Negative experience: I visited this place on 21 August 2025 for the first time and paid £85. I was told this included a consultation and an adjustment when booking. I travelled from Birmingham, a 30 min drive and I was in and out the place within less than 15 mins. I was seen by Luke and it was the fastest consultation ever. It was so unprofessional, he didn't explain what he thought my issues were. He asked a few questions and wrote on what appeared to be a random piece of scrap paper- nothing was recorded on a computer. Not even an xray was offered. So what consultation did I pay for here? He cracked me without a single warning, and didn't seem to take it seriously. I felt like he wanted my money, and wanted me in and out. I don't usually write reviews, but since seeing Luke, I feel worse than ever. My body feels out of place, and I have severe pain on my right of my stumach. I have an ongoing temp, and cannot eat at all. I so wish I had not gone. He then handed me a leaflet, and told me he wants to see me x2 weekly- Is this just another £££ I recommend going elsewhere!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Walsall Chiropractic Clinic for 10 years now, and all I can say is a massive thank you for making me better. I have suffered with chronic back and neck pain, and if it wasn’t for Luke who I have had my regular treatment from I would be crippled, and not be able to walk comfortably or work for the busy emergency department those long 12.5 hour shifts. Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic following a diagnosis of panic disorder and severe anxiety, which had begun to manifest physically as intense tension in my neck. This tension was significantly affecting my daily life, making it difficult to eat and even speak without experiencing discomfort in my throat. Initially, I would not have considered chiropractic care as a treatment option for these symptoms as I had assumed a massage therapist might be more appropriate. However, my perspective has completely changed. I now wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing anxiety-related physical symptoms such as tension in the neck, shoulders, or jaw. The staff at the clinic are warm, welcoming, and highly attentive. Jamie, in particular, has been exceptional. He took the time to explain each step of the process and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. Throughout the session, he was responsive to even the smallest cues from my body, often addressing any discomfort before I had a chance to speak up, which really helped to put me at ease. Following my first session, I did feel slightly faint (something that can be a normal response). I would recommend bringing water and preparing for this possibility, especially if you are already feeling anxious or panicky. It’s worth noting that this did not happen during my second visit. That same evening after my session with Jamie, it felt as though a switch had been flipped. The tension and anxiety had lifted, and I was able to feel like myself again - for the first time in three months. This sense of relief carried through the weekend. While I still experience occasional waves of tension in my neck, they now feel far more manageable, as if I’m responding to them in real time rather than carrying the weight of months of built-up stress. I am incredibly grateful to the clinic, and especially to Jamie. After just a couple of sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant improvement. It feels as though my personality is returning, and for that, I truly cannot thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: I have quite a severe issue with my spine, so much so that I am under pain management. I started going for sessions with Jamie about 8 months ago. I suffer pain and nausea from my neck and pain in my lower back with associated nerve pain and honestly the pain had started to take over my life and I was pretty miserable and at the end of my rope. I can honestly say Jamie has worked miracles for me. I always tell him he is a magician! Jamie is so gentle, kind, professional and so amazing at what he does. He has made my pain so much more manageable now and increased my quality of life so much. The relief is both long lasting and immense. I recommend Jamie very highly. A truly dedicated professional and just an all round wonderful human being. As a chiropractic doctor he excels in his field and is truly a lifesaver. Thank you Jamie for all that you do.

Fantastic experience: Started going a year ago after bad back pain mainly from sitting at a laptop all the time and picking up my little one. Went after taking tablets from the doctors and nothing got rid of the pain. I then booked an appointment and met with Jamie. Can safely say he is the best, he sorted me out in a matter of sessions, gave me exercises to complete at home to stop the same issue coming back. I then went back just to have sessions on my back every so often to stop it coming back. And then my back got even worse for some strange reason and had another issue (I cannot remember what) he then sorted me about again and I am now going back every two month. I now recommend not just a chiropractor but Jamie to a lot of friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use him or the clinic. On top of that all the staff are really friendly and always on hand to help. If you are thinking of going please do, they will really help you. Massive shout out to Jamie who is brilliant at what he does!

I can't speak highly enough of the treatment I receive here from the ladies on the desk to the practitioners. Luke is excellent - knowledgeable, kind, he listens and always seems to figure out what is needed to put me back to full speed.

Dr Roy has been my doctor, he is very professional and definitely knows what he is doing. I have been very pleased with the progression on my problem and highly recommended the practice.

Fantastic experience: I'm still attending Walsall Chiropractic clinic and felt I should leave a review on my progress up to now. I've being seeing Dr Roy Passap who I have to say is polite, extremely professional and very knowledgeable in his field. I first attended the clinic on the advice of my doctor after experiencing the most awful back pain. My first appointment with Dr Roy was very informative he asked a lot of questions gathered the appropriate history and then came up with what he thought the issue could be and a game plan if you like. I had an adjustment at the end of the consultation but he said he did not want to over adjust as this could be an issue. After 6 visits now and an mri scan which was a referral from Roy we have an absolute understanding on how to proceed with the treatment. I understand the cautious start now as my issue is quite complicated. After the last 2 adjustments I can honestly say that my condition is improving. Roy isn't a genius but he has a very in depth knowledge of his trade and that's what makes him an excellent Chiropractor. I look forward to seeing him again on Saturday and am very excited about the progress we are going to continue to make. Thank you thank you Roy

Fantastic experience: I first went six years ago and they sorted mt out, l have a flare up every couple of years .i met Dr Jamie Griffiths great guy easy to talk to ,he explained everything he going to do.this was this Wednesday and on friday im back at work with out pain killers .can't thank them enough 5 stars

Negative experience: **Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Zero Stars If Possible!** My partner's experience with this so-called chiropractor was nothing short of a farce. Let me break it down for you: After clearly explaining the problem and its exact location, we endured a mind-numbing 10 minutes of the chiropractor (ROY) scribbling notes. Then came the grand performance: two gentle taps on the knees—because apparently, that's how you diagnose complex issues these days. Next, the pièce de résistance: my partner was instructed to stand up so the chiropractor could assess her misaligned body. And guess what? This whole charade happened while she was **fully clothed**. Impressive, right? Not really. The diagnosis? A lightning-fast revelation based on reflexes. Oh, and let's not forget the promise of a "full adjustment" and a "deep massage." But hold your horses! The "full adjustment" turned out to be two measly hip pushes—each lasting a whopping 10 seconds. I've seen more effort put into opening a pickle jar. And the talking? Oh, there was plenty of that. "Please walk around," he said, as if that would magically fix everything. And then, the pièce de résistance (part deux): the traffic light list. Apparently, this groundbreaking advice—worthy of a Nobel Prize, I'm sure—could be found on Google in mere minutes. But wait, there's more! The chiropractor, in his infinite wisdom, scheduled future appointments before even *looking* at my partner. Because who needs an actual assessment, right? And the grand finale: the "deep massage." Brace yourselves. He whipped out a tiny contraption, buzzed it over her back for a fleeting 30 seconds, and called it a day. If that's deep massage, I'd hate to experience a "light massage." And the cherry on top? An **outrageous £83** for this circus act. My partner is still writhing in agony, with precisely **zero improvement**. But fear not! The chiropractor generously threw future bookings at us like confetti. In summary, avoid this place like the plague. I've been to a chiropractor before, and let me tell you, this experience made me long for the sweet relief of a root canal. My partner and I are now embarking on a pilgrimage to see my old chiropractor, no matter the extra distance. Anything is better than this quackery masquerading as Healthcare.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend. I was in complete agony and i was told many metaphors about my pain, but i would instead recommend the wednesbury chiropracter. This one is very expensive at £83 and i felt as though the level of treatment and care wasn’t as good as the wednesbury one.

Fantastic experience: I use Walsall Chiro regularly for general re-alignment and ageing joints! I've always found the service really effective and worth doing for anyone suffering bone and joint issues, as well as muscular skeletal issues, like lower back pain or knee pain. I've had both relieved through using the service and would recommend to anyone.

Positive experience: I have been visiting the clinic, to have treatment with Jamie for about 6months now. I started going to the clinic, due to severe lower backpain, which I had been experiencing for over a month. My back pain would last day and night, leaving me unable to sleep and even waking up on mornings, I would still have back pain, lasting constantly throughout the day. After a month of treatment and home exercises given by Jamie, I noticed a huge difference in my back pain as i could go atleast twoweeks without pain. Now, six months down the line, thanks to Jamie, I can go over two months without feeling any pain in my back and I also no longer have to take any form of painkillers for my back.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Jamie after having severe lower back pain. After the initial consultation a plan was put in pace and my back improved with each visit. Fantastic experience: Absolute brilliant service all round. I went regarding a muscular injury that my “doctor” informed me of and just told me to take paracetamol. I then that same day went to the chiropractors and had an appointment with Luke who once had a look at me notice I had one of my ribs displaced. He gave me an adjustment and the initial relief was unbelievable. I highly recommend this place it is definitely worth it and all the staff are amazing. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: For a few years I have suffered middle back pain, been to see doctors and physios with no success. I was advised to try a chiropractor, so I did. Booked my first initial session with Dr Jamie Griffiths, I have to say, Dr Griffiths (Jamie) is so professional and caring! Some how (magically) eased the pain massively. The Chiropractor Luke Brown is very friendly and approachable but also very professional. The receptionists are all lovely ladies and always very helpful. Fantastic experience: These guys are absolutely amazing! Over the past few years they have successively quickly fixed my lower back, knee and neck problems with fantastic results. Most recently I suffered from vertigo (dizziness) for over 10 weeks. After one visit to see Duncan he quickly diagnosed me with BPPV and after fully explaining everything to me he carried out a quick and painfree procedure called the 'epley maneuver' which instantly fixed by vertigo! I would personally recommend these guys to anyone suffering from pain from a bad back, neck or knee injury or suffering from vertigo. These guys are truly amazing people who really understand your problems and fully explain everything to you and a treatment plan of how to fix things. I totally salute all the team at Walsall Chiropractors especially Duncan. Professional affordable experts who's passionate about your care.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank walsall chiropractor and especially luke who has sorted my neck,spine and back pain & sciatica...my brother has used luke for many years and told me to go and visit but instead I choose to ignore this and carry on to the point where the pain was that bad I was unable to walk, I recently had a chest x-ray at the hospital and apparently I wasn't standing straight when then put me into standing straight I felt so out of shape like my leg was 2 inches longer,after only a few visits with luke and so deep adjustments I now feel like I'm standing straight again the pain in my hip has now pretty much dissapeared yes it's quite expensive but totally worth it if you ask me thanks everyone

Negative experience: First appointment 20minutes, 3 adjustments, lots of talking, the only thing gone was around 90£ from my pocket. Second appointment, 38£ gone, 5 minutes , 3 adjustments again, no talking as I didn't even knew what to say when he told me to have a walk around. Skepticism grew, yet I tough maybe he's not rushing, I just need to wait, he knows what he's doing...after spending that much, I had higher hopes for the next appointment, drove 45min, got the misfortune to encounter an accident on M6 that got me 10-15min late, the receptionist told me I need to rebook, that he entered 5minutes ago with a new patient that will take 1h, so he literally had planned 10minutes of appointment at another 38£ for me that'swhat the lady saidwithher own mouth, both actually as there were two ladies there. It wasn't my imagination I was rushed, they actually are rushing you ,how the hell could you let 10-15min for a full appointment for a patient?and no space in between even to wash your hands? Sanitise the room? What if we have questions? What if we have multiple aches to be addressed? Do you just rush me over half solved because you decided I only need 10minutes of appointment This is unacceptable I feel robbed, over 130£ gone for 6 adjustments and 15minutes of talking total over 2 sessions, with no change in my pain whatsoever, I am so upset on myself for even coming in the first place . If you left your first appointment a bit skeptical, I promise it's only getting worse afterwards. I am upset,I cannot afford paying another 90£ to another so called chiropractor for a first session, so I will probably stick with physiotherapy and massage that offer me a full hour of relief at least . I do not recommend at all, someone that decides upfront you only need 10minutes of appointment is clearly only interested in money and does not have your best interest at heart.

Fantastic experience: Long Standing Whip Lash Injury Professional and friendly staff and my Chiropractor was helpful and accommodating. There is optimism that my 30-year-old problem can be dramatically improved. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Negative experience: I used the clinic for over 10 Years. The treatment from my regular chiropractor was always, effective and professional and I would rate the service as 5 stars until last January 2106, however when i needed treatment urgently the chiropractor I normally use was not there, I decided to go ahead with stand in chiropractor to my deep regret. Prior to this I have never had any lower back pain and now I am stuck with this muscle/ nerve pain indefinitely. I have had to seek treatment through the NHS as the issue has remained now for 3 years. I would be very wary of using a chiropractor that you have not used prior or been recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to these guys for years and they never let me down. Having suffered with back problems my whole life they have helped me stay on top of and maintain my symptoms. I have also recommended them to numerous friends and family who also continue to use their services
