Fantastic experience: I was looking for treatment about lower back issues, plus advice and guidance to ensure the issues didn't return - and I found Physiolistic a most helpful experience. I was able to easily book online: I could book a suitable appointment for my needs; their Reading location was easily to find; their staff was personable and helpful. I was able to select an appropriate physiotherapist, myself - and was very pleased indeed with Jasneet Johal. She helped me immensely: I found the appointment pleasant and trouble-free; a clear initial assessment, a combination of set exercises and massages to add my issues, and a series of follow-up appointments to track and ensure progress and issue-remediation. Very pleased indeed - I feel like my old self again! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Physiolistic as I had severe back pain and was seen almost immediately. I was looked after by Isle and she told me straight away what I had done and where the pain was coming from. Within a few sessions I had already improved beyond what I thought in such a short time. Now I know how to manage my pain with my physical job and can have some peace of mind.

Happy I chose Physiolistic. As I can't create a new review I will just update this one, I actually had to go back for a bit of Physio just recently, coming to the conclusion due to a previous injury I may always have some kind of issue but this round was to help with the immediate pain/discomfort and how best to manage things moving forward, this time I saw Ilse Muller who was great to work out the issue, get the pain/discomfort down and generally have me feeling more back to myself and able to properly exercise which was part of the goal. If I ever need any physio I would always come to Physiolistic, the staff are lovely, admin ladies are lovely as always and you get excellent treatment. Thank you again!

She worked on his chest to help prevent and avoid any possible respiratory issues, and we were very pleased to see clear improvement right after the session. George always starts by asking how I am and clearly listens to what I say so the treatment is adapted each week to take account of my current circumstances. I have made excellent progress with his help much better than I had expected.

Fantastic experience: I came to Nicole after ACL rehab thinking I was as fixed as was possible. I wasn’t. Nicole is sharp, thorough, and absolutely refuses to settle for “good enough.” She’s taken me beyond basic recovery and set me on a path toward strength I didn’t think was still on the table. For the first time since my injury, I feel like full recovery is actually happening. She is, quite simply, outstanding.

Fantastic experience: One of the best physiotherapy clinic that I have visited. You will have an excellent experience from the appointment booking until you leave the clinic. The staff, the facility itself snd system are all great. Speaking in particular of Dr Trupti, she is an amazing doctor and she took her time to understand the case and explained the care plan and recommendations in clear and simple terms. She also shared videos for exercises that need to be done at home and explained those exercises clearly. I strongly recommend the clinic and Trupti for your physiotherapy sessions.

Fantastic experience: My first visit yesterday and Trupti was absolutely excellent. Her assessment led to a diagnosis which was carefully explained and a plan was put in place for treatment of my neck pain. The whole process to date has been seamless.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Physiolistic in Reading now for just over a month and I’ve seen noticeable improvement in both my shoulder and my ankle, as a result of the expertise, care and attention of Stratis. Stratis Chanis is the best! He is clearly extremely knowledgeable and applies a variety of different techniques and methods based upon how things are developing. I always look forward to our appointments and enjoy the rapport we have built up over the past month. Unmatched expertise with a smile - I couldn’t recommend Stratis enough!

Fantastic experience: I came in for an initial visit with a painful shoulder, and Maryyam took great care of me. She showed genuine empathy, which is quite rare these days. She thoroughly examined my shoulder and recommended that I return to the specialist due to concerns about the pain. She also provided me with an arm sling to help relieve some of the weight from my shoulder. Fortunately, the pain eased a bit overnight, and I’m back at Physiolistic today, hoping to start with physiotherapy. Thank you, Maryyam!

Online presence for booking appointments is great, physio diary is accessable to book session. Physio app is great. Only thing is therapy rooms are small in Reading centre, however I am sure that will improve with time.

Fantastic experience: I have used Henley and now Reading branches for the last two years for different issues. They provide a great service always polite and helpful. They have shockwave machines which I have been treated with numerous times. It really worked well, fixed a chronic achilles issue I had. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Positive experience: Great physio but as the only person there who was on crutches and was the only person asked to go up flights of stairs I wasn't impressed. Especially as all the physios were in the reception talking prior and it was brought up that I was on crutches by the recrptionist and would it be better for me to be in a downstairs room and he said no. Considering he had at this stage never met me it was my 1st appointment 10 days post knee replacement surgery. I think a bit of common sense could have been used. I expressed my surprise and that I wasn't happy about it. The rest of the appointment was fine even tho it took a good 5 mins for me to stop feeling nauseous from.the pain of walking up stairs.

Fantastic experience: After my total knee replacement operation I was expecting an uncomfortable experience at physio. I was totally wrong Trupti was kind and understanding enabling me to embrace the treatment. She had a number of helpful techniques which will help me through the exercises. The machine she used to massage my knee muscles was very beneficial.

Next three appointments given today, and exercise plan - my homework - emailed through very quickly. All in all a very good experience.

Negative experience: 1st appointment of only 4 after major shoulder surgery. Mostly taken up with trying to up sell me the hire of a tens machine !!! Exercises eventually emailed to me. Waste of my time really. You can get all the exercises on YouTube for free !!!!
