Fantastic experience: We took our 6 week baby to see Lucy and I cannot recommend highly enough. The whole process was extremely professional, easy to book, Caryl on reception was so welcoming. I didn't know what to expect but she explained each step of treatment. Since his appointment we've seen a huge improvement overall, especially with his tummy time and he seems so much happier in his car seat and car journeys.

Negative experience: I would say it's useful for getting out of severe acute pain but after a while your body gets used to the manipulations and the long-term pain doesn't go away. I was told that my back and leg pain was because of my posture but it didn't make sense as i had nerve pains. I actually found out after an MRI that I had a herniated disc which requires different treatment. Eventually I decided enough is enough after a year with this clinic, they want you to become dependent on them so they can make a steady income. The exercises aren't enough to actually strengthen the back. Doing countless reps of bird dog and cat cow isn't going to fix the root of the issue. They also kept calling and emailing me once I'd discontinued treatment to the point where I had to block their phone number which was very unprofessional of them.

Fantastic experience: An excellent and easy to understand process from the beginning, couldn't be happier with the treatment I've had so far. In the couple of months I've been seeing Nick I have seen dramatic improvements in movement and pain reduction, I can now play a round of golf with no pain at all and has had a massive effect on my quality of life. Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend at work whose husband is a regular client of Nicks. I can honestly say Nick makes you feel at ease from the 1st appointment. He explained everything in my initial appointment and what treatment he would recommend. I have 2 slipped dics and also suffer with endometriosis. When my assessment was done my mobility was that of an old lady. I have since had several chiropractor appointments and 3 sports massages and I can definitely feel an improvement in my mobility. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr Lucy Evans for just over a year now at Hagley Road Chiropractic Clinic and the results speak for themselves, from regular wrist, neck, hip and shoulder pain from being sat down at a desk job the majority of the day, to now infrequent pain usually when aggravated, learning the tools to manage the pain with stretches and a plan that has had long term improvements, regular check ins and progress updates! Lucy has been amazing and professional and really helped and improve my mobility!

Fantastic experience: I had a muscle spasm in my lower back due to an injury at work. I was in excruciating pain, could not correct my posture/stand upright, I could not bend down to touch my knees, I was struggling with day to day tasks and unable to drive. After a handful of sessions with Nick, the pain has decreased a lot, I am able to stand upright and do the things I was really struggling with before. Nick is very knowledgeable and really helps with any concerns. The reception staff are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Hagley Road Chiropractic clinic.

Fantastic experience: The team at the practice are friendly, welcoming & professional. I have been seeing Lucy & Rosin following an injury to my back and ongoing issues since my teenage years. Lucy has also helped with my neck and arm pain which I'd just been putting up with thinking there was no other option. After a couple of months treatment and following advice and completing recommended exercises at home my pain is reduced.

Fantastic experience: Having had lower back/hip pain, I visited Nick for treatment. Very friendly yet professional and have continued visiting regularly to assist with ongoing wellbeing. During my time I have also had sports massage which is available too and an added bonus to alleviate tight muscles when holding yourself tense when in pain initially. Well worth a visit should you need. You won’t regret it.

Started coming to him in October 2023, I'd been suffering worsening back pain for two years and after the initial assessment it turned out to be worse than I thought it was! He corrected everything and left me virtually pain free in two months. It's a great investment if you have pain and at home methods don't help. Always feel better after an adjustment!

Fantastic experience: Had a slipped disc for 5 months, had seen Osteopath, Pyshio and had a steroid injection with no relief. Came in to clinic to see Lucy with severe nerve pain stemming from slipped disc at l3/l4. 6 weeks into treatment with Lucy, feeling 80% better and so happy I came to see her.

Positive experience: On my first visit to the clinic. I was suffering from a severe lower back pain. I couldn't bend down, sit or standing up for longer periods. But eventually things changed when I started receiving treatment from the cleaning. I never thought I would do Christmas shopping for my family. But because of the treatment I received I'm now shopping around for my family. I can now do my chores which I wasn't able to do for almost 6 weeks. Fantastic experience: I wish I'd have known about Nick sooner! After suffering since a teenager with bad posture and low confidence Nick has been able to improve so much for me. I'd tried other treatments before but they didn't make a difference. The feeling you get from your first treatment with Nick stays with you, the relief is a feeling you'll never forget. My posture is the best it's been, I have more mobility in my neck and the confidence boost I get as a result of the treatments improves my mood. The first time I saw Nick, I couldn't get onto the treatment bed, I was in so much pain. One treatment helped , but more treatment and the massage were a great help. I has come back twice, but now I recognise the problem quickly and Go straight back to get treatment quickly. He was a life saver!

Fantastic experience: After suffering with a painful back for a few years I did some research into a chiropractor. I found this clinic local to me and went to see them. We went through a thorough 1st appointment to go through my history,my pain and for the 1st time clear explanations on what the issue could be. The next appointment was to go through a plan. I accepted the plan and have been attending weekly sessions. You also get a home plan. This clinic is amazing and I'm so glad I found it. It's a lovely welcoming building and friendly welcoming staff. My chiropractor Lucy is amazing. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She explains everything she does before she does it.we have nice little chats which relaxes me during treatment. I look forward to attending and I already feel the difference to my body and pain. Completely fixed my problems, but I didn't keep up with the aftercare and routine treatments (my fault) would definitely recommend following the Dr's advice on the aftercare as I'm now having another lot of treatment. Hagley Road have been very accommodating - got me a last minute appointment and started my treatment. Fantastic experience: Had terrible lower back pain a few months after giving birth to my son, to the point that I couldn’t stand up straight without it hurting. The GP just kept giving me a telephone appointment and prescribing ibuprofen which didn’t help. I decided to try a chiropractor and honestly it was the best thing I ever did! My back pain was gone after 4 weeks! I now have a maintenance appointment every 4-6 weeks and I feel so much better each time I go! The doctor there is lovely and the reception staff are so friendly and nice.
