Fantastic experience: Post-operative Lymphatic Massage - I saw Faith for lymphatic massage following a knee replacement to get rid of the swelling in my leg, foot and ankle. The reduction in swelling was very fast and I was very pleased with the results. Faith was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to have this treatment post-operatively.

Fantastic experience: I went to Shani during my pregnancy for Pelvic girdle pain and one point I was on crutches. I cannot recommend her enough! The sessions helped get me through the last few weeks of my pregnancy with less pain and more movement. I also saw Jasi and Faith who were equally fantastic. I felt listened to and looked after. The receptionist is also wonderful I cannot recommend Bansel enough!

Fantastic experience: Facial Acupuncture is a treatment that I've had twice and my third appointment is coming up next week. I've had more traditional facials, regularly, for years but this was completely new to me. I was very intrigued by this offering by Sam Shanks and having spoken with her about it, I decided to book myself in. Almost immediately, after my first acupuncture, I could feel the energy flowing through my body and thought 'wow! this really does work'. It helps to stimulate the skin in a toxic free and natural way, helping to calm and refresh the face. It's relaxing and Sam is an experienced therapist who explains everything very clearly so I felt very comfortable throughout.

Fantastic experience: I ‘ve had a really positive experience with Jasi ! Her holistic approach- combining kinesiology, cranial, osteopathy and naturpathic supoort - feels very personal to me . My back has improved , the supplements she recommended have helped with my overall wellbeing. Very knowledgeable, professional and very effective! Fantastic experience: I recently saw Jackie for a Jing massage session at Bansel Osteopathy. This was my first experience of Jing massage, and I found it very beneficial and enjoyable. I have extremely tight muscles and soft tissue dysfunction, and I found Jackie to be very well informed and experienced with treating complex conditions. Jackie’s treatment is gentle yet very effective, and she incorporated a range of techniques during the session to treat my various issues. I saw immediate improvements from the massage; I was able to move my whole body freely and comfortably and my sciatica pain was resolved. I also had some prior numbness in my foot due to misalignment which was significantly better after Jackie’s treatment. I would recommend Jackie to anyone with Arthritis and Hypermobility and other soft tissue dysfunction.

Fantastic experience: I had my first 30 min deep tissue massage today at the clinic with Jackie Coleman. I came with a certain issue in my left shoulder and Jackie did a great job focusing on that area. One of the best treatments I ever had, I am definitely coming back. It is great and not that easy to find a specialist who hears you and adjusts the session for the customer's needs. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated on two occasions by Hiisha, and she is a wonderfully gentle and calming presence and has a sense and intuition for what's wrong that is very impressive. Having never been treated by an osteopath I didn't know what to expect, but after just one treatment focusing on my lungs (because I have lung damage from whooping cough) shoulders (work strain) and hips (because I am a rower and have a hip joint problem) I could feel an immediate difference. Fantastic experience: I've been receiving Cranial Osteopathy and Applied Kinesiology from Jasi since May 2021. Jasi has helped get rid of my BPPV which causes dizziness and sickness. The Cranial work that Jasi did was so relaxing and my symptoms reduced each time I received the treatment, until it went completely. I also suffer from back problems so have been seeing Shani for Osteopathy. You feel totally at ease with both Jasi and Shani. I cannot recommend them enough, very professional, very easy to talk too and COVID safe.

Fantastic experience: I’m a keen runner but was suffering an increasing twinge on the left knee. I’ve not been to an osteopath before – chiro yes, physio yes – so it was a new experience for me. It would be boring to go into details but just to say that Shani quickly saw the issue and prescribed simple exercises to practice between appointments. I was diligent in doing them (well done me) and my reward is I am fixed-up again and doing 10-15km running with no gyp from the knee. Basically I had lost a bit of muscle balance between left and right sides, and was making it worse with every run. Shani is great to work with and genuinely interested in getting you fixed-up.

After my appointment with Jasi I slept through the night and my pain was greatly reduced. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Alex for treatment at Bansel Osteopathy. I am a complex patient, and I found Alex to be very knowledgeable regarding my conditions. I felt immediately better during the treatment, and by the end of the appointment had made significant progress on my soft tissue dysfunction. Since the appointment I have been able to exercise far more effectively and the area continues to improve.
