hours of the treatment the pain was subsiding and after the second appointment I felt normal again. And my gosh what a little miracle worker! Not only is she so warm and kind she knows exactly what she’s talking about. She went straight to my problem area without me even pointing it out. Fantastic experience: Wow what can I say about Louise? She is a miracle worker!!! I suffered with back pains for as long as I can remember and had tried physio after physio, aqua therapy, acupuncture you name it. Then someone recommended I give Louise a try and honestly the pain reduced immensely. She uses a technique called Mctimoney pls don't ask me to explain but it worked for me.
