Fantastic experience: I came into Silas’s treatment room sore and in quite a bit of pain. He quickly identified the root causes and spent time treating everything thoroughly. When I got home, I realised I was moving more freely, with no pain, and he gave me clear advice on how to keep it that way. I’ll now be seeing him quarterly for regular top‑ups. Silas also treated my severe knee injury a year ago and got me mobile again after two other treatments elsewhere hadn't solved the issue. He is, quite simply, the best. I have complete trust in him now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you, Silas

Fantastic experience: Silas had been my saviour. After having ACL reconstruction and the recovery wasn't going as well as predicted, after trying extra things like hydrotherapy, I was recommended trying osteopath. Had no idea what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I have now seen Silas a few times and I have made a lots of progress, he is knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff. And very reasonably priced too. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Callum last year due to bad back pain which was also down my arm. It was relentless, and I was struggling mentally and physically. He instantly made me feel relaxed during the first appointment, and the difference after just 1 session was incredible. After some regular appointments I was completely pain free. I then took my 12 year old to see him, who was suffering from terrible pain in his heels from Severs Disease. As a keen footballer, it was making training and matches unbearable as the pain in his feet was also causing issues with his back. In only 3 sessions, the difference Callum has made has been amazing. Our son is now pretty much playing football with no discomfort whatsoever for the first time in 18 months. Thank you, a fantastic osteopath who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have had a brilliant experience with Sussex Osteopaths. My first appointment was practically an emergency and Sussex Osteopaths got me booked in within 2 days. Since then Silas has treated me and he has got me back on my feet and worked wonders. I am still in recovery but i will continue to see Silas as upkeep for my back due to the nature of my job. I highly recommend Silas! My previous experience with other ostepaths has been painful enough for tears during each session but Silas has never hurt me, and has been great at suggesting exercises and alternative ways of doing things to help me recover with less pain!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using The Sussex Osteopaths for years. After many years of suffering with debilitating headaches Callum and Sophie were the only practitioners that found the issue and soon after my life changed for the better, no exaggeration! They really listen and through a mixture of techniques seem to know just what needs to be done. I now go regularly to maintain my existing health issues and ensure that any other niggles that arise don’t get a chance to set in.
