Fantastic experience: I turned up with an acute problem stopping me from turning my neck, alongside other long term pain. Shal systematically approached each issue, starting with the most severe and is always looking to get patient feedback to guide the next treatment. As of today i feel much better, and feel a noticeable improvement after each adjustment. He also provides great advice for lifestyle changes, stretches and strengthening exercises. This review is for my partner.

Coming to chiro can be quite scary, but at Back Track Chiro, I've felt more at ease than in other places in birmingham. Shal is respectful, knows what hes doing, and puts his patients first. Considering the extent of care he provides, the prices are brilliant (ive been to other chiros who charge more for a 5 minute slot and do barely nothing) Highly reccomend Back Track Chiro for the care they provide, the effective treatment and also for the enjoyment of the appointments.

Fantastic experience: Shal is a Brilliant chiropractor, knows his stuff very well and has made a huge difference to a long standing injury I have had, I would highly recommend to anyone. I had a lower back injury which has come and gone over the last 5 years, I went to a physio recently and didn’t see any results so I decided to try a chiropractor instead. We have only done 4 sessions and the difference has been huge and we are well ahead of schedule and I regret not going sooner. This has made a huge difference to my day to day life and I have gotten so much value from just a few sessions.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I cannot recommend Shal Bhatia (Back Track Chiropractor) enough. After an accident aged 11, Doctors dismissed any damage to my back and said the pain would go so I lived with a bad back off an on for over 18 years. I recently sought out Shal as I’d had enough of the pain. From our initial conversation he was professional, listened to me and was very reassuring. From the initial consultation we did an adjustment and my back felt instantly better. Although, Shal advised that the guidance was 12 sessions for pain that has gone on for that long but after 3 sessions I feel amazing like a brand new person, no pain, I am able to sit up straight which was previously was uncomfortable, not to be dramatic but he has changed my life. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Shal since August lamenting back, neck, foot and hip pain and he's been helping me a great deal with those so far. From the first treatment I immediately felt the long-standing pain and tension being released from these areas and also everything else in my body seemed to be adjusting accordingly. I noticed I could even breath better, my headaches gone, better balance and posture, longer stride and better foot grip, even my eye vision has improved due to his adjustments. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Back Track Chiropractic for a number of months now and feel it has really changed my back for the better. I decided to visit due to flare ups of shoulder and lower back pain that I suffered from regularly and I have seen a massive improvement in both these areas after attending regular sessions and following Shal’s recommendations each week - such as exercises, stretches and changes to sleep positions. Most recently, I had a 3 week gap between sessions, due to seeing noticeable improvements over time, and I came back to Shal feeling the best I have felt with my back - not noticing any tension, pain or stiffness in the entire three weeks. This is not something I could have imagined when starting visiting Back Track Chiropractic. Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a chiropractor, one that was affordable and I came across Shal and at first I thought to look at the reviews and they were all good so I then had an appointment booked with Shal for my first session and at first I was thinking most of my issues will be sorted but instead during the first session he told me what was most important for me that needed to be sorted out for me and I am really glad I came to Shal because he told me what I needed to do to help myself and he explained to me what had happened to me, to my body and honestly I’ve had around 5-6 sessions and I’ve improved so much, I went to Shal after having issues breathing because of my ribs and he’s done so much for me and helped me and helped improve my posture and I can attend the gym like I always used to go and I WILL RECOMMEND Shal to anyone, please he has helped me a lot and he’ll help you too and 100/100 all the help and everything he’s told me has helped me a ton:)
