Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Nikisha with severe sciatica pain that was honestly a 10/10. After a few sessions, my pain has improved dramatically and is now barely a 3/10. I’m very grateful for all the advice and care she provided. She really helped me through one of the worst pains I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Struggled with upper back pain for a long time after muscle neglect. Alex did a full assessment, checked reflexes and helped assure me that nothing was damaged or broken, just tight and limited mobility. He then helped me to mobilize my back and shoulders over a period of 1-2 months, with me attending weekly initially (now down to every 2 weeks). The process of cracking/popping of joints seemed scary at first, but he was quick to explain and worked fast to help re align my pelvis and release other joints in hands, lowers back and neck. Every time I go, I feel a little better and will continue to use the practice longer term for maintenance. Also a shout to Bal who works in the office, super polite and great to chat to whilst waiting for appointments. Also very helpful when it comes to scheduling appt's, payments and also if you need invoices for business claims where applicable. Highly recommend as a service.

Fantastic experience: Well, what can I say! I went into see Alex hobbling like an old lady with a walking stick. He worked his magic and I'm now on maintenance to strengthen my back. He spaced my appointments out which worked for me and reduced the cost. At £41 it really is value for money. I really can't recommend this practice enough

Not being dramatic:) I’ve had on and off back pain for as long as I can remember and have injured it too. Ever since I been going to Nikishas sessions I’ve seen a positive change in my attitude and I’ve had no pain! Within 6-8 months of having regular sessions i noticed less pains and aches and my family don’t even hear me complain anymore! I’ve always been a bit skeptical with chiropractors, but Nikisha has been very helpful, supportive and most importantly gentle! Fantastic experience: Lovely welcome from the moment you step through the door from reception to treatment. As the staff have had issues themselves it shows when you're explaining your situation, they take the time to actually listen to you. So far in a short amount of time I've had noticeable differences in my back, each time I walk out I feel so much lighter and everything is so much more movable and less restricted.

Fantastic experience: Over the past 6 months I’ve been going to see Alex Jenkins, with my work being a barber my back and neck and whole body sometimes was in bits and needed someone to really point me in the right direction to keep my mobility going for constantly being on my feet all day at work. From the first session I could feel the results working, we started with regular visits weekly then from the constant progression from Alex, we dropped down to once a month and my mobility had been better than ever. 100% recommend Alex to anyone who wants to make a change in their body. I loved finding out it wasn’t just cracking bones it was acupuncture and soft tissue massages to get rid of the problems. Definitely recommend Alex.
